The new roof gives us confidence in the extended life of our home. The front door and trim work makes the house stand out and looks wonderful! We are very satisfied and happy with the work done to our house.

I had some 80s windows that really needed to be replaced. The sales rep spent a lot of time explaining the windows and the process and helping me understand what I was buying. The crew was great at the install and the new windows are amazing! Totally would use them again. Just be aware that sometimes there are product delays and your installation may be delayed, as it was in my case.

Had a great experience with Power. We had a front door, sliding door and 2 windows done.Julie was great in describing the benefits of working with power and made our sales appointment great with no pressure sales tactics. I really appreciate Nick who came out and reviewed and double checked every thing, which made me feel less worried about anything going wrong.We had a scheduling snafu which was our fault and they were able to reschedule and didnt make us feel bad about it.Our install was clean and neat and Paul and Billy were awesome. They put down drop cloths and had their vacuums out cleaning as they go.Brian was great and he came out to check everything and help us setup and explain our warranty.I was so satisfied with with every part of the process.-This is what I posted through Google maps as well

Apparently I had wooden single pane builders grade windows that completely contributed to my high energy bill. Power Was actually in the neighborhood going door to door and I decided to get an estimate. The estimate turned into a full lesson on windows along with my decision to replace all of the windows in my house. From the sales representative to the person who measured my windows to the window installers to the quality assurance manager...EVERYONE was nothing short of amazing. The installers arrived right within their window and were super friendly. I was also informed the draft I felt in the winter could also be due to my front door which is now also being replaced. Its been a great experience working with Power for my energy efficiency upgrade. Im actually looking forward to winter for the first since becoming a homeowner. I will definitely use Power again :-)

UPDATE!!!!We were sold on a new roof (in which we now don’t think we needed) — see review that was posted while a sales person was sitting in front of me. After the install we had hurricane Ida come through and drop BUCKETS, I mean buckets of rain into our house. More than we’ve ever had. Called Power - they came out and “found” the problem. Fast forward two more weeks, as we anxiously waited for rain, my husband out the buckets out because, ya know just to be careful- I came home from work to water in our buckets, a new spot where it is leaking from, and an even bigger headache.Beyond disappointed!!! They’re coming out again on Monday but we are livid that we were just a “sale” and even though they assured us this would fix our leak it has just made it worse!Posted prior to installation…POWER knocked on our door and we were in need of a new roof / fix as ours was leaking. They came out and did a full presentation, gave us lots of new information and taught us some things about our roof. We decided to install a new roof with POWER and although there were some rain delays they installed the roof. We are eager for some rain to see no leaks and happy with their professionalism.

I really like working with Power. They installed a window for us. We loved their work so we ordered 11 more. It has really saved us money. They have also installed an exterior door, siding & gutters. Power did the roof, siding and gutters for our house. The roof was done at the end of May, before the summer heat started, and weve seen a 10% drop in electricity costs over last year. Siding and gutters had to wait until August because of materials availability and they let us know this up front. Work was completed quickly, professionally and CLEAN! Very happy with the outcome and the pricing!

Since we were so pleased with the siding that Power Home Improvement did on our home, we also went with them to install the solar eclipse radiant barrier and once again we’re very pleased with the finished product. They installed a roof 10 years ago. Its always leaked and they always repair but at some point you question their ability to execute the job correctly.The repair guys are never anyone from power. They show up in unmarked vans and nothing to indicate who they work for.Dont ask for a sales meeting either unless you want a 4 hour high pressure sales tactics to where they practically refuse to leave your house.Meanwhile they want to do another roof for me and I keep telling them show me you can fix the first project.

As first home buyers we were nervous to have a big project so soon after buying, but we’re so thankful we did! Our house looks great and our exterior was all done within a week. The staff was professional and worked hard through the rough summer heat and humidity. The process was pretty seamless and the quality assurance staff was responsive to some small tweaks that were needed. Cherry on top: one of our neighbors already mentioned that our house has a great new look!

Windows are great quality but unfortunately there warranty department is HORRIBLE! I have been waiting MONTHS for a replacement window and two new screen frames. The tint to the window is breaking, cracking, and peeling. Two of my window screens do not fit the frame of the window there are gaps. I cant open my windows or bugs will come inside my home due to the screen frame not fitting properly. I call every week and no one can give me an answer to were my new window is and when it will be replaced. There is no supervisor you can speak to or email. I spent THOUSANDS on new windows and Im so disappointed.

