Aegean pools really did an incredible job on our pool. Everyone that worked on it through all the different stages was truly so nice and very friendly. Their customer service goes up and beyond what you would expect from any company. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend Aegean Pool! From day one they did us right. The quality of workmanship is incredible especially the concrete crew, they made the pool look absolutely incredible and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our final result . Everyone that we dealt with was top notch and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our family was completely satisfied. If you are looking for a great pool company that will do you right, Honestly look no further!!!

We had Agean build us a new pool. I called them several times to get an estimate and had a hard time getting a call back, but luckily I went down to the store and was able to get a quote. From that point on they were extremely attentive and professional. Linda the saleswoman was very knowledgable and helpful, always answered her phone, and really worked with us to get what we wanted. It was almost a year wait from contract to breaking ground, but once it started they were like a well oiled machine. The guy who transitions the construction of the pool, Ron, was so pleasant to work with. I have one issue and it is the concrete job, the attention to detail left a little to be desired, but they said they will come and fix it when the sealer wears off. I asked around and everybody with a pool recommended Agean and so do I. This company delivered an excellent product with zero complications or unseen issues. I would not change a thing.

Aegean just completed our pool in August. We love it! It took a year on the waitlist but it was so worth it. Linda was our sales person and she was very helpful and informative. From start to finish every team that came to our house from the digging, backfill, concrete and grading they were all complete professionals. They were respectful, hardworking and made sure to clean up at the end of every day. Ron the Construction Manager was very knowledgeable and he explained everything in details so that we could understand how to maintain the pool. He always returned phone calls and was available for any questions during the process. Terry from Customer Service was the last team member that was there towards the completion of the pool and he was extremely informative and made sure that we were completely happy and satisfied with everything about our pool. I must say, from the very beginning, I am impressed with Aegean Pools! As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of contractors. Some good, some not so much. So at first, I was a bit concerned with who will be working on my house. It was clear, early on, I had nothing to worry about. Everyone at Aegean is top-notch! And I mean EVERYONE. From Linda in sales, to Ron, the project manager, to the electricians, to the concrete folks…EVERYONE! My house & I were treated with the upmost respect, by every single person who stepped foot on my property. The communication was fantastic! I received a call from Ron every single evening to go over the work that was done that day, and what to expect going forward. His phone calls were like clockwork; 7:00 every evening. Horrible Service lazy incompetent workers installed pool liner they left debrie next to pool our dog got into debrie and she died 2 weeks later she was our American Foxbound Daisy of 13 years June of 2020

Went to Aegean with an general idea of what we wanted and began working with Linda, who designed the pool and patio for us. The design turned out great and we couldn’t be happy with how it looks. The wait list at that time was around 8 months so nothing really happened for an extended period of time. Our scheduled start date was pushed back by the weather a few weeks. Never had an issue with any of the workers and are extremely happy with the final product. The communication throughout construction process could have been a little better.

Aegean Pools installed our first pool and did a fantastic job!!! Aegean used a different team to accomplish each phase of our pool installation. Without exception, each team worked like a well-oiled machine precisely executing their part of the installation. Aegean started on the date they said they would and finished on schedule as well. Additionally, when we spoke with members of each Aegean team, each worker spoke very highly of Aegean as a company and many of the workers had worked for Aegean for 15 t0 20 years. Everyone who worked on our pool was very polite and professional. We have a former neighbor who recently moved to a different neighborhood and now wants a pool. We highly recommended Aegean Pools to them. When asked why we chose Aegean, our response was always the same. Aegean has been around the longest time among local pool companies, they have won numerous awards as Best in the Beach and since we are investing in a pool, we only want to do it once and we want it done right. Beautiful finished product. There was a long wait list but it was worth it! Our construction manager contacted us every day to explain what had been done and the workers were very polite and respectful. I definitely recommend Aegean.

