I moved here a few months ago and discovered 4 Seasons Nails since they are open on Sunday. What a find! Rosie always does a wonderful job and ensures that my manicure is well done. I always leave happy!

I have never seen any nail technician do a job like this. She put way too much acrilic on and my nails now look like bubbles. Some fingers are uneven and not smooth at all (see attached pictures) Im just passing through on a road trip anyhow so I doubt Ill ever go there again. Giving 3 stars because, despite their sloppy job, they were friendly, took their time and the salon was very clean and organized.

My first manicure and pedicure in 3 months was done by Adia at 4 Seasons Nail Salon. I went back the next day and had a facial wax by Rose. I highly recommend both of these skilled professionals. And, the salon is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after your visit.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have loved each of the services received. Would highly recommend this shop.

The wait was to long! My friend had her feet in cold water to take other customers. My other friend asked for a specific color on her pointer finger and they put the color on the wrong finger on the other hand. We didnt appreciate the way they were looking at my friend while she was breastfeeding or when the baby was upset.

WAY TOO PRICY!!!! I got my toes done with gel polish and they I got SHORT ACRYLIC and my eye brows and it was all 109 like I feel that was way too pricy and the lady did such a bad job on my hand nails she left them fat and they just look so unflattering I will never be coming here again

This place looks great, and she did do a great job with my nails but she wasn’t so nice to me. She made fun of me for wanting my nails long. Other than that, I really liked the place. She told me one price but I ended up paying like 15$ more dollars. Whatever.

Do not and I mean do not get your nails done here! This is a beautiful salon but the quality of work is trash! My nails looked better when I came in the door to get them filled. I left there paying full price and complaining and I was told by the receptionist that the techs name was at the bottom of the receipt so I would know not to go to her anymore. Lmao I will not be returning there! Wth, this is not how you run an establishment! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

Visited for the 1st time. It will be my last. I arrived at 6:30. They took me right away to wrap my nails to soak off the old product. I then got a pedicure which was terrific. The pedicure ended at about 7:30...my fingers were still wrapped. I waited until 8:30 for a tech to begin my service (nails wrapped in acetone the whole time). She begins the service and gets the dip color wrong. She tries to correct it and cant. Then a guy has to take over to do my dip nails. I DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 10:15 pm! The charges were expensive and he had a ruler to measure my nail length. Never going back!

Got 2 Pedicures & A Short Full Acrylic Set For $151. I Asked Prior To My Appointment How Much It Would Be & I Was Told $80. Was Very Clean & Nice But My Nails Was Very Sloppy Around My Cuticle Area On EVERY Finger & Every Toe .

I like going here to get my nails done. There is only one guy that works there. I believe he is the owner. He is the only one that I will let do my nails. He is great. He also does art work on your nails for an extra cost. Just show him s picture and he will draw. They do really good pedicures as well. I love this place, but if you dont make an appointment you may have a long wait. I go back every 3-4 weeks.

Never give you want you want. Paid extra for matte finish, but it didnt work. Nails started to lift 5 days and fell off later. Went back to change polish because it looked bad and they still tried to charge me. Will never visit again. Not worth my hard earned money

Phuong does a fabulous job on acrylic dip manicures. My friend and I have been coming for awhile and he does a great job every time. I have picked out several pictures of nails on line and he has been able to duplicate them every time. The girls in the shop do wonderful pedicures as well. The best nail salon in the area in my opinion.

If I could give this place no stars I would .I come in with my daughter so we could have a pleasant nail day ..they call my name and I sit down and the lady says that she cannot do a ombre so I have to wait ..so my daughter gets her nails done . so now 2 people have come in and have started to get their nails done while I am waiting. I wait for 20 min and no one came back to say lets at least get your tips on . I chose to leave and I go to pay, and I have to pay $20 for my child to have polish put on ..ridiculous. They were rude, unprofessional, and obviously do not know how to do nails ..i do not recommend this place unless you like people not knowing how yo do nails

I wear acrylic dip nails products, and Ive had 2 different people handle my nails on 2 different occasions. The first a guy made a huge mess and wouldnt allow old dip to soak off, which resulted in him filing my real nails too thin. The second and last time was a lady she was nice, but nail werent shaped evenly, they lifted up from the cuticle after 2 weeks (usual I can wear the dip for a month or even 2). I was also charged for clipping my nails shorter, that is a part of the service. I wasnt charged the first time.Each time I had to wait over an hour for service, they had business but werent that busy. Its a nice establishment, but the competency of the staff just isnt there for me. I only choose to go to this location because they were close to me, convenience isnt always good.Looking for a great spot for sure fire nails, check out California Nails on Jeff Davis close to John Tyler open until 8 p.m. see Tim hes awesome and licensed.

Was charged 89.00 for a gel mani /pedi. OUTRAGEOUSUpdate: its only been one week and the nail polish literally peeled off.

Paid almost $40 for a gel manicure and it barely lasted four days. I’m fine with paying for things as long as I get my money’s worth, and I definitely did not.

