I came here to inquire about the cost of getting a pair of rank insignia (chevrons) sewn onto my military service uniform. Not only is the price unreasonable ($5 for just one, no way!) compared to the competition ($7 for both), the lady also doesnt even know how to take basic measurements when asked... basic skills of a tailor such as getting a persons neck size, sleeve length, hat size, chest, waist, hip measurements, as well as back, sleeve inseam, trousers inseam and outseam. How this shop stay in business is beyond me.

This woman is downright rude and everytime I try to bring something to her because her location is convenient to my home, she said she cant do it

Terrible customer service! I had a a dress to let out and the black strap to be adjusted. The woman was rather dismissive . I cant help you... i went to another dry cleaner on ironbridge road chester and it was done in 15 mins, with a complimentary ironing service! Horrible service...spend your money elsewhere !