Aegean is fantastic. They gave us the VIP treatment in coming up with a plan and an estimate. They came to our house and emailed us information and talked on the phone whenever we had a question. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a little bit of a wait because they are in high demand but it was justified by the product. Since the pool was done, they have answered every question quickly and professionally and even sent someone out to get a sample, test our water and deliver chemicals the next day! I would recommend them to anyone in the area who wants a pool!

The team provided daily status during construction, completed the work as scheduled, explained and demonstrated use of the new equipment, how to maintain the pool, and patiently answered all of our questions. Great experience with our first pool. They put it in while our new home was under construction and maintained it until the house was finished and we could move it. There was a hiccup with our ladder placement in the deep end but the issue was rectified. Linda was good, Ron kept us informed during the construction and Terry checked-in regularly. Overall good experience and would certainly recommend.

We had estimates from several pool companies. They were all in the same ball park, however, Aegean Pools stood out for several reasons. Linda, the sales rep, came out and had a great presentation. She went as far, as to do a computer assisted drawing, so that we could truly envision the pool in our backyard. Ron, the construction superintendent, did a fantastic job communicating the build process every step of the way, with daily calls to relay the build process. Terry, the customer service rep., did a great job answering any questions we may have had. The entire process was professional, organized, and well thought out. The pool turned out beautiful, and we are enjoying swimming it. We are satisfied and pleased with the quality of the materials and labor. The process was a little rough to get to this point. Communication is terrible. Don’t expect the salesman to text you back quickly. Double check the contract that the salesman writes up because ours was almost a disaster and not what we asked for. The construction manager won’t even give you his phone number, so good luck communicating with him. Double the time frame they give you because they will have a million excuses why they aren’t coming out. But if you can get to the end of the project, you will slowly forget your frustrations and be happy with the end result.

Every aspect of building a pool with Aegean was great, from the initial sales rep, to the final grading of my property. The timeline from start to finish was exactly as promised, even with the spring weather being what it is. A week before the cement was being poured i had changed my mind and wanted more, they had it recalculated in hours and it turned out great. They pay attention to every detail, extremely happy with the final product, if i had room for a second pool i would put another in...Ed

The entire staff are knowledgeable and respectful right from the start from the sales agent Linda, and Ron throughout the entire process has been attentive to our requests and see that the construction is working smoothly, until the closing with Terry; all crews are easy to deal with. I absolutely appreciate all the good job that everyone at Aegean Pools did.

We love our new Aegean pool. The quality is outstanding. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer all our questions. They were recommended to us by a pool service guy. We will certainly recommend Aegean to any one who wants to get a new pool.

Our pool was completed today. We could not have been more pleased with the entire construction process, from initial concept design to completion. Every phase of construction was completed as described and on time. Each crew was professional, courteous, and respectful. I received an update upon the end of each work day, was told what to expect in the next phase and called if there were going to be delays. The crews showed up when they were expected, completed their scheduled work and then cleaned up the site and road. Ron and his crew are a professional group that takes pride in their work. I will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a pool company to install their pool.

Our experience with Aegean Pools has been outstanding. We had completed our homework by checking other companies and what they had to offer. Aegean was always at the top of our reviews. Linda showed us that our backyard was going to be transformed into a garden oasis. Ron Palmer was there every step of the way explaining how they do their work and educating us on things that we did not know. He kept us up to date every day on how the job was going and the next step that they were going to do. Hes a wealth of knowledge. When they started the excavation, every detail was on laser cut to be perfect. The electrical was done professionally and that crew was on time and very courteous. Brad was there taking care of the job every day, making sure everything was right. The liner went in making the pool come to life. Dale and Wendy did an outstanding job on the concrete deck. I needed mini jet cover plates for my pool. Glynis was very friendly and knowledgeable while finding the correct plates. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pool.