Initiated a warranty claim for 8 windows that were delaminating in march of 2020. The first visit they brought about half the correct windows. the second visit they had one of the correct windows. the third visit everything they brought was incorrect. i was then told it would be July of 2021 before the remaining windows would be replaced. We are into September now and i hadnt heard any update from Power Home. i called today and was informed that now it would be the end of this month of October. i recommend avoiding power home and look for a company that has domestic manufacturing.

From beginning to end, Power Home Remodeling customer service exceeded expectations and Im a tough critic. Theyre knowledgeable not only in the specific product I inquired about but in so many other related areas and they seem to take pride in insuring they share their knowledge to benefit the homeowner. Our sales rep, Charles Wambold, set the tone with an excellent demonstration. Wanting to make the best decision in selecting the best company, I challenged Charles with a lot of tough questions and he did a fantastic job. He was honest and transparent. I absolutely recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They replaced a bunch of our ~25 year old aluminum frame windows. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and had no problem dealing with the idiosyncrasies of our particular home. I signed a contract back in April to have windows replaced, someone came out later that month to measure and finalize the order. Service was scheduled for tomorrow, 9/16. I just received a call today saying now they estimate they can’t do the job until the end of October, or November. I can’t look for someone else to do the job because I’m locked into this contract, and I have windows that are cracked, and desperately need to be replaced.If they ever actually honor their side of the contract then maybe I’ll update this rating, but if they’d been honest in the beginning about having no idea when the job could be done, I would never have signed anything.

Preinstallation with Rob was straightforward and easy, to our install date with the crew... Mike was awesome and explained every step of the process and I asked so many questions. He was over accommodating.I have some concerns with the QA check with Mike and Mitch which at the time I thought went awesome. Very painless amazing discussion and we hired them to do our gutters too.August 11th 2021 UPDATE: So it was brought to my attention from a roofer in my family that the installer had his foot in my gutter that would have caused the concern with the quality team previously reported to me after installation. Which is why the QA team recommended I get gutters installed. This is not good practice or recommended in the opinions I have received from other installers. Gutters should not be used as a rest for equipment or resting other than ladder placement.This makes me think if they were trying to get additional work out of me when nothing was truly wrong. This put us in a pretty tough situation in thinking the integrity of the company was less than what we thought.We canceled the roof job and arent comfortable recommending this company to anyone.

Power House scheduled window install almost 5 months out from date of contract signing. 5 days before install date, I called to confirm installation, they told me everything is on schedule. 2 days before installation date, they call to tell me material is delayed, and they would not even give me future install date. They told me i cannot change anything in contract, like consumer is held hostage to their contract, with Power House having ability to play with open ended installation dates.

Met with Joe Moderski in February regarding install of new windows and had a great experience. He was very professional and put on a no pressure demonstration. Presentation was so great that we decided on the spot and do not regret our decision at all. Scheduling and installation has been a seamless process.

Worst home improvement work Ive ever had done. They replaced about half of the original windows in our house in 2008. The initial workmanship was sloppy and poor, and we had to have them return to clean it up. Thirteen years later, they are now returning for the 4th time time to replace windows which have glazed over between the glass panes. And the response time for this most recent replacement is disgraceful. We contacted them in February to come out and get another inventory of the bad windows which took them a month to schedule. A representative came out the end of March, was very rude, and we were never contacted back about when the replacement would be made. We had to call and follow up ourselves to find out when and we were told (very rudely again) it wouldnt be until the Fall! Meanwhile, 2 years after the original installation by Power Home Remodeling, we had the rest of the windows replaced by another contractor and have not had a single problem in the eleven years since the second set was done by the other contractor.Adding insult to injury, a sales rep from Power Home Remodeling visited our home recently (unsolicited) trying to sell us new siding. We pointed out the bad windows, and that we would never consider Power Home Remodeling for any more work in our home, to which he continued to try to sell us their siding by telling us the siding was the cause of the problems with the windows. Shameful! I guess the siding only causes problems with their own windows, because the rest of the windows in our home are perfectly fine. Disgraceful experience from top to bottom.Follow up…After getting their cookie-cutter auto response to pretend that they care, I emailed the address they gave me. Three months later and no response, and my windows still look like this…

Their warranty department is horrible unprofessional and does not tell the truth, I contacted them in March 2020 about five windows that were fogging up, was given several install dates and all were canceled finally had one out of five windows replaced in May 2021 and was told by Dylan the rest would be in July, another lie of many he told me. I have had a total of 18 windows installed and spent a lot of money on windows I can’t even look out of I would never recommend this company for anything and have told many people so there excuses of material shortages does not hold any truth now I know contractors and builders who are having no problem getting custom orders completed

