Orleans Co. Tree Service took down a very large gumball tree in my backyard with little to no access for removing said tree. They had to use a 100 ton crane to lift tree cuts up and over my house which of course was nerve-wracking but they did an amazing job, very professional and safety oriented. They were very detailed and even cleaned up the street in front of my house after completion. I will definitely be using them again.

After the recent ice storm we had a tree fall on our house. Knowing if it fully fell down the side of the house it could probably rip the electrical box off we were frantically calling every tree company that serviced our area. We knew it might be days to get help because of the volume of tree issues in the area due to the ice storm. After calling Orleans Tree company they sent Chris out and he arrived within ONE hour to give an estimate. Chris explained how they would remove the tree so it wouldnt fall as they removed it.Less than 2 hours after speaking to him a crew of 7 guys showed up with a grapplesaw truck, a bucket truck and a chipper truck. They were courteous, professional and extremely carful of ours and the neighbors property.If you need any kind of tree work this company was absolutely phenomenal.

Orleans Co. Tree Service is #1 in my book. I have used their services more than once. They are safety minded, professional and have the coolest robotic equipment. They dont waste time; they get the job done right and theyre on to the next. The ladies in the office have excellent communication skills and make you feel like a valued customer.They are the best. And when you find the best, you dont need the rest!!!

They made it completely affordable for me to take out several trees that were threatening my property and my neighbors. I now have a whole new backyard and they cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away! Highly recommend.

Orleans County came out today to remove some small trees and trim back limbs from my back and side yards. From scheduling the appointment to finalizing the job, the entire process was effortless for us. They came out promptly on the day of service and answered any questions prior to starting work. They were VERY careful with our grass when moving their machinery. It was like watching a benevolent hurricane in action; they were all so efficient! I think they left our backyard tidier than when they arrived! The entire job was done very professionally. We wont hesitate to call Orleans County again when were ready to remove some of these pesky pine trees.

I had Orleans Tree Service remove 6 trees, grind the stumps, and remove the roots that were on top of the ground. They gave me the best price out of three estimates. They were able to start the afternoon before their scheduled date and were back by 8:00am the next morning to finish up. They removed everything and left some for my son to use for firewood. They cleaned up and were finished by early afternoon.

I had 4 oak trees cut down and these guys are on the ball. Quick estimates and service. I was on hand most of the time while they were doing the work and the entire crew was very friendly, courteous and constantly watched the surrounding area in order to not damage anything. They did such a good job of cleaning up that you would never know they had been there except the trees were gone. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need tree service.

This company is by far the worst, dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. After working 1 year into getting all of my trees removed, they told me that they are going to charge more. I asked for everything to be quoted a month prior. The fact they never called to inform me of a new price or anything is just horrible. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor service, poor business. Below 0 rating.

After reading the Google reviews, Orleans tree service seemed to be the right choice to have some trees removed and some stumps ground down. They were prompt in scheduling an estimate which seemed promising. During the estimate the gentleman that was doing it took no notes, which seemed odd. Two days later I got my estimate, which seemed a little on the high side, but I emailed them back to schedule the work. Several days later I still hadnt received a response so I emailed them again (calling during their business hours is almost impossible due to my work) and expressed the need to get on their schedule as soon as possible as we have a fencing project waiting for the tree removal to be done.I have yet, to this day, to hear back from them. Being kept waiting for almost two weeks for even a response is no way to treat potential customers. I ended up getting an estimate from a competitor and it was more reasonably priced and they already have me on their schedule, all completed during the estimate.Overall I am disappointed in the lack of customer service in such a highly rated company.

I wouldnt think of calling anyone else. Orleans County Tree Service has the equipment and staff on site to always do our work efficiently and very safely. Several huge jobs on our property over the years done flawlessly. They always...ALWAYS...go above and and include work we didnt even ask to be done, at the most reasonable prices we can find. Long term employees, well-insured and extremely customer service oriented.

I have hired Orleans 3 times to remove problem trees on my property. Every time they did an awesome job. They even were able to effortlessly remove trees that were very close to my house. Their prices were good and they cleaned up after themselves. Great work guys!!!

These guys do a great job, I have used them twice for two projects. The latest one required a power disconnect that was coordinated with dominion power. They handled everything. I was pretty nervous about not having power over night but everything worked out great. They also do a great job no tearing up the yard. After they left you could barely tell they were there except for the missing tree. They use these big rubber mats when they drop the final piece and it helps keep the grass from getting torn up. The best part about this company is that they send out a gentlemen who will stand and chat with the homeowner all day. As homeowners we are curious and nervous about the whole tree ordeal. Having someone there to relay messages to the guys working and talk you through whats going on is great. This company really understands customer service and will make sure everything is left how it was when they arrived; minus the tree.

The owner and workers at Orleans Tree svc were here on time and they completed cutting two of my trees down. They are all very professional. Their team made my yard look like I never had a tree. My experience has been an amazing one! Thank you so much Orleans Tree Svc.

The team did a great job! With budget in mind they helped make our yard look great! Very professional crew! The team was careful not to damage the turf or any of our many plants in our yard! Gary was very knowledgeable and even made recommendations for next year! Will continue to hire this team!

We’ve used these guys 3 times now & cannot say enough good things about them. Amazing to watch how they cut trees down right next to the house & never touch a thing with the limbs but the ground. Very courteous, very professional, answered every question & concern I had since the trees were so close to the house & most importantly when they left you never knew they had been here. I would absolutely recommend them & if we ever need tree service again they will be our first call.

Extremely pleased! The Orleans crew removed a large oak tree from a tight place, removed the stump and left the work area spotless, no signs of leaves, wood chips, branches, etc. The work area on the street was also cleaned. My neighbor across the street came over and thanked me for using a contractor that left the street so clean! Thats a compliment worth mentioning. Cant recommend these guys more. They cut down 4 trees for me and top notch from the moment they arrived. Worked quickly, safely and took care of the yard as they worked. Use of mechanical equipment without leaving much of a trace was highly impressive.

I cannot say enough good things about Orleans. I have used them for stump grinding and tree removal. They are very reasonably priced, every one has been so kind and helpful, and they do good work. Cant say enough good things about these guys...theyre amazing. Professional, friendly, courteous and extremely good at what they do. We had a very large oak in the center of a dogwood and azalea garden that had to be removed...we asked them to save as many dogwoods as possible. They saved all the dogwood, all the azaleas, and rhododendrons. Watching them work was amazing . The yard and garden looked better when they left than when they got here. Thank you, guys! Orleans Co. Tree Service is freaking awesome. We’ve utilized their services twice. One time was to clear three felled trees from a storm and the other time was to trim some damaged and dead branches and clear out three dead trees. These guys are on time, proficient, and take pride in being a local service that gives customers a fair price for the work done. I highly recommend them.

I called and explained the situation, and within an hour they were out, looked at it,and agreed to remove it the same afternoon. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. One guy was cutting and dropping the limbs, while the other guys dragged them away. They racked and cleaned up the yard, even used a blower to get the sawdust off everything.