Shady, shady, shady. Had a broken power switch on water pump and wife dropped it off in the winter. I forgot about it for a few months, my fault, I admit. No reminder calls or letters in the interim. Went to pick up pump and half of it was missing. They said I only turned half. I told them there was no way as I do not know how to remove half. They said that maybe my wife removed the other half. I told them that was even less likely. Then they said that half probably “fell off” when my wife was transporting it and she didn’t notice. Told me to go look in my garage and I’d find it. I pointed out how absolutely ridiculous they were being and that they had lost part of my pump. They showed me a piece of paper they printed out after 30 minutes in the back that said I only dropped off half of pump. I told them that proves they keep poor records as once again neither I or my wife know how to take pump apart. They said it was still my fault but they would help me. They brought out another customers pump from out back and took half off to put on mine. I pointed out that they had probably done that with mine and that is why half is missing. They denied it. Said other customer didn’t want the pump. Took pump home and realized they had changed power cord as well and it wasn’t compatible with outlet. Took pump back and they said I had changed cord. I pointed out that if I was capable of that I would have fixed the pump myself. Then they said an electrician must have changed outlet without my knowledge. Speechless. They changed the cord out and when I got it home and plugged it in...motor no longer worked. So, they did fix the power switch, but lost, sold, broke everything else and accused me of being at fault for everything. Super sketchy place. Take your business elsewhere or end up getting taken advantage of!!!

We are so incredibly happy with our new pool! It is absolutely beautiful! Working with Aegean was definitely worth the wait. From the salesman to the construction crews to the maintenance staff, this experience has been top notch. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Aegean Pools really is the best. Some people buy a car or a nice watch, for me this pool was my “I made it” purchase. With that being said the wife let me do whatever I wanted and I wanted it to be perfect. Now that I am enjoying what they created I can truly say it is exactly that.First off I would recommend trying to start your project in the off season if possible. We had many weather related delays that caused our project to stretch out longer than expected, no one could help it, but who really cares when you can’t use the pool anyway. If you build in the spring/summer these delays maybe frustrating as you were probably dreaming of using the pool by a certain date. Honestly none of that matters, take what you can get when signing up with Aegean you will love the end result.The best part of this process I would have to say is dealing with the building team. Ron is an amazing individual who gets the job done, all while keeping you informed every step of the way. The installation teams who built the pool were all very professional and very accommodating with our pets running around at times. We designed a totally custom shape with multiple features, The individual who excavated my yard was nothing short of an artist with that massive piece of machinery. it was as if he was cutting and carving that shape with a tea spoon not a big backhoe. If you are not happy with something, or you decided to make a change midway through, they send in a team and get it done!If I had to list a “con” to our experience it would be with the actual sales process. I never really felt like I could get a straight answer on pricing from my sales person. He was very nice and very knowledgeable but maybe because Im a bit younger than his average client maybe he thought I wasn’t serious. I was never actually given a final “quote” for the project until two weeks before they wanted to start then it was a huge rush to get my commitment. On the other hand I can also see how many people the sales team deals with who “want a pool” but then flake out when they learn the price. I know because I was Once that person previously. So let me tell you how much it costs.I originally thought I was going to spend about 25k for a liner pool. This was because I was “downgrading” from a infinity edge fiberglass pool when we learned it couldn’t be craned over the house. (Thank goodness as that company went out of business a few months later) 25k for a rectangle liner pool is about what I was thinking. WRONG, once you realize you “need” the salt system, the custom shape, the tanning ledge, the wireless controller, the cantilever coping, extended stamped concrete, artisan styled handrails, etc. etc. your 25k grows to 50k+ real quick. They can build anything you can dream of but the cost adds up. If you think you can find a builder that will do it for less, they might not be in business next year when you are having issues with it.Regardless of what you decide you will be very happy with the service you receive and the finished product that is delivered. I’m looking forward to many years of happy ownership and I’m glad I probably paid a bit more to go with a company that I knew would deliver quality. Most importantly I know when I need help Aegean will still be there ready to offer a hand!