Installed sliding glass doors one is defective not coming back to replace three appointments never showed up no call them no one can give me the right answer when I can get the door replaced just get a runaround. I guess after this review I got a call from Power apologizing they said they will be out here in September to change the door and he will let me know when so we’ll see I’m hoping this guy that talks so nice well stay with his promise and tried to make me satisfied

The windows I had installed in 2008 have had multiple seal failures since then. Theyve replaced numerous windows, many 2 or 3 times. The only saving grace (why they received 2 starts instead of 1) is the warranty that keeps replacing my windows every few years (and losing them money).

Had some roofing shingles installed by POWER HOME REMODELING nine years ago. Some tabs have loosened and I called three weeks ago for service.First appointment was for 9/16. Today they called to cancel and reschedule for 10/20 because the technician assigned to the job decided to go on vacation next week.Suggested they move someone else back who scheduled service after me. Nothing doing.AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Work crew is great. Product seems quality. If you can ever get it installed. Communication is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Repeat phone calls with no return call as promised. Rescheduled our install date and “forgot to tell us”. Supposed to be first for reinstall date. No work crew and no one to talk to when I called as they’re all “in a meeting”. Was going to use for windows but considering a different route.Update: Gutter install has been pushed back 3x so far today. Called office several times. Have left messages for a supervisor to call twice but apparently no one in the local office is available. No workmen on site. Power lied and said we would be scheduled first today since they bumped us last week. Then said the crew needed to pick up a part and that is why they were late. Turns out they got held up finishing another job prior to ours. Because why be honest with your consumer? Best you can expect is a call from a supervisor sometime before end of business today- but don’t hold your breath as they’ve proven themselves to be dishonest. Definitely going to cancel our window installation and try giving our hard earned money to a more deserving company

Just moved into an older home that needed a new roof sooner than expected and Power really came through. From our initial first contact with the sales rep, Phil C., to install day, it was a good experience. We can now feel confident that our new home is protected going into the winter months!

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Recently we had a rather unpleasant experience with Power Home Remodeling, and I wanted to warn everyone about the company. The bottom line is if you need windows (or any other home improvement work), steer clear of Power and just call Andersen or a local company with good ratings on Yelp or Angies List.THE DETAILS: The estimator kept asking us all sorts of irrelevant questions (what we liked to do for fun, what we had planned for the weekend, how we met, etc.) despite our repeatedly reminding him that we were pressed for time and needed to move on to preparing dinner. Even after being repeatedly reminded that we needed to move things along, he kept asking the same questions that wed already answered. When he finally got around to quoting prices, he kept giving us monthly payment amounts (without even mentioning the total cost, down payment or even the number of payments involved), despite our repeatedly telling him we were only interested in a cash price. When we pressed him for details about the dimensions of the windows to be installed, he was quite vague. All through this ordeal, he repeatedly introduced new topics by saying and this is the last thing but of course it never was.After more than two hours, he finally quoted us a cash price ($5636) for four windows, that was supposedly good for a year. At the same time, he offered us a lower price ($5010) IF we agreed to hire them on the spot. I then told him there was no way we would commit to spending thousands of dollars without at least a few days to think about it and consider alternatives. At that point he asked me to answer a few survey questions; the last question was why werent we going ahead with the project, to which I replied (again) that we dont commit to expensive projects on the spur of the moment. When I told him that, he said something like oh, I guess its the reputation of the company which of course completely ignored what Id already told him at least twice. It very much reminded me of a quote from Upton Sinclair: It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it. He then asked for a few more minutes so he could more neatly re-write the estimate hed filled out. After doing that, and packing up his multiple cases of samples and props, he made one more try for a quick sale by offering a price of about $4200 (supposedly the price he would offer his own mother) IF wed agree to it on the spot AND would allow them to take a picture of the work to use in their promotions. This is a standard tactic of sleazy sales operations (such as time-shares and the less honest segment of the auto industry): pitch an outrageous price, and if the customer wont agree to it right away come back with a lower (but still too high) price. After I told him no for the last time, he finally cleared out and left us to our dinner.When I took a look at the re-written estimate, I was shocked to see that the description of the windows wed asked for was partially incorrect, and the form was missing the usual language about warranties, details of the work, payment schedules, or even the name, address and phone number of the company. The more I thought about the whole thing, the more I realized I didnt want to do business with them even if they had good reviews and their price was competitive (neither of which turned out to be the case).I would urge anyone even thinking of doing business with them to consider all the problems that other reviews have detailed - numerous accounts of shoddy workmanship, installers damaging homes (and failing to fix them), failure to clean up after the job was done, poor product quality, prices that were triple or quadruple the going rate (as discovered by those who knew enough to shop around), failure to honor their lifetime warranty and high-pressure sales presentations that went on for as long as six hours!