I love this salon! I go every two weeks and get the same man. He always does a wonderful job on my nails. The nails are never too thick or too thin, and he makes sure if my hands are dry to massage them using the oil before time to rinse; even though Im only purchasing a fill in. The technicians dont speak to one another while doing your nails and very professional.

Graciously giving this place a one star only because of how sweet the woman was that did my pedicure. The rest is another story. My normal salon was not available and I was going to be in the area that day. I called ahead to make an appointment and to see if they knew how to fill in a pink and white OMBRÉ acrylics. I was told over the phone that it would be no problem. When I sat down to get my nails done, the guy picked up a couple bottles of pink and white glitter nail polish and then I had to re-explain that my nails were not painted but were actually acrylic powder. He began to file my nails and after filing 2 he decided that he wasn’t comfortable doing my nails and passed me off to a different lady. Then I was told that they only had two pink powders, neither of which were even close to the color previously on there. Instead of fading the existing color, she just left the very harsh, grown out line and filled the nails in with a clear powder. There is also excess acrylic piled up around the edges of most of my nails. Once the acrylic was done she painted the clear gel which is normal but knocked my hand slightly into the table when showing me where the lights were. The caused several raised and bare spots in the gel. She also filed the skin on two of my fingers to the point they were bleeding. This place has nice prices but the manicure was not worth the low price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dee was wonderful. I am new to this area and use to drive 45 minutes back to Short Pump to get my feet done but that became too much after a while. I searched around today online and read reviews for nail salons in this area and this one had great reviews. The establishment was also very clean and tidy so I was impressed. Dee was gentle and made these ol horse huffs look like a million bucks. I will definitely be a long standing customer from today on forward.

First time going I went on Mother’s day .They were busy n I didn’t have an appointment. It was worth the wait they did a great job.Very nice people they didn’t rush like some other places I been.They make sure you are satisfied with your nails .I will be coming back, and I also referred people they are open 7days.Thanks again

Today was my 1st time going, I was taken back almost right away. The salon is very elegant & clean. Dianna did my pedi, she was very polite & nice. I had GREAT experience! The location is convenient for me as well.

Excellent job on our pedicures! A long time massaging legs and didnt feel like we were rushed. Nails look neat. Liked the plastic liners and generally cleanliness.

I went in for my first time, the said they did dip do I picked my color. The lady who called me up didn’t know how to take the dio off, i told her They usually get soaked in acetone. She soaks em but not long enough where she tried to shave them off w the drill. Be mindful that all I wanted was a full in and ti Tuz broken nail. She cut the whole nail off where she had to give a full set, she even tried to glue nail on top of dip. I told her the dip hasn’t been all removed. Finally she starts gluing the nails and I notice she is using same size nails on all my fingers which were huge. The final project was horrific. Needlessly to say, I paid, left no tip, sat on porch and went at it on my nails until they were perfect. I highly suggest not going to this place, they are lazy and do poor job. No quality in there service.

I have been looking for a new home salon for over a year and I have found it! I get pink and white, and their fill and double fill are both great. The nails are not thick, and dont break. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. The technicians dont chat over their clients and I find that a big part of the experience. I would highly recommend this place to any one, and their prices are fair.

Ugh, I hate to give a bad review but I’m just soooo disappointed in my manicure. Went in and asked for chrome powder, the lady who did my nails was really nice and brought me water but she spoke very low and I could never hear what she was saying.. Maybe this is why I never got the chrome powder I asked for multiple times. Instead I got a shellac color that resembled the chrome color I wanted. I saw the powders on display but had never gotten thembefore so I didn’t even know that I wasn’t getting what I wanted (chrome powder) until the end when I asked “are we done?” But this isn’t even my biggest issue: I got my nails done 5 days ago and they have legit never looked worse. My cuticles are out of control and this is the reason I splurged and got them done, hoping to get them trimmed well. Also, the growth of the nail is already showing A LOT as if I got them done at least 2 weeks ago because she painted them too low on my nails. I already need to get them done again and feel that I wasted $35. Very sad about it. Do better on cuticles and shellac application please!

I will never go back to that nail salon again. I called to make an appointment and was told it would be $35. I arrived a few minutes early a female nail tech asked what I was getting. I asked for gel nails. She trimmed my cuticles and they started burning and she didnt give me what I asked for. She trimmed too much of my cuticle she tried to take some trimmed skin and put it back on my finger. Wow!!! She proceeded to tell me that I asked for a manicure which I didnt. She did a horrible job on my nails. She also spoke very low, so low I could hardly understand what she was saying. My nails look like my 12 year old did them. And I was charged more than I was told.

I love this place! They always take their time to ensure that each customer is taken care of. They dont rush your service. Ive been going here for two years now!

My daughter and I went into the establishment, they said they would take us to get her nails and toes painted only. We sat there for over 30 minutes when one of the workers was done with there client, never acknowledged us or the other lady that was there before us. We left out of the door and the same older woman came behind us and hurried up to lock the door. I understand if your tired and want to go home but just tell someone that.