Very reasonable prices and service is quick. This is my go-to place when I need a pump. Will need a liner soon and hope they do that so may have to amend when thats done. I gave it 5 stars as I couldnt find a reason to give less. Good supply of pool items and people are friendly and helpful.

Both Google and their own website says they close at 6:00pm. I arrived at the store at 5:29 and their open sign was still lit. They locked the doors on my before I could get out of the car.

I picked up all of my parts within 2 days as promised. Sales staff was very accommodating and knew exactly what I needed.

Wow...my experience with Aegean has been great...we met with Ron Williams back in 2005 to have our pool installed...I was deployed at the time but my wife kept me posted throughout the process...Aegean did a great job and we have enjoyed our pool...now over 13 years later, I need my liner replaced...after several pool companies provided estimates, we decided to go with Aegean once again...a little more expensive than the other companies but Im willing to pay a little more for experience and for the simple fact my liner has lasted for over 13 years...Im meeting with Samantha today to sign a contract for the new liner...I will provide a follow-up so folks will no how my installation and service goes...Im doing this because some of the negative reviews almost made me change my mind but I have faith in Aegean and Im willing to share my experience through-out the process, from beginning to end...hopefully it will be a positive experience but whatever the outcome I will be honest in providing my feedback.

Chris is very knowledgeable & helpful. We love our hot tub! It’s so easy to maintain. And we always love to support local, family owned businesses! We couldn’t be more pleased.

We had Aegean install a liner in our inground pool. Weve had nothing but trouble since. We have never had liner issues but this liner has creases all through it. Rico deflects any blame and only recommended a guy who can get the creases out that wont never show up. If I could only get one person to reconsider using Aegean I will save you a liner-life worth of trouble. Pay more and go somewhere else!!!

Helpful staff who really knows their stuff. Any pool situation you have going on they can help solve anything. The technicians there are very knowledgeable as they can walk you through the necessary steps to get your pool running in tip top shape.

Aegean Pools did a fantastic job installing our pool!!! Not only is the construction team awesome, but the design they came up with is perfect for our backyard. Their commercial store has been so helpful with teaching me how to easily manage the pool, something I never thought I could do on my own. I have been a customer for over 15 years. They are very helpful with their water analysis to help keep your pool water sparkling clear. They are very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the family!

Ron and the rest of this company are discriminating, racist individuals. I would not ever recommend using them for anything. The quality off work is low. The workers are rude. They never get back to you in a timely fashion.

I have also taken in water samples and they analyze my pool water and look back into my records and do not sell me anything if Ive already got something back at my home. How honest is that? Aegean installed our pool in 2016. Since then, have had 2 issues with the Hayward Pump and Aegean handled both issues professionally and timely. Im very happy with them and have recommended them to friends thinking about a pool.

My wife and I have been customers since 2004 when Aegean installed our pool. They just recently installed a new liner and it couldnt have been more seamless (pun intended)... The quality of service and the knowledgeable staff are the best. You may pay a little more, but you wont find better customer care...Thanks Aegean.

I really don’t want to leave them even one star. Rico made a lot of promises and never kept them. The liner was poorly installed, lots of wrinkles plus was extremely rude to my sweet husband. He never finished the job and we had to hire East Coast Pools to finish the job. When we complained to customer service they said they were checking into it but NEVER called back. Please be very careful if you want a new pool installed or a renovation.

Just paid to have pool closed. They arrive and stripped out all the brass anchors with power drill instead of manually removing anchors. I proceeded to show them that the tool was stripped and that this is why the anchors would not unscrew. Install team left in middleOf closing. Now my pump is disconnected. I have 200 dollars of chemicals in the pool and no way to run the filter. Leaves are filling the pool and in waiting for a phone call to finish the install of my cover . This company installed my pool, cover. Everything only 3 years ago. As the other reviews state they dont care . No apologies and no follow up unless you harass them. Service is never available and the owner is not involved in business other than collecting your money. To say that they win the gold award every year in Hampton roads only shows it is rigged . Wish I never used them.

