I mean My project is kinda sorta done….. after starting to project late I assume because of covid and no one wanting to work. The start date was pushed back several times over a 3 month period I feel the project was rushed even after that. I feel bad even leaving a bad review because this company did a amazing job doing my garage. But the interior work I’m so unhappy with just a horrible experience in my option I could have done this work for a fraction of the costs. Then they had the nerve to message me today asking for a partial final payment. The more I look the more I find The workers were amazing and did the best they could under the circumstances. I’m shocked to see others pictures with such great work then mine just felt kinda half way done. The work is good but the small details are not. I’d suggest finding a different company instead of rolling the dice with this company I’ll update you once they find a way to fix things.

Siding and Remodeling:Lakeside was the best company weve worked with thus far. Prior to choosing them we had other companies (like Agape) come out to only tell us that our job wasnt big enough for them! Lakeside took our job (which was a BIG deal to us) they worked with us on the design, their crew was amazing, professional and very detailed in their individual crafts. We began working on our Forever Home with Lakeside installing our siding, before moving inside. They finished before time, but took the extra estimated time to brush up on the fine points. Overall positive experience. We had a fireplace remodel with built-in shelves done - the work was high quality and the workers were great. When we ran into an issue related to TV mounting/fireplace venting, they were able to come up with an innovative solution by fabricating a steel bracket.Matt in particular was great to work with and responsive.

We contracted with Lakeside to remodel our master bedroom. The project involved installation of matching baseboard, wainscoting, and door casement to match other rooms in our home, plus new molding to create a coffered ceiling. Some additional electrical work included new recessed lighting and replacing the ceiling fan. Finally, the entire bedroom was painted. Lakesides work was outstanding. They fully understood our design goals and completed the project on-time. This is our second project with Lakeside and we recommend them highly.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our window installation to replace drafty wooden windows, even though it was a smaller project (only 3 windows). The windows were high quality. The team was easy to work with. The install went perfectly leaving us with beautiful windows. Cant wait to replace the rest of the windows.

Sorely disappointed when the rep came out only to tell me they “don’t do” the specific job I was looking to have done which was our stair update remodel. I’ve heard companies all over are cherry picking their jobs based on budget. So buyer be aware. I’ll find a better equipped company.

To be able to go into an actual show room to look and touch the product was a huge help. Billy was awesome, and their use of computer aided design really puts into perspective what you house will look like. They take all the guessing out of not really knowing what the finished product would be. Thank you guys!

We contracted Lakeside to rebuild a screened-in porch for the back of our house. They did a great job - from bid, design, construction, to completion. We were very pleased with their employees doing to the work, and the professionalism of management. The project turned out great - we would definitely recommend Lakeside. They were excellent with communication from the start of the project until the end (and even after)!! I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and made my visions come to life. The crew was very detail-oriented, conscientious of noise, and cleaned up everyday throughout the project. I felt they were very trustworthy and I’d 100% recommend them. I’m very pleased with the results and will reuse their company. A few added bonus were their price was very competitive, their warranty is the best that I came across, and they use in-house crews.

Used Lakeside for new windows for our entire house. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger when we first contacted them. Even with that information they were professional and courteous at all times. We were contacted the appropriate amount of times while we were deciding what we wanted to do. Any time we were contacted there was never any pressure-just them checking in to answer any questions we may have. We looked at some of the other window installers in town but they just didn’t feel right. Once we decided to go with Lakeside the communication was excellent and the installers showed up on time or even early on each day. We were a full week long project and we kept waiting for an issue to arrive and it never did. Everyone from sales to installers to follow up were awesome. About 20+ years ago Lakeside Renovation and Design replaced all of our windows, including a plant window, and installed new siding. Lakeside was very responsive when I had a small question and came out and looked at it and remedied the situation. In October of this year, they replaced the brick in the front of the house with stone.During the whole operation, the gentlemen doing the work were very respectful and careful. I have a fish pond directly in front of the house where they would be working. Before they began working someone came out to explain to me how they would mitigate any issues concerning the pond and my fish. After the job was completed they were very meticulous about cleaning up the area and even planted grass seed in the areas where they worked. I will definitely refer the company and consider them first when needing any housing remodels.