Not what it used to beJust got my toes done literally minutes ago so this is the current state of this salon. Used to go here years ago when there was a complete different staff whom are all gone now which was a huge mistake because the new staff is just nasty. Went in for a pedicure and the woman doing my pedicure was very nasty and rude. She even rolled her eyes at my choice in nail color and was visiblely upset when I told her no to her persistent asking of me to do more services like eyebrows and manicure. Then she pulled out a towel from a corner which was clearly used and dirty to wipe and dry my legs and feet. I was mortified. Once we were done she insisted I pay immediately. I wanted to pay with another card so I began looking through my purse and realized I left it in the car. I was trying to explain to her that after my toes dried I would run out to the car and get the card I wanted to use. In the middle of me explaining she just walked off angrily. At this point another male employee had to come over and tell me yes maam I will help you when u are ready I was soo irritated to the point where I just wanted to leave. I paid and left with my toes still wet. If you want bad service and unsanitary tools used on your hands and feet you will love this place.

Dee is amazing and I have made my next four appointments with her. @FourSeasonsNails is clean, efficient and friendly. I think their prices are reasonable if not standard for the Chester area. I use Gel polish and Im more than satisfied every time! Highly recommended

I checked in at 1015 for a gel pedicure. Was told to sign in and pick a color and then have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. After waiting 45 minutes someone came and asked if I was a part of the bridal party(,that was there) to which I said no. At this point I said I was going to leave as it is 11 and I have another appt in an hour. The technician then says he is ready right now. I follow him and I finally have my feet soaking at 1105. At 1108 he comes to me and says he is sorry but he forgot he has another set of toes to do in the bridal party and I will be waiting longer. At this point I pulled my feet out of the water and left. Too many options out there so I will not be coming back.

Staff are really friendly, service was great, and all at reasonable prices. Definitely going back.

I went in to get the acrylic soaked of my real nails, the technician proceeded to bring out what looked like tonail clippers. I told I dont want my nails cut I want the acrylic soaked off. She then takes an artificial nail tip and slides but under my nails. She ripped three of my nails. Months of hard work growing beautiful long nails ruined. I didnt stay for her to do more damage, I walked out of the salon immediately. I chose this salon based off google reviews. I think its only fair that I dont let another customer make the same mistake!

Very disappointed with my last experience here. Going to get your nails done is supposed to be a very relaxing experience and my last visit totally turned me off.So the last time I went they had a movie about slavery on the tv. Nice. So as I’m sitting here watching a man being hung with his pants down at his ankles and blood dripping down his leg, I heard other customers in the background making despicable comments. Then another lady kept looking at me during certain scenes to see what my reaction would be. Awesome. I’m not one to make a big deal about things like this, I watch those types of movies in the comfort of my own home. However, to be out in a public place, in salon that calls itself Four Seasons Nails and is supposed to offer a spa-like experience, ehhh no...definitely not what I would consider a pleasant experience....but what really pissed me off was when I told the manager at the front desk that the movie was offensive, he had the audacity to snicker at me. I chose not to make a scene and just paid for the services and left.Long story short, I will not be returning. If I could give no stars, I would.

I went here and strayed away from my usual wonderful nail salon. Let me start out by saying I have never written a review and I am super laid back. This was the worst experience ever. First I waited an hour and a half to be taken back to get my eyebrows done. Collective I waited 2 hours before not being taken to get my nails done even though multiple people had looked/spoken to me. I was trying to be as patient as possible but eventually just paid for my brows and walked out after I addressed the issue.At the end of this, 2 hours later I have burns on my eyebrows and they were scabbed over for Christmas and the skin around my eyebrows broke out into a massive rash a few days later. This has never happened to me in the 6 years I’ve been getting my brows done at random places. Please be careful trying to save another young lady from burns on her eyes.

Sad to say on 3 different occasions I ended up walking out. They are inconsiderate of others time. On 2 of the 3 occasions I was a walk-in, which they told me they accepted. As a walk in I expect to have to wait, but when that wait time exceeds 20-25 minutes I feel as if it is right to tell the person Yes, we can take you but just you know I do not believe anyone will be available within the next ____ minutes If i was told this, i would gladly go kill time and come back or nicely go else where if i were short on time. However here, they tell you to go ahead and sit down and someone will be with you shortly, shortly to me is not 30+ minutes...after waiting literally 28 minutes I asked about how much longer did they think and he proceeded to tell me roughly 15 more mintues...if he knew they were going to take 45 minutes to get to me that should have been disclosed immediately walking in. Thats ridiculous. This has happened on two occasions just like that. The third time for whatever reason I tried to give them a chance again, I made an appointment still waited 15 minutes, and then asked the lady for a simple paint from a picture on my phone, when she was done it looked like a child had done my nails...if she could not have done what I asked she could have simply had someone else do it or nicely tell me she did not think it would turn out right and i could have opted for something different rather than end up wasting my money. This place is a understaffed, inconsiderate, and overall not what anyone in my opinion would be looking for in a nail salon.