I had a great experience having 9 windows in my home replaced. Their service techs were fast, efficient, and very professional. I’d highly recommend them and looking forward to using them again.

These people are terrific. They kept track of everything and were thorough and professional and everything they did. I needed to have one window repaired after several years and did not have all the information that I needed to give them but they had the information in their files and took care of the repair in a very timely and professional manner. We cannot be happier with our experience with Power! Our first meeting was with Melanie, she is incredible! From start to finish she explained in detail how everything would go. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made us very comfortable with moving forward with our project. Next we met with Bridget. She blew us away with her knowledge and her ability to see the magnitude of our project, but break it down in terms that we understood. She spent several hours measuring and getting everything in order for us to begin. She was spot on with everything she did. The installers were all amazing, not one issue at all. We had our roof, siding, gutters and soffits all done seamlessly, and we love everything!

1 year ago had them replace siding and install new roof. Got chalk all over my brand new patio. Used wrong color chalk and had to completely redue the entire siding. During roofing project hit my gas line,had a plumber replace line and they hit it again! Warranty issues not addressed properly. Customer service call back is horrible..

Second time going with them, first time was for the eaves now we are coming back for the big job of the siding. Always very professional and friendly

2 teams came to perform the jobs. We first wanted to have see how it’s would look before fully committing. While the first team did a good job, the second however didn’t meet that standard. Ouf of 10 windows installed, 5 failed within days. Ice were building up every morning since it was winter. I contacted the warranty department, they sent someone who first told it was the humidity inside the house that was causing it. I didn’t believe because our 22 years old windows didn’t have that issue before getting replaced. My wife wasn’t happy about it so we contacted the warranty department a second time and that time the same person admitted the windows were faulty. They agreed to replace the windows, however, we have to wait until December or next January.

We selected Power for possible siding work, during the inspection we found our attic needed to be insulated instead. This was a great experience the sales representative Ben Ashin made everything perfect. Highly recommend this company.

I tried to use this place since it had good reviews. I spent 30 minutes in total researching (Angie’s List) and on the phone multiple times with them after scheduling a quote for gutters and fascia, to get a call the day before my already scheduled appointment to tell me that our project isn’t “big enough” and we either needed to request a new roof or new siding to go with our house. What??????? So if you aren’t getting a total home overhaul, don’t go with these guys, they’ll just waist your time. That’s like going to get your tires changed at the tire shop and them telling you you need an entirely new car. 🤣

This is our second project with Power Home Remodeling. I cannot say enough of this company and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of remodeling their home. First round we did the roof. This time we did the windows. From start to finish, every representative from the company has been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you for everything!

Spent 5 hours on the initial visit. Spent 2 hours on the 2nd confirmation visit. Installer came, said the other 2 guys measured wrong and I should just do it myself from home Depot. I guess I should give them more stars for saving me 9k$... Oh... And they pulled my credit for a second time after they turned down my job. So... Huge waste of time and energy...

Around April 2015, I had my roof replaced by Power Home Remodeling. Around February/ March of 2020, during a huge rain storm, I noticed water coming from my kitchen cabinet and over the seams of the kitchen window. I suspected the roof and reported the issue to Power. Around June 2020, the company finally located and repaired the area causing the leak. It was determined that the original Power roofing crew failed to place sufficient flashing material where the garage roof butts up against the side of the house. Causing a small gap between the roof and the house This gap created a channel allowing water to penetrate and find its way into the kitchen. It appears that the roof leaked within the kitchen walls until the drywall was saturated. The warranty department said I had to wait 3 rain storms before an interior inspection could be done. 8 months later, I’m still waiting. THANKS RYAN DUNBAR FOR THE OUTSTANDING AND TIMELY SERVICE YOU PROMISED. YOU AND KRISTEN DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM TO RETURN MY JANUARY 2021 TEXTS.

The installers were on time. They were very courteous and friendly. The Windows were installed beautifully. The clean up after installing was done very well. The completed is beautiful. I am very satisfied.

Work was complete in a timely manner, and quality was excellent. I will use again for future projects.
