Sam is a very professional. He always responds quickly. As he promised he would find an offer within 15 days, I could not believe at the beginning but he found my house offer within one day. Before he placed my house in market he did lots of homework and he was sure i would get an offer. I get offer quickly which worked very well from his entire team work and of course Sam. From outer first meeting with Ruth and Sam through the closing, they were there to support us every step of the way.
