If you are looking for consistency this is not it. Sessions start out good but starts to decline. Appointments are cancelled consistently. If it wasn’t for my case manager to get me through the week of my grandmothers death due to cancellations I would not have made it. But for the last few months My appointments would consistently get cancelled.

Therapy can be a challenging journey but I’m so thankful I located Dominique Batten. She’s an awesome therapist who genuinely has a vested interest in the wellbeing of her clients. I’ve gone to various therapist over the years and can say she’s my favorite. Extremely knowledgeable and relatable. She creates an atmosphere of comfortability and is truly helping me work through a very challenging time in my life with ease. I actually look forward to our sessions because I know she’ll provide me with practical resources and authentic support to help me advance in my personal counseling goals!