Aegean Pools built our pool back in 1996. Because of the recent rain storms our pool got overfilled with rain water, which did some damage to the liner. The company promptly replaced our liner and the pool now looks like new again! The work was in a very timely fashion, service is outstanding from these people. Furthermore, when the old liner was removed, the concrete underneath, and the pool overall structurally was like in new condition, as if it was just built in this year...and this was done 20 years ago!! That amazed me. I recommend this company to anyone who cares to have a quality product and values their property. You will not go wrong with Aegeans pools!

I am very pleased with the quality of my pool. My only contention was the top soil they used when finished. For growing grass it was OK, but since it affected my garden area it was unacceptable. I complained to Aegean and they took the steps I asked to remedy to situation as best as possible.The retail store is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful.All in all, I am very happy with my pool.

The most embarrassing excuse of a pool company. They do not care about their customers. Ron Palmer, a manager here, completely disrespectful. I heard him on the phone with my Mother and he did nothing but insult and blow her off.

They are the worst for repair. I brought them my Dolphin a couple months ago and ever since then it has not been the same. Now they tell me the motor is bad after 2 months of them having it.They have the WORST customer service from leadership and the maintenance team. If you call them and leave messages they will NOT call you back. It is a total clown show there. I cannot imagine what it would be like to have to have then install/work on my pool. Go someplace else. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Aegean pools provided great service and attention to detail throughout the construction of our pool. They have been very helpful afterward with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them.

I will not higher this company. They were hauling rocks on the hampton roads bridge tunnel however their truck was in very bad condition to the point where they were fallng out of the bed and being flung at all the cars around it. Many people honked at the driver but they just kept going.They couldve severely injured anyone on a motorcycle.

I had several issues this season that I thought could have been handled better. I want to thank Nick at the retail store for helping me deal with some of these issues and for taking the time to work with me and make sure that I had a better experience.

Agean installed our pool approximately 19 years ago. Had no problem with the pool for years. After having some work done around the pool, we started having some issues. After calling them and explaining my situation, they recommended someone to help me. The owner of this ground management company came out, supposedly assessed my problem, and claimed he could solve it. He did not!! Once again I called Agean and told them how much the pool had been enjoyed and that I was not complaining about any of their work, but could someone from the company at least come out and look.. Told them I would be happy to pay for a consultation fee etc. After asking if i had spoken to one of their employees concerning this, I said yes and that he had recommended this company. I told them that what was done did not alleviate the problem. Their response was, that is who we would refer you to. They wouldnt even send someone out to look at it!!

Most of the staff have been there for an extended period of time. Every one is knowledgeable and can help you with your questions.

We have been Aegean Pool customers for almost a year. Ron Williams is the ultimate sales person. He designed the perfect pool for our family. Mr. Ron Palmer is the ultimate organizer and his attention to detail is truly amazing. He orchestrated every phase of the construction of our pool with precision and with meticulous care. Ms. Betty Fillmore was also extremely helpful in answering questions, relaying information, and with scheduling work. Mr. Bill Fearns is probably the most important person to have at the end of the construction phase. Not only are we very thankful to him for returning our yard to its previous condition, he let us know that Aegean Pools will be there for the long-term to answer questions and to help with service and warranty issues if necessary. Since the construction of our Pool last Summer, we have dealt exclusively with Carl Alfred in the Retail Store and Samantha in Customer Service. Carl is simply amazing. He knows the answer to all questions and he has the patience of a Saint. He is so friendly and always goes out of his way to ensure customers get the very best possible deal on supplies and chemicals. Carls knowledge of everything related to pools and his willingness to ensure customers understand how to best care for their pools is invaluable especially to new pool owners. When you need to have your pool water tested, Brian is the most wonderful person to help you. He is an expert at testing water and he is extremely friendly and kind. Lastly, you cannot say enough wonderful things about Samantha. She is always so organized and she is the most expert customer service scheduler on Earth. She schedules the Team that Opens and Closes the pool at the beginning and end of the Season. They are the most professional, efficient, and friendly team you could hope to have service your pool. Everyone at Aegean Pools are top-notch professionals who truly care about their customers.

