I sent my boots in to be professionally shined, and they were returned exactly the way I expected them to be: shiny and beautiful! They were also very well packaged and had a pretty quick turnaround, considering I shipped them from Canada around the holidays. The only thing I would say is that they initially have a strong smell when they return and that it was a bit unclear about how the whole process worked to send in your own boots (that you pay to ship them there and they ship them back). I did appreciate that they emailed to inform me when they arrived and when they shipped them back out, though. I havent had a change to wear them yet (pandemic and all), but I am sure they will be just fine! All in all, I was very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a pair of boots professionally shined!

Solid work and returned quickly. I had done an old pair myself and although they look good, not professional. My new boots look like theyre patent leather however they still broke in easily. Well worth the $90 and time. I also sent the zippers and those were done to match. Will absolutely use them again.

Best product to have if you want that long lasting shine to your black boots, Drill Sergeant or Drill Instructor bands. I only applied one coat and my DS band still shines and looks clean and can be noticed a mile away!

I sent my boots in to get them done professionally and paid $100 to have them shipped and then for the work to be done. I got them back and within a week, the Leather Luster was flaking and peeling off. Leather Luster has no warranty on their work, so I’m just out $100 and have a brand new pair of boots that look like trash.

As a Law Enforcement Officer and someone whos been in the military long enough to have shined boots by hand, I have to say I love Leather Luster not only for ease of use but results. I started off using the product myself and the product is easy to use with great results. In 2019 I found out I would be away from work for about 3 months and decided to mail my boots to the pros. I was only shining heel and toe but I wanted them to do the whole boot. When I returned home the boots had been waiting for me and I wasnt disappointed. The shine was incredible and almost a year later they still look great are hands down the best looking of my whole department. Either at home or shipped to the pros, whoever you use it you wont be let down by Leather Luster.

This product brings dull or plain looking leather to a high gloss finish. There’s a little bit of work involved with the pre-cleaning and applying the product, however, the end result is well worth the time and patience. I will be buying more for the rest of my equipment.

Excellent service, quick response and most importantly... HONEST customer service. While the price of LL to treat a pair of shoes is almost the cost of a new pair of shoes, the quality of service is exceptional... far superior to the multiple times I have treated my shoes myself. Treatment normally lasts 5-6 years working 60-100 games per year (Im on year 8 for NB plate boots).

I sent my boots to Leather Luster and has them apply the luster. I’ve been wearing them daily for a couple of months and they are holding up great. They look so good a co-worker sent his boots to them. I sent new boots, never worn or polished.

The product in the past had a mirror like shine by took forever the dry. Now it dries must faster but the mirror shine is gone. It was equivalent to a military spit shine. Now, It is better than shoe polish but not totally amazing as it was 35 years ago. 35 years ago it was a six star on a five point scale.

These guys did an amazing job on my work boots. I worked as a Police Officer at the time so when I purchased my new Rocky boots I mailed them off to get done. Needless to say they were finished within about a 2 week period. I could not wait to see how they looked!!! These guys even texted me a picture of when they were done!!! Great product works well. I suggest you read the instructions on how to apply and watch a youtube video or two on how to apply it properly.Once you do a few pairs youll be off to the races.

Follow the instructions exactly, dont rush it, and you will be very impressed with the results. I took a brand new pair of parade boots, broke them in (do not apply this to boots that arent broken.) I stripped the finish down to the base leather with steel wool and started from there. Took me 4-coats of Leather Luster and man oh man what a time saver. Instead of spitting and polishing, I spray a little windex on my boots and wipe with a soft cloth and they, are parade ready. Ive had these boots for approx 5yrs now and they still look great.
