So I placed a review as a way to get some type of feedback on the pay I havent received from the company. I received a response sending me a link to their website which did not provide any info on their payroll department. I have texted and called the administrator concerning my pay and I have heard nothing in 3days. Its been 3 weeks that I should have received my pay and Im getting the run around.

Working for BG has been such a great experience. They are very responsive and quick to get an assignment for you. Great for temp, part-time, or temp to hire positions. I recommend for anyone trying to get into the property management field. They even offer a training class with Alyssa the director. She made it easy coming into the property management field and always down to answer any and all questions!

First and foremost I would like to say this is a great staffing company. They have been there for me when I was in need. I asked for staff and that I received. They were professional, pleasant, on time, and the staff had a great personality. I actually hired my new Service Manager and I couldnt have asked for a better person. The company is always making sure to check on employees to make sure they are doing their jobs properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

During the fall I needed to replace a staff member. I was not finding any good candidates for the position. B&G Staffing provided us with candidates that met our needs. We actually hired one of the people into our company after the trial period was up. I am glad that we have such a valuable resource to turn to in times of need. The representative form B&G was very helpful in placing the proper person at our property. I will continue to use them in the future if needed.

I just wanted to say that Sarah Southerland of BG Staffing is awesome. She is persistent with visiting our office to see if we have a need for their services. We did not need to utilize her for our office but referred a young lady that had been in the business for over 12 years in need of employment. Sarah took the time to reach out to the area Director the young lady lived in. Needless to say she got an assignment within two days.
