John was a tremendous help to me by painting parts I purchased from their parts department. although it was a small job that most would not want to bother with, John treated m as important as any regular job. He was responsive, timely and his team got the color right without any issue. If I ever buy a Ford I will not shop anywhere else. The level of service was something thats a missing from most business today and I really appreciated being treated the way I was.
