I wish i could give these guys more then 5 stars they are best people to work with and rent from if you need anything they got or they will go out they’re way to get it for you Wanye Smith the PCM he is the guy he won’t let you down and he will make sure his guys get it. Its an honor to bleed the Sunbelt green.

Excellent rental experience. We moved some farm tractors and they provided a great trailer to make the move. The price was outstanding as well.

I am highly disappointed in this company and I honestly am thinking about sueing. I run a business and the first thing that is very important to me is Customer service and the second thing which is important to me is confidentiality.I had made reservations to pick up a dump trailor for my company and had paid the 200 right then and there. Now I dont own a pick up truck I am a female I own an SUV lol so I paid a close friend of mine so i could borrow his truck in order to get my job completed on time. My customer had to have this project completed yesterday. So i sent one of my guys out to pick up the dumptrailor and when he got to the Chesapeake Location he was turned around. They asked him if the truck was such and such and of course my driver was honest and said yes thats such and such truck and because of that we were not able to get the trailor.So i lost out on money because i paid this person money to use his truck, i also had to give my customer a 300 dollar discount because his job could not be completed within that same day. After doing all of that i contacted Sunbelt, at first the Manager was rude. He told me yes i turned your man around since this was for such and such. Now please know 1. They have my number on file they could have contacted me right then and there before assuming something, also after this whole incident they still hadnt contact me, i had to contact them only to be met with nothing but assumptions and rudeness. I explained that the truck was indeed such and such however because i did not own my own truck i paid to borrow his. Now this is what through me for a LOOP. The manager started telling me Such and Such information stating how he owed 7grand to the company and how he stormed out and drove out of there property when tryong to be talked to concerning his bill and much more.Now because i run not 1 but 2 companies i know confidentiality it KEY. So why tell me someone elses information about his account when that doesnt concern me.After getting this matter taking care of I was able to pick up the dumptrailor the next day however i still lost alot of money because of how they handled there business. And they didnt try and make anything better i still had to pay the 200 for the trailor. I do want to say that there was one person whom i spoke to whom made my reservation for the next day, he was terrific he apologize so many times. He knows how much customer service is however the manager doesnt and i am again highly disappointed in this company.

Friendly environment and a very knowledgeable staff. The truck drivers arrive on site on time. They also call to verify what you are renting and where you want the equipment unloaded at. The truck drivers are also really good at teaching you how to operate a machine if your not sure how it works. Great for home improvement projects as well.

These guys are great, especially Dustin. Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Courteous. I needed to rent a stair climber to move a 700 lb safe and Dustin wheeled it out, showed me the ropes on how to use it, and helped me load into the car. And when I returned it I was in a bit of a hurry cause the rental truck location was closing soon. I hadnt managed to wrap the straps around the stair climber so they were just dangling (Not to mention soaked cause it rained all damn day), Dustin told me not to worry about it and thatd he take care of it. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a company.

I have been running from Sunbelt for years have always gotten good equipment in great working condition ask for Parker on the front desk he will take great care of you

Rented an 18 gauge floor nailer and it was exactly what the manufacturer recommended and worked perfectly. Home Depot stopped renting 18g nailguns a few days before the flooring I bought from them delivered. Not only did Sunbelt have what I needed, they even stayed open 15 minutes late on a Saturday to wait for me. Completely saved my weekend project. Thanks Dustin for your great customer service!