Update 3/23/21: When opening our pool, we discovered that the spoke gasket inside the multiport valve had been glued in, which it should not have been. During installation, Aegean had glued it in. It does not come this way from the factory. Since gaskets regularly need to be replaced and dry rot, we have to replace ours now and cant because its glued in. We are hoping Aegean will replace and fix this issue since its their fault. We are hoping we will not have to replace the entire multiport valve ourselves, which will cost us hundreds of dollars and delay us in using our pool. Ill update once I get a call back from Aegean, which often times is impossible until I post a review. This is just another example of the ineptitude of this company. I strongly encourage anyone to seek another company with install and maintenance.We were very excited to have Aegean install a new pool for us. Since theyre widely cited as the best, we were confident that our job would be done very well.Unfortunately, we have not been able to use the new pool. After numerous calls and visits to the store citing concerns with equipment, algea, sand, and chemicals flowing out of skimmer, they charged us to come out (nearly $300) and try to fix the issues, saying we did this. Once again, this is a new pool. We havent even used it yet. We havent even been able to use the manual vacuum because of the lack of suction.We have a skimmer that will not work. We have a filter and pump that will not work. We have no water flowing in or out of the pool. Jets do not work. We cannot even backwash. They said they couldnt do anything and to call a plumber, but could not provide names of people to recommend. After they left, I noticed now the pump and filter were both leaking. Next morning, nothing was working. Called trusted plumber (again, $300) and he couldnt fix problems. Tried to blow water through the system and concrete chunks came out of working skimmer. Have been given no help. No one calls back. Ive emailed. No responses. When I finally got a person on the phone, she said it would be 4 days before someone could come out at high cost.We spent nearly 60K for a top of the line pool. I have repeatedly called and come to the store and shared that the concrete company regularly dipped their equipment into our pool and that I did not do this to the system by adding the chemicals they gave to me to add. They still claim I did this by adding the chemicals the exact way they told me to.So, all in all, we would not recommend Aegean.

I normally dont give reviews, I grin and bear it with decisions Ive made. This is my opinion and my experience. Theres always two sides to every story. But after another disagreement with the service manager today I felt the need to come give my review. These guys built our pool, we love it, its beautiful, etc. They did a good job building it, but like most construction jobs they didnt finish on time. Construction ran several weeks. (Reading this to my wife for editing, she said it was months late? Maybe it was, I dont remember.)Anyway, youre going need service on the pool. This is where the problem a rises.Im a sales guy, I cant fix things. I thought we would be in good hands, I was wrong. The service manager has the worst customer service skills Ive ever encountered in my life. Its always your fault. Ive been in sales for over 35+ years, I was trained the customer is always right. Not here. Service sucks and the service manager is AWFUL (a real blankity blank). Youre spending tens of thousands of dollars, before you make a decision seek alternatives. Maybe its me? I advise you to just choose wisely.Shortly after building this pool we bought a vacation home that needed a pool. We decided on a fiberglass pool, best thing we could have ever done. Of course, we wished we would have gone with a pre-molded fiberglass pool here in Hampton Roads after the fact. Didnt even realize it was an option. So low maintenance, no scrubbing, no painting and we would have saved tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend a pre-molded fiberglass pool.

