Very Good auto shop they do phenomenal work and they are kind. They will not do anything without calling and telling you a price first and they truly want the best for their customers. I always go to Mario he takes good care of me.

While other workers there are nice and friendly, only one person there wasnt. On top of that, only one person there was wearing a mask. Who I believe to be the manager or shop owner. He was the friendliest and only one wearing a mask.Almost wanted to leave and take my business elsewhere because of one his worker, yelling at me to speak up. I get wearing a mask muffles my voice, but I dont speak very loud Im sorry. And then yells at me for leaving the door open. I never even opened the door. Then tells me to calm down and relax. I just stood there in silence confused.Only reason why I stayed to get my car inspection was because of the price and the shop owner who was very nice with me.

One word...DisappointmentTook my car in today for inspection. Showed up before they closed. The gentleman refused to inspect my car because they shut their machine down before 4pm. I said you are open until 4pm. How are customers supposed to know that you shut your machine before closing? He spoke over me the entire time and basically said in a joking manner, come back this weekend, but let me guess today is your last day and then he laughed. What this gentleman didnt know I have been taking my car to Iaconas for the last 5 years for inspection services. The Saturday crew is who I have dealt with. They have AlWAYS been kind, professional, and customer focused. Today was the only day I could get this taken care of. I left work early to get there before they closed. Due to the horrible service and the disrepect I will be taking my business else where. To the Iacona Saturday crew, THANK YOU for your great customer service over the years. Please pass your professionalism down to all of your team members.

My brother took his tundra to get inspected here, it passed...2 weeks later the lower ball joint popped out his wheel came off and caused about 700-800$ just in parts plus the tow home, when i tried to talk to the owner her was very disrespectful and rude. My experience here, never again
