The customer service for one particular agent at this location is horrible. She talks with a attitude, she has no interest in resolving your concern. She takes personal phone calls while assisting customers. She told me she was unable to do a lot of things that I just called about the day before and there we’re able to do it. Acceptance now is general you have to keep up with what you are paying out because the amount I should owe and the amount they are saying I owe is incorrect and no one can tell me where the extra money is coming from. I don’t know about everyone else but when I comes to my money I want everything accurate