We own an old pool that had black polyethylene flex plumbing that needed to be replaced, and our liner was due to be replaced as well. We contracted Aegean Pools back in March of 2015 because we thought they were the “premier” pool company in the area. We had used them before to replace our liner several years ago and were happy with their work. Here is a list of things they did wrong with regard to the plumbing; to say it was unprofessional is an understatement:1. They REUSED two pieces of our OLD BLACK POLYETHYLENE PIPE (we paid to have removed) as fittings that were connected to the new PVC. PVC glue will NOT adhere to black polyethylene. I wish we could post pictures.2. Most above ground pipes were not plumb.3. The backwash PVC pipe that exits our pool shed was sloping up instead of down.4. The ball valve we asked they attach to the bottom of our filter was pointing 180 degrees in the wrong direction and was not connected to the backwash drain pipe so water would drain outside of the pool shed.5. They used PVC flex pipe to connect the below ground pipes going to and from the pool to the above ground plumbing in the shed. We spoke to three pool contractors and two agreed that PVC flex piping should NOT be used at all (manufacturers specifications did say they could be used for pools, but Ill bet the black polyethylene manufacturers specs said the same thing). The third said it can be used with the exception of the return pipes. The other problem with the PVC flex pipes was it made the above ground pipes feel unstable.6. The chlorinator flow pipe was facing up when it should’ve been facing down.7. There was PVC glue smeared all over the above ground pipes as if some five year old did the work.When I first called Aegean Pools about the plumbing, I was told by Rico (the supervisor), that it is normal for black plumbing to be used above ground. Let me say that at the time of my first phone call I did not know the black plumbing was my old black polyethylene pipe being reused. Once I found out it was my old black poly, I was able to easily pull it apart from the PVC. I took pictures of the issues and emailed Aegean Pools on April 19th with no reply from them. I sent three additional emails with my last being May 29th. All four emails were never replied to...however, Aegean claims there were communication failures, not just with email, but phones as well, how convenient. Somehow I was able to receive an email from them before work started, imagine that. I requested to speak to the owner by phone two times, and was told the owner reads all emails, never got a call or email from him (see communication failures). Over the course of two months Rico and I played phone tag. Finally, on June 12th Rico and I had a conversation in which he told me to basically go pound sand if I did get the plumbing fixed by another contractor, and that Aegean was only liable for $100. to replace my old black polyethylene flex pipes. What was interesting was during that phone conversation Rico told me that after our initial phone conversation about the black plumbing, that he came by my house the day after to inspect the plumbing issues. Why didn’t he fix the issues then? On June 29th, we received a letter from Aegean Pools stating that they called several times to follow up with repairs of the pipes and that we had a balance of $325. First of all, the balance was incorrect, we only owed $225 by our records. Second, and more importantly the statement of “calling several times to make the repairs” was a lie. We have phone records and voice messages to prove it.Our pool was finally fixed in a professional manner by Michael Gray, of Catalina Pool Builders, a professional pool company that takes pride in their work at the end of July…trying to get work done like we needed on a pool at the time of the year was virtually impossible, further adding to our frustration. I highly recommend Catalina Pool Builders.

Simply put..WE LOVE OUR POOL!! From the very 1st day of excavation they never missed a beat. Each day I was contacted by Ron to review what work had been completed and what was to occur the following day. He would always return my calls if I had a question .The construstion of the pool went so smoothly I was truly in awe. Each emplooyee I met was very professional and when I asked questions they were right there with the answer. You can tell that these employees were expereinced and knew what issues may arrise before it became a problem. Our salesmen Bill was one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. His recommendations for what type of pool we should consider and what to expect from Agean in the future were on point. His follow up to the sale was amazing. The concrete that we asked for was done in two days and Jeff and Danny worked to ensure all drainage issues were resolved. Dany even stopped on a Sunday to ensure the job would be ready for the next day on Monday. We have had so many compliments from other contractors working at our home about the entire transformation of our backyard and family and friends are amazed at the work done. This is the pool company to call when considering adding an ingroud pool to your home. Be sure to ask for Bill as your saleman and you wont be dissapointed!
