Worked there up until May this year..... they made us feel like our jobs would be protected when we transitioned to work from home because of COVID but then started firing a lot of people for reasons like, clocking in late with a known tech issue, hearing a dog in the background, or an issue that with FMLA that wasn’t brought to the employees attention until the day they were fired even though it happened about 2-3 months prior. Now the recruiter has sent me 5 messages on indeed offering to pay me less than what I was making......everything started out beautifully but got toxic really quick. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE.
Loved my job but now I am suspend for a letter my doctor wrote to inform my manager of my illness. Its not about a doctors accuse lets just say! I was informing them of my condition. How can this happen. They work you hard and expect you to do more then what you where told while being hired. Under paid big time.
Throw the whole building away. Management sucks. They lie on employees to get them fired, especially if you’re not in the “management click.” Had one manager and the former, QA girl to Conspire to get someone fired. The work was heavy and the pay was light. They’re firing managers and employees now for nothing. NO ONE IS SAFE HERE. Only good thing was the schedule I was awarded.
Not so great. The client doesnt pay their Chesapeake employees what they earn in incentives the company also ended their contract with the client, notified us a month before offering us other positions, then resended the offer for the only position that made since to the remaining loyal employees. Some of us turned other employment offers down to stay with this company based on their false promises and lies and now we will be out of a job come March 31st.
I have worked for Sutherland since 2013 and have been treated fairly and like family. I started out as a prequalifier and in a year took the life and and health test and became an agent. I have had the opportunity making an annual income of more than half of when I began. I love my managers and most of all my director for the Aflac team. From day one she believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow. Sutherland paid for my tutor for better results in passing the test and for licensing in every state in the U.S.! I love my job and my department.
Great place to work. Trainers were great. Most employees were nice and helpful.
Its a great place to work!
Great place to work .
This is possibly the worst place Ive eve worked. The management is non integral!!!!! The pay is pennies and they over work you. The policies and procedures are terrible ! I have never worked under a worse management team in all of my life. They lie, they do underhanded things and get away with it !
I went a job interview there. The building is beautiful and the people that I talked to that work there were very friendly. I hope it was the beginning of a new career.
HIGH TURNAROUND....ALWAYS NEW FOLKS BECAUSE OLD ONES DONT NEVER STAY LONG ENOUGH. A LOT OF YOUNG CADDY WOMEN ENVIRONMENT, ITS LIKE BEING IN HIGH SCHOOL.ALL OVER AGAIN
