This place has NO consideration and total lack of respect for the drivers bringing them all their products! And whoever designed the entrance and parking AND the entire lot must’ve used the measurements of a car and not a 53’ trailer-it’s tight

If coming from 691 west bound only use exit 3, go left on route 10, and then left on to East Johnston Ave at the lights. WF approximately 1 1/4 miles Yard jockeys extremely helpful. Outside carriers must report to guard shack after parking. Gates to parking area are closed during the day, so dont arrive early and expect to park. There are no pull offs on East Johnston either. If you are early coming from 84 east bound on 691 you may be able to temporarily park on the up ramp exit 3. Same applies westbound.

My appointment was at 3am, got there around 11pm. Checked in and got a call for the door around 12:15am . Got out from there at 1:30am. So I would say overall it was really good 👍

Pitiful location.. just no place to be waiting to get to your appointment. Horrible drive through a residential area with 2 low bridges.. exactly 136 in the center.. into a tiny community narrow road, sharp turns, huge boulders and k walls to block trucks from driving on their abundance of grass.. no room for trucks. I of snow pack and you wont fit under that bridge.. people will keep going there thankfully no matter how bad.. but not me. Never again!

This had to be one of the easiest Receivers Ive delivered to in recent memory. I arrived for my 7am appointment at 6:30am, they had me in a door shortly before 7 and unload was complete by 8am. They also have a staging area where you can get some sleep if you arrive the night before. Definitely wouldnt mind delivering to this establishment again.

Whenever I go here it always seems busy. The parking lot is always filled with employers vehicles. It seems that they have a lot of trucks that need loading.

They have outside bathroom, fast service, you have to park first than check in.

It was a customer stop for the semi we will driving I was riding with good folks they work in and out they got a little rhythm going down there that place with all the produce they got going in there they know how to handle their paper

Super small staging area with just a young kid with no idea how to have tractors park. Was a cluster !*@$. However, live load/unload was very quick once in a door.

Very quick to unload! 0800 appointment, arrived around 0230, assigned me a door right on the spot. Backed into dock and the light turned red immediately with a fork lift pulling off the load. Will definitely come back here again! Came from NW Minnesota with spuds

They REALLY need to get someone on the gate with better English. You CANT give good directions to delivery drivers unless you have a decent command of the language.

Open at 10pm for truckers, dont be early you will be asked to leave the premises. park your truck then walk back to the guard check to check in.

Better than I expected..receiving process was very organized and quick.

If you come before 6 am or security guard is close! Park your truck and walk to the receiving office located next to door 4 or 5! Don’t waste your time waiting for the guard check!

Very rude and disrespectful...make sure you fill your paper out correctly or woman in guard shack will birch at you. Make sure you do not ask the yard for help they will not help.hear your dock door the 1st time and dont ask question you will be hung up on

Great place to delivery. Very organized, polite sand professional! Overnight parking available. Appointment at 8am. Arrived the day before at 10pm, at 2:00am they called me and by 5:30 am I was out! Space to maneuver and they allow 2 trucks at the same time in the docking area. 🌻👍🏼🌞

Super tight backing! Yes they have RR, and over nights, but BEFORE you get unloaded. Once they unload you you have to leave. Your typical 2 hour unloading. In the plus side thiers a TA just 3.5 miles away

I am a trucker and the set up for waiting for your door is messed up. They have you park three deep and you cant get around each other when you are called to your door. So the person in front had to get woken up so he can move. There has to be a better way to do it. The workers are all very polite.

Confusing process to go there to unload for foid trucks, but the older woman who recieves outside is a Gem of a lady, it helps a lot.

Fast unloading. Overnight parking after 16:00. First come first serve in the morning when it opens. Lots of space easy docking. If you arrive 11:00 you wont be unloaded until following morning.

I check in at 5:30 my appointment at 6. I go at guard he calls in that they forgot about me. 9 I have a door. It’s 11:30 still waiting for the green light. No restroom...terrible

Stagging area available. Pull in and park, then go check in. Make sure you have your trailer license plate number. Also make sure you have enough hours available after unloading. You must leave property once empty, can not return to staging area.

This is a rat hole went there to deliver the temperature on the refer unit was good they started to unload and then they told me they rejected the load because the product was hot which was not true and after like 3 hours later found out that they had no room to store their product thats why they did not take it

Its a hassle delivering here, dont even think about coming in until your appointment. Check in at 10 p.m and wait for a call until 3-4 a.m

Pretty quick unloading! Fastest unload time for me was 30 minutes. Longest time spent there was 1 hour 30 minutes.

Staging area for about 15 trucks. Cannot show up at staging area until 22:00 the night before delivery. You must leave after empty, cannot return to staging area and no street parking available.Check in with guard, will call you with a door whenever. Open doors, back into door and then you are able to check in receiving office earliest at 02:00.There is a TA 2 miles away.

Slow. Took 9 hours for 25 pallets. This place is a joke

Awesome place, quick to get you unloaded, only down fall is their is no lumper service available, to me this is not a problem I love lumping my own loads, but if you have mixed pallets the driver is responsible for breaking them down, or you can call an off site labor site who will come do it, but they charge highway robbery ( Worst then Capstone Logistics).

My husband and I got here at midnight and our appointment was for 5 am to deliver. We checked in with the security guard at the guard shack. Got called to out door about 7 and was done by 8. Wasnt bad at all. We took a nap while we waited and the timing was perfect.

Awesome getting you unloaded, friendly faces easy to work with, beware though there is no lumper service on site, if load has mixed pallets, driver will be called inside to break it down hisself...

Best Whole Food DC Ive delivered to. Parking and they unloaded the truck inside 2 hours. No complaints

Really rude place, maybe its just that young man treated me like nobody, i got there earlier because there were lots of comments that they overnight parking, yeah that parking was almost empty then there was guy came to me asked my appointment name was and told him its midnight then he absurdly told me come back at appointment time that was it, he did not even wanna hear what i was trying explain to him my driving time ending etc, so they should update their info stating no overnight parking maybe add we are not polite, dont wanna hear you what you gonna say etc

Fairly quick to get you in and unloaded. Can be a pain to get backed into the dock from other trucks in the way.

These ppl are really fast with unloading.. whole process took an hour maybe less.

Overall not a bad experience although they can be pretty strict
