Yeah these people are completely incompetent. Got what I could only consider a near spam email full of typos, and was met with incredibly poor customer service and a weird attitude. I couldn’t understand the guy, and would get emails at odd hours of the night. Almost as though this company wasn’t operating in the US?? I asked for the companies policies i.e. dress code, late policy, etc and I was flat out told no and I needed to apply first. I pressed him on this, and was told he’d get back to me. That was a week ago. I think I was written off as a lost cause. There is no PTO, holiday pay, sick pay, nothing even though I was applying for a professional position at Target corporate. Pay offered to me was $25/hr, and the position was simultaneously posted on indeed for nearly double that. These people are cons. Do not attempt to work for this company if you value your dignity. They are probably operating in the same building as some computer scammers in India.
Not happy after more than 1 year! Did not receive any acknowledgment for the 1 year anniversary. The organization or Rep NEVER contact me without me inquiring first :(.Unfortunately us contractors out in the field are simply $MONEY$ machines for them. Little else. I feel used and cheapened!!!
The most disgusting staffing Agency I have ever encountered. This company is full of unorganized staffing agents who are most likely trying to meet their quota. I was originally offered a position with higher pay from another staffing agent by the name of Ryan Kumar from Rose International. I worked with Ryan Kumar on getting set up with this position. Taylor Isenhart who interfered with the other agent and offered me a job with lower pay and told me that is all they have available. The jobs that they offer are severely under cut!! I worked for one day on July 30th and a half of the next day July 31st. This company typically pays every Friday. Taylor Isenhart did not submit the hours that I worked on my first week. Somehow it is my fault because I did not submit the hours myself through a system that I never had access to because I left on my second day. I had the respect to call Taylor Isenhart on my second day and let her know that I am leaving, what are my next steps. She told me nothing we have all of your information and direct deposit is set up correctly. I emailed her the next Friday and told her that I did not receive my paycheck please advise. I sent another email on Monday she then replied asking me did I submit my timesheet by noon August 6th.. Keep in mind that I quit July 30th. Taylor Isenhart began to show irrational behavior towards me when I had extreme concern about my paycheck and how I had no access to the system. The conversation I had with her was very confrontational and she avoided my questions and kept turning the blame on me. Long story short is it has been almost two weeks and Rose International has not paid me for my 12 hours of work.. I am not a big fan of temp agencies but if you want to get ripped off for working hard, lied to and ignored.... Go to Rose International
If no stars was a option that would be the rating for this company!! horrible place to work. No PTO no paid vacations. Health Care options are the worse Ive ever seen 60/40 you must pay 60 before they will cover the 40(6K deductible). Also if you do get promoted you do not retain your anniversary for of your yearly raise it starts over at the time of the promotion . Given the fact you make it a year there, their policies are horrible and seem to be designed to let people fail. Examples must request days off a month and a few days prior, emergency days 2 a quarter and cannot use them both in the same month or day before or after holidays (all unpaid). God forbid you have an emergency a day before or after a holiday that could cause you to lose your job.. there is more but TL;DR one of the worse companies to work ever work for.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. The representative that called me was beyond rude. She called me and told me that pharmacy technicians are people that fix machines in the pharmacy. She then went on to criticize my resume telling me not to abbreviate which I didn’t do I simply stated the name of the software. Obviously she want familiar with. She asked about my name I spelled it out for her and she said OMG WOOOW as if my name was so complex. She also asked for the name of the schools I’ve attended and she gave the same reaction. She went through my resume place by place so I assumed she wanted an explanation of the responsibilities of each job, I was wrong. She asked me why I was telling her the information. She continued to be unprofessional the entirety of the call and then at the end she told me she would have to call me back because she “thinks” 9 years of experience is needed. From my resume she could tell that if 9 years was needed I didn’t qualify but she called me anyway. It seemed like she read the requirements for the first time during our call and she admitted that she didn’t know what some of the required software and knowledge were. I’m second guessing the company I applied for who is using this employment firm and I will be letting them know how this person is representing their company.
Its a ok place to work...train you very well....just dont be late. The tardy policy is murder and unfortunately was the death of me there.
Been waiting a month to hear back for a job. Was told the east coast branch takes forever yet every supervisor that is helping me out are constantly on vacations
No benefits. No matter what they tell you, there ARE contracting companies that offer cheaper Health Insurance, Holiday Pay, and PTO. Look for them, they exist. Never settle.
Very friendly And efficient staff
