Yesterday our water pump died. We went through our home warranty company, they attempted to assign a tech. No tech picked up the job, we were then told we can find our own tech and get reimbursed for the job. First two big named companies wanted $170 and another wanted $295 just to get out for the emergent repairs or we had to wait another day without water. We have two small children and were already without for 24hours. Call Johnson Well and Pump Service to see if they could come out today. Spoke with the owner who said he would be over soon. It was 2 hours wait vs another 24 hours. Johnson Well Service didnt charge a fee to fit us in and the water pump was repaired and we were up and running again in no time. I now found my first call, if/when the well pump has issues. Thank you, Sir!!!!!!! Highly recommend!

Fred was very honest and fixed my well pump in under an hour, as well as patiently explaining how everything worked. Very professional. Well pump running well now and I can water my lawn for reseeding.

I called Fred in the morning and explained that my well pump motor burned out and that it supplied water to my Geothermal System. I had no AC. He and Burt fit me in between jobs. They assessed my situation and replaced the well pump all within an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and super nice. I highly recommend them.

I was in the shower and the water stopped. Had conditioner in my hair. Got out, called my husband who was working in California and from there he found Johnson Well and Pump Service. I had to go run some errands. By the time I got back, Mr. Johnson was in my garage fixing the problem. From the time of the problem until it was fixed - only 2 hours!! I highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable as well.

Friendly and Excellent service. They came out to fix my well pump which stopped working right after I seeded my grass. They replaced the tank and a shut off valve. Price was good and I would recommend to anyone.

So happy we called them today. Excellent service, honest, reasonable....we will definitely use and recommend their services again. Our pump stopped working on Saturday a.m., I called the company that has serviced our pump since 2000, and was told that wed have to pay the emergency rate of $159 for the service/diagnosis call and then $210 - $270 per hour, plus parts!! I found Johnson Well & Pump on google, called them, and asked what the rate would be for the weekend and Fred told me its that same as it is during the week. Fred repaired the pump and charged us $120 for parts and labor!!! Its nice to know that there are good honest people still out there!
