Please do not work at this place of business. I recently stopped working there because I was given an offer to become a supervisor and increase my pay. They then recently received new staffing. However, any professional businesses would communicate any changes if there were any to ensure that there is no confusion. I never received any type of communication until I drove an hour to the facility just to find out they have a new staff after rebuilding their company resulting in my offer letter and pay as a supervisor to no longer be in standing but instead to have me do the same position I was doing as QMHP at this facility prior to the supervisor position. I denied the position because I was offered to become a supervisor. Upon my denial my check that was supposed to be worth 20+ hours was cut in half and I have yet to receive a reason as to why I don’t have the full amount to my check. However, it’s okay because I gained a better offer and position elsewhere. If the ratings were in alphabets I’d give them a G for ghetto or U for unprofessional.
