Such a fantastic experience. The Text when it’s Your Turn service is so helpful for those who prefer not to use a waiting room.I found the staff to be welcoming and conscious that many people using the service are already feeling disrupted by whatever reason they need to come.The woman at the front desk is like your favorite aunt, so glad to see you and speaking with kindness and enthusiasm. She uses her strong voice to make sure you can understand her through her mask, without feeling yelled at.The man who drew my blood had the most gentle manner and voice, immediately putting me at ease. If you want to chat, he will. If not, he still has a way of smoothing the potentially uncomfortable process.Well done, y’all. I would definitely return, should I need more lab work.

So originally I was nervous coming to this location because of the previous reviews. I actually tried another location to avoid it. But since it was the weekend, I had to choose this location because it was the only one open. I was a walk-in appointment at 0800. When I tell you I was IMPRESSED! super fast check-in, I was greeted with smiles and politeness. The lady who collected my labs did an amazing job. Only took 1 try to get my veins when usually it takes a couple of tries. Now I never told them I was an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, so my standards of care are a little higher than most. Yet I appreciate the high level of quality care they provided.

I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the reviews. The waiting room was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The check-in process was easy as they had digital. Since I was there for a job required test I was able to pull up the information they already had and get checked in. I was in the waiting room no more than 10mins from door to check-in to getting called into the back. Mind you it wasnt busy. There were maybe 2-3 people in front of me on a Saturday.

Bare in mind 1. Sometimes the mail will say an hour and the actual appointment is 1 hour later.double check! 2.Once you do your “ business” for the lab you should call someone to take the “goods” and set you free. That person doesn’t pick up the phone so. If they don’t Keep calling until they pick up! The actual test might take 5 minutes but waiting time for someone to pick up that phone is 15 mints. I called 3 times and was ready to take a nap.So Don’t worry you will be fine!

Inconvenient hours. Waste of your time. Private business that’s only in it for the money. Only reason I had to go here was for employer background. If I could avoid it all costs I would.

I recently went to this location January 2021. After reading many of the reviews online my expectations were very low. I choose the option to wait in my car instead of their waiting room. I checked in through the email link as I was pulling into one of their marked parking spots and waited. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes so not bad. Once I got the text alert I went in and was greeted by a guy who already knew my name and confirmed what I was there for. All that was cool then I was asked to take a seat and someone would get me shortly. The whole point of choosing to wait in my car was to avoid being around people 😷. I waited in their waiting room for another 10 minutes or so before I was called back😒. Once I got back I was in and out. Just dont understand why you give the option to limit time spend in the office just to have you wait in the office. Staff was professional and polite. Maybe CORPORATE finally took action after reading all those bad reviews.

I could not believe how rude the staff was. Why this place has not been shut down is beyond me. Took my niece that recently suffered a TBI so the stress of these appointments is extreme for her.Did they care that we drove 45 minutes from North Carolina with a patient suffering a TBI taking medications that are potentially harmful to her liver and kidneys. NO!!!!!!There was a previous balance we were not aware of and they refused to see her if not paid in full. I offered to make a payment but the rude woman at the front desk said “you gotta pay all of it” then shoved the lab order in my face!!How are people like this employed in a place where patients should be treated with compassion and concern.The reception area was filthy and there was no effort to sanitize anything or to maintain social distancing. THIS PLACE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY!!!

Had to get some blood work done, went to LabCorp. It has a nice atmosphere, and it was clean. All the employees there were very nice. I was a walk in and only waited like 10 minutes and was taken back. I will go there next time too. Thanks

Staff is pretty rude and not courteous at all. Seemed annoyed that I had an appt, especially the lady with the caked on glitter eyeshadow and soggy eye lashes. Needs work on professionalism

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.I waited 2 hours for a drug screen. I was so happy to leave this place. It’s overcrowded and not enough space for everyone. The front desk lady was SO unprofessional and RUDE, if she is even sitting at the front desk! She is missing most of the time.Since there were no chairs available in the waiting room, I stood against the wall somewhat near the front desk. She called a patient to the desk, and she says, “Can you move so that this patient has some privacy?” Yet, she would yell across the room to a patient if a problem occurred. One time, she didn’t know a patient’s name sitting in the waiting room, so she called him by his shirt color. Like, hello? Is this a professional lab office?She disappeared again, coming back with a Wendy’s bag with her phone against her ear. She is basically running out the office, almost hitting my mom with the door on her way out!This place is highly unprofessional. I am just so disgusted right now and will never come back.

Staff treated me very rudely and even gave me the wrong type of QFT test, so I had to get stuck twice so they could do the correct one. The lady who was drawing blood also had no idea what she was doing, as this was the most painful time Ive ever had blood drawn in my experience.Theyre trying their best; but their best simply is not good.

Long wait, waited 20 minutes despite making an appointment and checking in well before the scheduled appointment. I was not called untill I went in and reminded them. The place was packed with people waiting for long time. Compared to I had recently been to a Quest Lab in Virginia Beach and there was no waiting when we arrived on our scheduled time. The website is terrible too, hard to understand their timings, etc.

I do not understand why they cannot answer the phone... who ever is answering the phone needs to be fired immediately. No I am not going to just show up without making an appointment and do not want to be turned away if more requirements were needed. Do not go here. People are just lazy and rude.

Very bad experience, 1st tech didnt listen when I told her where to stick me and missed, without saying a word, she left and another person came in with attitude. Again I showed her and again she didnt listen and stuck me twice after saying she didnt feel anything, so why stick me and why not listen to your client. I know my veins. Needless to say,I left.

Nice place! New and clean-- SO much better than the sketchy-feeling location on Battlefield was! The staff is reasonably friendly.The first time I went here for blood work, I passed out right onto the floor. This is pretty normal for me, but the staff kind of freaked out and called the EMTs! The overreaction and resulting scene makes me chuckle, but it was nice that the manager called to follow-up and make sure that I was ok.

Ive been going 2 this lab corp 4 more than 12 yrs.They were located on Battlefield Blvd 4 most of that time, now in Greenbrier. I also have take my son who has special needs (Down syndrome) 2 this lab corp his entire life bc theyve been the only place Ive tried that doesnt upset or hurt him, so we havent had any bad experiences, which can lead 2 a host of other negative issues & behaviors. Ive been EXTREMELY HAPPY with this particular group of phlebotomists! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Idk why they receive negative reviews bc Ive never experienced anything but professionalism & kindness. IMO & experience theyre so much better than CHKD or my sons Pediatricians office. We wont go anywhere else. Id give them 10 stars if I could!

We had schedule appointment 1:30 p.m. and told need to be there in 30 minutes exactly, to get best result .when I come in its already been 25 minutes because of traffic and I told them I have a couple minutes left please call doctor and let them get spiceman quicklyBut she doesnt care and continue to Polish her nails and say youre not in list, end than i request again please just call and check that I just talk with them couple hours ago and they approved my appointment. She keep doing something else polishing her nail and playing with phone and not care of me. Ask my id and then she said call your doctorSo time is over, I couldnt reach that person to check my appointment from lab, I couldnt give them a spiceman to lab, lEven her supervisor came she didnt even try to help me or say anything to her.So i could not my lab, but get stressed, loose time and patientNever ever go thereIrresponsible employee works at front, they dont care at all

Staff was horribly rude and were sitting around gossiping and doing their eye lashes. Didnt ask for meds, didnt advise on what to do and gave extreme attitude. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

No human interaction at check-in. No one mans the front office. You have no idea of wait times. Very slow.
