This company is great. They came out with mask, shoe covers and gloves also got my dishwasher fixed. Other companies in the past never had shoe covers during the pandemic they didnt want to wear a mask I really appreciate this company looking out and respecting our household thank you All Affordable Appliance Services.

On August 26, 2021 Kim came out and gave us a quote to repair our stove. He advised that he had to order the parts and that it would take about 5 days but due to the pandemic it may take longer. No big. On September 9th he called and advised that the parts came in but one of the parts was the wrong part so he would need to reorder which would take another 5 days or so. Again we were patient because no fault of his. On Wednesday September 22 Kim called and advised that the parts were in but due to other customers he had to attend to he would not be able to make it until Saturday at 8 am. He stated this is normally his day off. So we had no choice but to wait. Again trying to be patient. Well, Saturday at 7:30 he advised he was delayed due to his kids needing to be picked up. At 9:48 am I texted to get an ETA and got no response so my husband reaches out and he received the text below. He advised that he would definitely be able to make it Monday.. So we had no choice but to agree to Monday at 9:30. Well, Monday he reaches out again and advises he will be late because his kids missed the bus. That was the last time he heard from him. We have texted and called several times and no response. So I stopped payment on the check and I am having someone come out next week. My advise DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! He appears to always deny his wrong so I attached screenshots. I really didnt want to make this post but I could not allow him to mess anyone else over.Update - I will not allow you not to take ownership. My husband nor I attempted to fix the stove. You are a LIAR and it shows in all your responses. There is no way everyone is wrong but you. You are a horrible business owner. You not returning calls does not classify as not working out. We never discussed my check so that again is a lie. You should consider a career change. We were nothing less than patient the entire time.

Are Samsung refrigerator freezes up in the refrigerator. Not only did we have a hard time getting someone to come out on a Samsung refrigerator but this company knew exactly what the problem was weve been fixed now for over 3 months in the refrigerator is running great. Kim was very professional and honest. He called 30 min before his arrival time just as he said he would and arrived on time. He came in to my home respectfully and was able to tell me all I needed to know about my outdated side by side that I purchased non working. He could have charged me a lot of money for a service but instead he showed concern and provided knowledge. I definitely recommend him for all your repair needs. I called to see if they could repair my washing machine and they couldn’t for another 2 weeks. I told him what was wrong with it and he proceeded to walk me thru a few steps to see if that fixed the problem. It did!!! The nice gentleman fixed my machine over the phone. He was so nice and patient with me. I have so much trust and respect for this company. I will always use them. Thank you so so much!

My husband and I recently moved into our home and realized that the dryer hook up was not compatible with the plug in our new home. We called All Affordable Appliance Services on a Sunday expecting a call back on Monday and received a call back right away. Mr. Kim came to our home that very same day, switched the cord and hooked up our appliances. The price was shockingly reasonable for weekend “emergency” service. We are new to the Chester area and have added All Affordable Appliance as our appliance repair company from now on. Thank you, Mr. Kim!

My water line tubing got a pinhole leak and I cobbled together a temporary fix for the weekend. Out of the three services I contacted, Kim from All affordable contacted me and said he would be able to repair the fridge that day! The other two set a date for August 9! Made 3 different appointments with this guy he never showed never called to let me know he wasnt coming. I called him back each time to find out why what when, rescheduled each time but he never showed or called back. Finally called someone else Ducks appliance and they showed, called ahead,on time, prompt and fixed my appliance.

Called Friday and spoke with a man who sounded very professional. Scheduled to have someone come out Saturday morning to look at refrigerator. No one showed up. Called several times on Saturday, got no answer, no call back. In the meantime, the majority of my cold food went bad. POOR POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called late Thursday afternoon to set up an appointment. Much to my surprise, they scheduled me right away. Kim came today and fixed my fridge within 20 minutes. Great service. Will definitely recommend both All Affordable and Kim (if you can ask for someone by name). Thanks again.

Fixed stove and washer. I have had great experiences with Kim. However, I called last week about my dryer and he said he would get the part and get back with me this past Tuesday. I spoke to him this past Tuesday and have not heard from him since. I have left several messages. I see in another review, they are having phone issues, so I hope this post lets him know I am waiting to hear from him.

Our garbage disposal 10 years old leaking water. We called this company they had Electrolux stainless steel 3-year warranty garbage disposals on the truck. Very nice job and quiet garbage disposal. We didnt have to go to Lowes and buy one of them loud disposals and find somebody to install it definitely saved us time.

My washing machine was shaking violently during every wash. About a month ago I called all affordable and they came the same day to diagnose the issue. Within the week, the machine was fixed and I havent had any problems since. These guys know their stuff and they provide good service. I strongly recommend.

Tried calling to find out why and no one answered and the voice mailbox is full. Shotty outfit, wouldnt recommend them anyone. Zero, Zero, Zero stars!

My dishwasher issue was a simple fix. Issue identified and resolved quickly. The owner/repairman was very polite and advised me of the functions on my unit that I was unaware of. Service fee is affordable compared to other companies. I will definitely use this company again.