I recently used Lakeside Renovation & Design to replace the siding on my home. When I say they did an AMAZING job and everyone was so professional from start to finish. From our initial contact with Andy Young in sales at Lakeside to the final painting, our experience has exceeded our expectations. We had all the 42-year-old cedar siding removed from our 2- story home and replaced by James Hardie siding in a completely different color and with new features. We were kept up to date on the progress of our job and were informed about each step of the job. The work crew, supervised by Noah, arrived in time to get set up for the day, got to work, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were professional and personable and readily answered all of our questions and concerns as the work progressed. Our questions or concerns were usually about how siding would be attached or would fit on our house, and they displayed ownership in our project and didnt have to refer to someone else for solutions. we are very pleased with the look of our 42-year-old, NEW, house, and have received many compliments from neighbors.

First and foremost, I want to say at the outset that this company is ONE CLASS ACT! The BEST remodeling, renovation and repair company that you can find. I cannot see how any company can top the professionalism of this outfit. Our story. . .we had an interior leak in our great work from one of the windows. Called several contractors and gave up different options. My son-in-law referred us to Lakeside as he said he has met the owners. Tim Paglisch comes by, surveys the damage and he says that it can be repaired from the outside of the house. As he was leaving my wife and I just asked him about a question of updating the facade of our 22-year home with some stone. After a few hours, Tim submitted a computer rendition which we deliberated on and accepted. There was opening in their schedule mid-November and the work on the stone was started. The team of Sean Fennessey along with Adam and Alex were just simply amazing. I did not realize that at this day and age, they still laid the stone piece by piece! There were artists and please use our home to advertise the fine detailed work you masons did. I cannot say enough thank yous to them. . .I must tell you we miss them as just being simply nice people to have around!Early this week, the repair on our siding started. Enter Will Baker, the foreman of the group, with Dawson & . . . (forgive I forgot his name). It is just so impressive how methodical and organized he conducted his orchestra. Will never disparaged the shortcomings of our previous contractor, but instead gave me a history of why the house covering was not present in some areas of the walls. Will is another CLASS ACT! I had them replace my roof, gutters, all of my windows and siding. Fantastic quality and attention to detail. Their lead installers on all three projects were outstanding in their experience and desire to make me happy and deliver a finished product that exceeded my expectations. They replaced 25 windows during the coldest weather this year right after our first ice storm of the year. All finished in a day and a half, with minimal disruption of our home. Our siding is better than I expected. They installed James Hardy siding and house wrap. My home looks infinitely better then it did when I built it 25 years ago. My home is now exceptionally quiet and more energy efficient. They made the whole journey of our construction project enjoyable, stress-free with outstanding results.Our goal was to update the exterior of our 1967 dark ranch home into a bright, inviting farmhouse-style, similar to those transformed on HGTV’s show Fixer Upper.Lakeside used state-of-the-art design software to craft design elements that we expressed for our home and front porch remodel. When we sat down to look at the 3-D renderings, we were blown away with the visual presentation making it much easier for us to imagine living in our very-own transformed dream home.They were so gracious when we added new concepts to the home design. Never complaining when we requested a change. Their goal was to help us love living in the home we had been in for 10 years. Never pushy, salesy or rude, everyone we encountered along the way from the start including the owners, made us feel welcome and gave us top notch customer service.When the project commenced, the many crews we encountered were respectful and great with our two elementary-aged boys who were always asking them questions. They were cautious around our two friendly dogs who like to run under trucks, showed up on time, always picked up after themselves, asked for our input when the design appropriately called for it. The took great care to protect our plantings while working on the house. They even found a warren of bunnies in our yard and staked a sign there to make sure they did not disturb them.

Lakeside completely re-sided our home and at the same time added on a small mud-room that we use to store saddles and other tack. We were very pleased with the way the job was handled, with the people involved, and especially with the results. We often have people compliment us on the look of our house, and several have asked what type of siding we used. The extension looks like it was part of the original plan--youd never know it was an add-on. We will certainly call on Lakeside for any future work, and I highly recommend them!

