I own two Bizhubs and cannot get service! I have been calling for two weeks and still no service appointment. Oh, but they were happy to take my credit card! Evidently, you have to be some large corporation with unlimited funds to get service from Konica Minolta. I would NEVER buy their products again!
I was going to shop for a KIP Color Scanner starting @ $5000 to $8000 but you phone number doesnt give an option to talk to a sales rep. I have had sales rep stop by but after 4 months they are no longer with the company.If you dont have a name or extension to dial or search it is end of line.....good by....so Konica Minolta I will buy a color scanner from someone else......good by....