So heres an unusual happy ending story. My washer broke, so I called another local repair shop (first to show up in a search) and their weekend answering service is a Rick Roll prank - the robot voice says thanks for calling, then Never Gonna Give You Up starts playing.So I called All Affordable on the advice of a friend.The gentleman I spoke with was friendly, but informed me it would be at least five days till he could get to my house due to other booked appointments. Then he asked for more info about the washing machine. How old is it? Almost 12 years. What kind? LG. He had me go to the utility room and do a simple diagnostic by manipulating the drum.And then he told me he was going to save me $900 on a repair that likely would last long beyond the next expensive repair to the machine. He explained what the problem was, told me its literally the only thing he would confidently diagnose over the phone, said he was happy to do so to save me the additional $80 for the diagnostic house call, and then we had a very pleasant Saturday morning conversation about Rick Rolls before he gave me advice on a new washer. Today will still cost me close to a grand for a new washer, but it WONT instead cost me close to two grand.I highly recommend All Affordable. Honest and an obvious value for your money.

All Affordable was very professional, showed up on time, and gave me great advice. They could have told me to repair my washing machine in order to make money, but they didnt. The service technician advised that I replace it because the repairs would have been as expensive as buying a new washing machine. He also charged me less than the normal service call because he was able to diagnose the problem so quickly. I will definitely contact All Affordable again for my future appliance issues.

My girlfriend had scheduled appointment. Kim said that he would be there between 10 and 12pm. He never showed up or called. I reached out to him later that evening and he said that one of his kids was sick. I could understand that as I have a child also. He rescheduled for the next day but again he never showed and never called. Made contact again this time he said he had car trouble. I asked him if we could do a third schedule as my girlfriend was very upset with him. Thought we would be able to get a good call as we only live a few blocks away from him as we see his little white car coming and going on route 10. After the third no show he seemed very frustrated and out of sorts and told me extremely rudely call another company that he didnt have time for my business. I am sure he will respond back to this calling me a liar as he has done with many other customers.

I had to replace my Samsung ice maker. The owner/repairman was very courteous and pleasant. He came in, was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the part and completed the installation in a very timely manner. BEWARE of doing business with this company! Kim showed up late with some excuse for his tardiness. Was not friendly or interested in helping us. He said our dryer needed a new motor ($400) because it was not heating and that he would have order the part and get back with us. He charged us $89 for the service call and left. We havent heard a thing and no one from this company has contacted us. We then proceeded to get another quote and found out that the motor was fine but there was a minor plastic part that needed to be changed. The new tech fixed the issue in one visit. I feel like Kim stole $89 from us with no intention of fixing our issue. Good luck to you if you use them.

He showed up on the 20th of March did a little bit of repair 140 was the deposit for a supposedly 365 dollar job. Told me he would be back Wednesday the 24th between 11-2 never showed, I called left a voicemail then called from another number. He stated he didn’t remember giving me that time but would be out there when he finished a few jobs that as around 2pm. Texted him around 4pm same response, 8pm came around with no show no text no nothing. The next day still the same nothing, so eventually at 10 am, my husband called he never returned his call, I finally texted him and stated due to his lack of communication we will be utilizing someone else to repair our dryer.

They came and serviced my refrigerator. It isnt even that old. Note: Always get a warranty or put these guys in your contacts!

UPDATE: Kim returned today and explained the issues that prohibited his ability to get in touch with us. He went out of his way to come on a day he knew I was off work (Im off every Tues) so he could personally apologize. He took responsibility for the error and made it right. Mistakes happen, thats life. I appreciate his effort to retify the situation. We will give him another shot if we need a repair man in the future.We contacted this company Aug 9th and arranged for him to diagnose our fridge on 8/11. He said there was an $80 diagnosis fee and if we chose to fix it, the $80 would go towards repairs. He showed up and said it needed a new fan motor and it would be $200 to fix it. He would need to get the part and return 8/12. We paid him the initial $80 and he returned the following day. He said he needed a second part and it would be an additional $50. We agreed and he was to return Thursday (8/13) after 4p. He did not return. I called him again 8/14, he said there was a delay in getting the part but he would come out Sat (8/15). For me to text him when I was on my way home from the office and he would meet me at my home. I messaged him and have never heard from him since. I completely understand that our area received an enormous amount of rain on 8/15. If he was unable to come out due to rain, a simple message would have been all that was needed. But its now 8/23 and we have never heard from him again. He took our money and never followed through with his end of the agreement. Very disappointing.

Kim is the worst. He came to repair our LG refrigerator in August. The repair lasted just a few weeks. He came back again but did not fix it then either. We have called, texted, tried to contact him numerous times. He just doesnt answer. I finally called from my husbands phone and he answered because he didnt recognize the number. Scheduled to come this morning between 9-10. He did not show up and did not call with any excuse. Never, ever bother to call him for anything. We paid him $300 for absolutely nothing. Absolute worst customer service. He had the nerve to ask for a good review immediately after the first visit and I did it but am now retracting every word of that initial review.

A few months ago, our refrigerator just stopped working over night; the weekend no less. After calling several 24hr services; Affordable Appliance was the only true 24 hr service. They came the next day and got us all straight at a reasonable price. Will use the company again!!!