My wife and I are ABSOLUTELY AMAZED with Lakeside and the people that took care of us. We used them to replace gutters, fascia, and soffits. We also had the front door area repaired and painted, garage painted, freeze boards painted and the foundation painted. We got a lot of bids from other companies and Lakeside was better or super close to the others. We were blown away from the beginning To the end with their customer service and professionalism and how they work together as a team. Stephan Chrismarich was our design specialist. He was patient, listened more than anything, gave ideas, and was always available and extremely positive the whole time. He explained everything to T and there were no surprises. He was also very knowledgeable about anything you could imagine honestly. Cory Heeley was our Project Manager. Also a very good listener, was amazing at keeping us in the loop on time frames, and just making sure we loved everything being done. He was always available if we needed him. John Femmer was our Lead Painter. John was so amazing, so positive, so helpful, went above and beyond in major ways and really took ownership of his work and getting things done. He also saw a little hole behind our door leading to the garage and literally patched it up and fixed it for us which had nothing to do with the project but everything to do with me procrastinating getting it done. That sure made the wife super happy. The weather never stopped this team or John at all. You would think no way someone is coming out and sure enough they would show up working like crazy. We seriously don’t have one complaint and will also be using them to do our next big project which is our siding and any other projects we want to accomplish in the future. While I am happy with the look of my house from the street i am not happy with the workmanship especially on my bay window that was not attached properly after the new siding was installed. Also the drip edge for the roof was not installed. It came after the roof and gutters were put on. The company will not even come out to look at it because they say i owe 4610 dollars more. They say that they did work for me per a verbal agreement but thats not true and their contract states that they will not perform work on verbal agreements. They only do work after an amendment to the original contract is signed by both parties and with the pricing included.Buyer beware.

Lake Side Exteriors has been the perfect contractor for our James Hardy fiber cement siding and our Infinity by Marvin windows. The siding looks as good today as it did 10 years ago, and the new windows we had installed over the last year are the perfect compliments to the updates we have done throughout our home.Dan and Matt Merrifield have excellent crews who perform their work in the most courteous and professional manner. Lake Side will be the first I call for any future projects that they can handle. You get what you pay for from this company. I think you will like them.

Without a doubt the finest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. When you make a sizeable investment in your home, you want quality products and professional installers. Lakeside Exteriors went above and beyond any of my expectations and continues to do so when I have requested additional services. As an example, when my new windows were installed an issue arose that they brought to my attention, fixed on their own dime and made it right. They could have easily have covered up the problem and I would have never known. I would give Lakeside my highest recommendation.

There were issues in my 28,000$ window install. I was told someone would come back and fix but then they didnt show up. Then, when I called their office, it was less than helpful. you get a receptionist and not the person who is accountable.Then, to keep your warranty, you have to have lakeside come out and inspect yearly. I pointed out same issue 1 year later and was told it would be fixed but, then, no follow through.

Excellent experience. Since I dont replace siding every day (actually this was my first time) I was a little apprehensive about it, but Lakeside explained options, costs, timelines, etc. and basically held my hand through the entire process. They were polite, kept to the schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. I can recommend them without reservation.

Lakeside did a project for us in 2 phases. In total, we had them totally reside our home with James Hardie Siding and replaced all the windows except for the front facade. Its a costly process but the quality of workmanship and attention to details provided by their crews was phenomenal. Kudos to the O brothers, Isaac and Mike. I would not do a project without them. In addition, their warranty and annual product check is another benefit of hiring them. Steve and his crew from Lakeside exteriors just completed caulking, sanding, replacing trim, and painting our hardy siding. I have to say I have never been so impressed with quality people and quality workmanship. They are attentive to every detail and clean up so well that I never even knew they were here other than the beautiful work they left behind.. Steve and his crew were and are very polite, courteous never heard a foul word come out of their mouths. Lakeside has got it right with these guys. I would hire them again in a second!!! Lakeside knocked it out of the park with our siding, paint, and porch project. Every step of the way was fantastic from sales design to build. Materials used are top notch, insulated vinyl siding, Sherwin Williams paint, fiberglass columns / rails. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with Lakeside. To top it all off our project was done in a little over a week after they started. The crews were extremely hard workers and cleaned up the site every night. In the end our house looks completely different. We had a smal brick house that had a large addition added up top. Lakeside painted the brick and replaced the siding, soffits, facia, porch and railings, now the house looks cohesive and less like a house stuck on a house. We love it!

Lakeside Exteriors completely resided our house with Hardie siding. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Tim came to our house to create an estimate and walk us through everything we needed to know about the process. He also provided an extensive list of referrals, several of which we knew and subsequently recommended Lakside as well. They started the work ahead of their promised date and showed up everyday until the work was completed. During the process, we decided to do some remodeling at one end of the house. Lakeside was very accommodating and left that area protected until we did the work. They came right back out to finish the work as soon as we called them. The quality was fantastic. Eugene was our crew lead and his team did an excellent job. All the cuts were perfect and they installed flashing everywhere! The house looks awesome and we are so satisfied to know its covered with Hardie siding and trim.
