They are the worst. We are a food establishment and they have left a broken dumpster full of rotting food at my job for almost 2 weeks now and wont get it until they can replace it? GET YOUR BROKEN DUMPSTER FULL OF ROTTING FOOD OUT OF HERE. IDGAF about the replacement right now. They are just incompetent.

Ordered a Dumpster to be delivered - Gave credit card to pay in full for it - Scheduled work men around the dumpster - Signed terms and conditions contract - and at 4;30 pm the afternoon before the dumpster is supposed to come, they tell me its not available..I asked for a smaller one until the one I actually reserved can be here and they said I would have to pay for 2 separate dumpsters - with no apologies.Horrible Customer service.Use Trash Tech.

43 yr Customer. Service this year is worse than any issues we had in the first 42 yrs. Simply they are constantly not picking up the trash and when we call they say well try to get somebody out tomorrow but never happens.

They gave me a price for 350 for a 10yd dumpster. In the fine print it only includes 3 ton??!! Ordered a 10 yd roll off About a week and a 1/2 ago, Sign the contract, they put their deposit right on my credit card. The day before the dumpster was to get delivered they called at 4:15 to cancel and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience they have caused Me and their office closes at 4:30.Could not call them until the next day because their office was closed. When I called them the next morning they just said it was a scheduling issue. Didnt apologize . To me this is very unprofessional. So I canceled now, Im told I will not get my deposit back for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Truck that drives down 352 around 2pm regularly goes half the speed limit. has lights timed to where no one behind him can make it through light. 3rd time this month Ive been stuck behind this pud. edit.owner seems to think his trash truck driver knows better than the civil engineers that designed and set the speed limits on roads. tell me when its appropriate to drive 20 in a 45? how is that going to be safer for anyone involved?

Recent roofing project was done and J&K was on dumpster duty. All I can say is goodbye lawn and goodbye driveway lights. Huge ruts and impressions were left in our lawn next to the driveway which we will need to fix at our own expense. The driver came the day after our roofing work was finished, pulled halfway up the driveway and then just left without pickup up the dumpster, no call, no notification while I watched it happen. I guess leaving their dumpster in our driveway an extra day is tantamount to their service. This is our first and only experience as they do not service our area.

I have witnessed them picking up our recycling with the regular trash, and when I attempted to ask questions numerous times, they eventually said that they do not recycle. It didnt start out this way, but now all of the recycling and trash go into the same truck. And yet their website maintains that they have a recycling program.

Used J&K 3 years ago. Need A Dumpster again soon will only use J&K! Defendant, Courteous and Professional!

Called to get residential trash service setup, and after about 2 weeks of inquiring as to when my container would arrive (they said two days at first) I was told they didnt have any and had no idea when they would get them. I obviously cancelled the service request, and then was billed a few weeks later. They did take care of the bill issue right away, but still. Very poor customer service.

We reached out for a 10 yd dumpster. The customer service setting up the dumpster was great. They dropped off on time and picked up time. Overall a great experience. When we have a need again J&K will be our only call.

I needed a dumpster for a basement and garage cleanout. After searching the Web I came across J&K and gave them a call. They were very courteous and explained in detail which dumpster would be best for me. They dropped off the dumpster right away and picked up on the the scheduled day. Was a great experience, the cost was minimal. I suggest J&K to anyone looking to rent a dumpster

We were putting in an extension to our home and needed a dumpster. We went online and found J&K. The price was very fair and they had the dumpster at our house the next morning. Everything worked out perfectly with JK. I recommend them

Beware of this company they will rent a dumpster to you and not tell you the terms and conditions you better read your contract well cuz they will forget about their dumpster and leave it in your driveway forever and then charge you $5 a day over the 14-day rental without calling you without telling you or being upfront about any of it so be careful people they will rip you off and they could care less that theyre doing it.

Requested a 30yd container be delivered at 730am Monday. At 11:30 it shows up and instead of putting the container in the driveway next to house, they put it 50yards away from the house in the street. The driver told us he would return in 45 mins to move it to the correct location, however dispatch guy said it couldnt be moved till the following day. Gonna cost us a lot more time now to move all of the debris to the dumpster. Really Really Disappointed in their customer service. Our business is based on timing and logistics and this dumpster company is a joke. Will not use this company ever again.

First time user and lets just say my experience was very disappointing. Driver backed into my mailbox ripping it from the ground and knocking the top completely loose. Yes, things happen and I was very understanding at first. But nobody in that company called to customer service my account. I had to follow up multiple times to finally get resolved. I even asked to speak with the owner and its been several weeks with no call. There is either really bad communication between customer service and management or zero respect for some of their smaller accounts. I would not recommend this company for your residential disposal needs!

Extremely poor customer service : I read on their website that they were family owned and had been in the business for years, etc..I was really impressed but when I called a man answered and I asked if I could speak with someone in a department who could give me some prices on a dumpster or if he could do it for me. I was hung up on. Thinking it was an accident, I waited for him to call me back but after 5 minutes, I figured it wasnt going to come so I called them back. This time a young female answered and I asked the same question, also mentioned jokingly I was just hung up on, I thought maybe a, oh Im sorry about that or something, but no apology, nothing. I proceeded to ask her questions and it was like she was half a sleep, one answer responses from her then it would be complete silence, no elaboration on anything. She was buttoned up tight. She wasnt going to telling me anything. Wish I had a button to push on the phone to give her shock treatment and make her come to life! I finally got irritated and told her. you know this is your company, your business, are you interested in selling your product because everything Ive had to ask you and all im getting are one word answers .It was like this girl was stuck on stupid, I just hung up after that. Before this call, I had just called another dumpster company and the guy I spoke to was awesome ( I didnt go with him ) but his customers service was great, he told me everything I could want to know and more.
