Very RUDE. I called this number because I was having trouble with the 800 number, it kept giving me some weird message so I decided to call the 757 number to see if they could direct me to the right number. The man who answered the phone answered very politely up until I explained to him that I was calling to try to locate a patients records, he then says you are going to need to call the customer service number, I asked him did he have that number or if a transfer was possible and he replys to me NO, if you are one of our customers you should have it. I thought this was very rude as an employee of one of the biggest healthcare companies in the area we would NEVER speak to patients or consumers in this manner, he did not even care to help me.This event took place 7/24/2015 around 9:15am.
