WARNING!!!We had a great experience with Superhelpers...that is until we found things stolen from our home. They do a great job cleaning and they build your trust where you are willing to leave them alone in your home and thats when the stealing begins. Unfortunately, the new owner Kurt takes no responsibility for the matter and we now have no choice to get the police involved since they dont want to resolve the situation as adults. Kurt wont even respond to calls to return our house key....he is the definition of poor management.

I recently booked Super Helpers and I must say they did a delightful job. Wonderful customer service along with wonderful results.

I use to work for this company about 5 months ago. We do not receive any benefits or paid hourly. We are only paid commission and if we do two houses that’s all for the day and usually then we have to split it with another employee. After I quit I never received my final pay and my employer who was named Kurt wouldn’t answer any of my calls or texts. I only ever received one paycheck of less then $200 after working for an entire month! Do NOT trust this company!!!! They are obviously horrible to not only the customers but also their employees. I was also sent to clean 3000sqft houses my second day ALONE and without all my supplies.

I was so very disappointed by my experience with SuperHelpers. Please do NOT hire them - they are a waste of money and a fraud. I was referred to SuperHelpers by a co-worker, and was looking forward to the experience. They sent one person for our 2600 square foot house, and never did an an initial in-person interview or came to see the property prior to cleaning. The cleaner used a few dirty rags to clean the entire house (did not use any type of cleaning chemical), but missed many surfaces (baseboards, blinds) and the entire laundry room! When I inspected the house and asked her to finish, she initially said she didnt have time, but then eventually cleaned the laundry room. I paid an additional fee for the oven to be cleaned, but the cleaner simply sprayed oven cleaner in the ovens and then told me it didnt work. As she was leaving she told me this was her third day working for SuperHelpers and she didnt know what she was doing (I blame this on the management, not on her). I called their overall number 4 times and left messages with no response. I also sent a complaint via their website and via email and never received a response. Please encourage your friends not to use this unprofessional business.

I contracted for bimonthly cleaning all through internet, no one came out to do an intake. I received three emails and one robo call reminding me. The first time the maid did an okay job. Second time again three emails and the robo call reminders. Maid was one hour late, rushed through leaving in two hours and my wood floors were left streaky. I had emailed and called leaving message to please call me back, no one did. Third time again three emails and a robo call. Maid never showed up. Left several voice messages and email messages, never was contacted. Needless to say, I cancelled and would never recommend this company to anyone.
