The hot tub rental was amazing. We were looking for something for our girls birthdays and we happened to come across the website. The price for the rental (Thurs - Mon) was very decent and affordable. The hot tub was a good size. We were able to fit 4 adults or 5 smaller people in the hot tub. The service was great. They brought the hot tub to our house, set it up, filled it, and showed us how to use it. The workers were very nice and professional. When the hot tub put itself into sleep mode we emailed them and they answered right away with how to put it back into normal mode. The customer service was excellent and we will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Amazing company. They took our crazy pool and got it cleaned and we finally have a clear pool. The guys came out almost every day after power vacuuming our pool (it hadn’t been opened in 5 years or maintained. We just bought the house in December). Thankfully with some great guidance we got a better filter and we now have a pool we can enjoy.

I’ve been dealing with my 52 year pool for twenty five years and dealt with many pool companies. Unexpectedly, I needed a last minute closing and chose Pool and Water people for all the great reviews I read. They were great in every way. They are now my pool and Hot Tub company forever.

These guys are the best! We had our pool liner pull out of the coping after a storm halfway through the summer. Were definitely going to need a new one, but we thought we had at least a year or so left. Both companies who came out before we called Pool and Water People were only interested in selling us a new liner and refused to quote us or make the repairs we needed. Pool and Water People came out the very next day after we called and even though it ended up being a bigger project than anticipated, they were honest, fair, and fixed the coping, as requested, to get us through the rest of the summer. It looks PERFECT, so not only was it done quickly, it was done beautifully and done right. Well be booking them for all of our future pool needs, including when were ready to upgrade and redo the whole thing. Theyre awesome!

What an amazing experience. We had an old pool liner replaced and were challenged with underground water issues. This company came in and fixed it all....they were very professional, prompt and reliable. Excellent value as well. I highly recommend them!

Frantically called @10 pool service companies to service my broken pool pump and only 2 offered to help, including Pool and Water. Dave took the time to get more info about my problem, advised me on lower cost checks I could conduct and once those were exhausted, offered to have someone come out and install a new Hayward pump at a very reasonable price. Chris came out the next day and quickly and professionally installed, tested and showed my wife how to run it, in less than 2 hours! I would use their services again and highly recommend them. Responsive, Knowledgeable, and AvailableThe 3 best words to hear when opening a pool! That is this company. I am a new pool Owner who decided to open our in-ground saltwater pool myself this year. It did not go well. At the height of the pool opening season (late April, early May) I called EVERYONE (with no return calls); but, Dave from Pool and Water People actually answered the phone! (When the office is not open, the team fields all the calls, who else can say that?) That alone is enough to sell you on this company.Within a few days Dave and Jason came to our house, saw what I did wrong, explained it to me so I would not do it again, and then fixed it. They also took the time to answer my NONSTOP questions and I learned more from them in less than an hour than I did watching YouTube all winter! I trust these guys as experts in water chemistry and equipment maintenance, and also as honest business people who will not sell me anything I do not truly need. The pictures below are what I was able to manage and then three days later how Dave and Jason fixed our pool.

I had an issue with my inground pool blowing air from the returns. I was on the schedule immediately and my Pool was promptly repaired the next day. They staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even identified another underlying issue I wasn’t even aware of! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair done now, and the right way.

Rented a hot tub from them for Valentine’s Day. I didn’t even know that was possible, but I happened upon their website. I would recommend this for any party or holiday! The rate for a “weekend” (Thursday to Monday) was totally reasonable. They delivered it, set it up, waited for it to be filled, showed me how to use it and took care of everything when they came back to pick it up. It ran great and had lights that changed colors, that was great for nighttime use. It was amazing and I’d totally rent one again!

Dave and his crew were awesome. From start to finish they were very professional and clean. I did not have an easy entrance to my backyard but Dave and team managed to carefully and skillfully maneuver the hot tub with ease. I would highly recommend Pool and Water People of Connecticut. Spa looks beautiful and I cant wait to use it.
