The owner is awesome. Went to his business to buy a $2.50 piece that nobody else had. He did not have the right color so he painted it with 3 coats while I waited. He refused to take any payment because of how small the piece was. It came out perfect and we had a great conversation while the paint dried. Old-fashioned service from a great guy.

Before I called GutterHavit I shopped what I needed on a national gutter supplier website. They wanted to charge $500 for shipping $250 worth of cutter products! I decided to give GutterHavit a shot since it is a local CT company that is owned by a Army Veteran who served in the 101st Airborne! Mike called me back promptly, answered all of my questions and filled and delivered my order personally within 24 hours! He used his gutter machine to make my gutters to the desired length on site using .032 aluminum stock versus the thinner stock that the big box stores sell. If you live within 30 miles of Cheshire delivery was less than $30 which is a no brainer for a homeowner. Will definitely recommend!

The service at GutterHaveit is truly extraordinary. I had an unusual problem of retrofitting round drains to my 1864 home. The owner, Michael did some research and called back within an hour and said he could get the needed parts. I put the order in at 11AM on Monday and the parts were on my porch by the time i got home from work. In addition, the drain pipes that were $84 at Home Depot were $24 here. Will use them and recommend them.

Needed a few specialty parts to relocate a downspout. Called the office and they returned my call within the hour and I was able to pick up the parts same day. Mike was a great help. I will be using them again in the near future.Update 6/1/21: I had to upsize a short length of gutter and the downspout. I placed the order online and Mike the owner returned my call that afternoon. He has musket brown in stock and is in my area so he offered to drop off the parts the next day. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on my project. I wouldnt hesitate to contact him again and recommend his company to my friends.

We ordered everything from Mike and saved a lot of money. We got all the items we needed delivered the next day. GutterHaveIt provides quality materials. We are very happy with them. There are flimsy gutter materials available in big box stores or from other suppliers that look the same, but they dont match the value of GutterHaveIt. The thickness of the metal, accuracy of the miters, quality of screws, straps, etc all make a big difference in how fast you can complete an installation. Saves you money right there. And GutterHaveIt materials hold up well against every kind of weather you get around here. Their delivery is prompt and they stand behind their service and products. We recommend GutterHaveIt.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. The owner, I believe his name is Mike, is beyond rude and not understanding at all. He misquoted me, then tries to blame the misquote on me. I guess the customer is always wrong. He kept blabbing about how he’s a wounded veteran, which I respect, but uses that to feel sorry for him. He’s a piece of work, I’ll tell you. Go else where for your gutters.

Overall experience was excellent!! I had a couple questions and the owner was prompt to get back to me and knew what he was talking about. The turn around time was excellent, and he kindly gave me a 1 hr time frame for when he was coming. And I saved by doing it myself.
