Mike Habib was pretty cool and made the process super easy. Gone are the days where you spend a whole shift in the dealership buying a car, he managed to get us out in record time. Thanks for a great experience!
Scheduling my appointment an oil change and state inspection was quick and easy over the phone. The service team was great and assured me that my car well taken care of. I was very surprised at how quickly the work was completed. I can always count on quality service from this dealership!
Our Salesperson Gene, and the entire Priority Hyundai staff made our buying experience great. This is the second time we have come to Priority Hyundai and seen Gene. If you are looking for a great car, and great service, look no further than Priority Hyundai
My partner and I came in to look for a new car and was helped out by Jordan from the Priority Chevrolet location. While the Chevy location didnt have what we had in mind, he was able to take us to the Hyundai lot and helped us settle with a 2016 Ford Escape.Jordan is also a down to earth and humourous guy. His positive attitude really made the car buying process less mentally / emotionally taxing for us. The other gentlemen down at the Hyundai location who assisted us were lovely as well! Were super happy with our new car and definitely recommend Priority :)
This was the most pleasant car buying experience EVER! From the moment we drove into the lot everyone was pleasant and helpful without being pushy or condescending. With less than perfect credit this experience could have been horrible and embarrassing but they made it a fun, seamless process from financing to driving home our brand new car! Not to mention it was a horrible rainy day, but Donald M was out there showing us all our options and taking us on a test drive. If youre looking for a new car, start and finish at Priority Hyundai, Chesapeake!
Priority Service Dept. Is always 5 stars. Ken is personable and attentive. Technicians are great.
Tried to buy a Hyundai and was told they don’t work with out of state customers even though I’m just right over the border
I took my car in for multiple issues. Katie was great in keeping me informed on the progress. Some of the parts were delayed and Katie kept me notified on their estimated arrival. She was out a few days and the other staff I spoke with were very helpful in also keeping me informed. Overall, it was a great experience and I was very impressed! Thank you!
Originally I visited Priority Hyundai as a challenge to see what kind of deals I could get it if I got a new car. I kept getting emails and finally after getting a phone call, I decided to check it out. Allen was able to meet my needs and I fell in love with the Kona instantly. I didnt expect to drive away with a new car! Allen was a pleasure to work with! Great vibes! Id recommend friends and family to go see him for their next vehicle! Thank you Allen for all your help!
Picked out car I wanted…. Came back day later they sold it… instead of telling me to place deposit to hold. Settled on another car, was promised a part… took a month or so to come in…took 4 days to do detail on the car… smelled good but stains still visible. Scheduled an appointment because starter or something was acting up…. Went to pick up car, was told they didn’t hav proper tools to replace antenna and was given no record of what was done to fix the car. GREAT salesman, Mr. Smalls…. Offered to help put antenna in, but technically he hats not his responsibility. On top of that had to get a rental car and my car still needs service. Just disappointed other the than the salesmanship.
When I initially went in for my appointment I asked the service person the possibility of getting the two front floorboards vacuum. I was told that she couldnt tell me how much it was and then it wasnt free and that she would check with the person in charge of detailing and let me know. I told her thank you because I really wanted to get the carpets vacuum when I told her I was even willing to pay not only did it take Christopher and 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection but when I got my vehicle it wasnt vacuumed nor did the service person lady who told me she would come and tell me how much it would cost to get a vacuuming never came to me so I left there four and a half hours later dirty carpets and an oil change and inspection which I think took way too long. Since it took that long he think they throw in a quick vacuuming for free to keep me happy but they didnt
I bought a 2019 Sonata from them, love the car. If you want a great car, I recommend, BUT if you are banking on the “Free For Life” promises, good luck. I called in July 30th for an oil and filter change, they said they could get me in early in SEPTEMBER. The times I have gotten work done there, they are never done when promised, and they don’t seem to care, no mo way to be made, if you user them, best of luck to you.
This service center does a great job of getting you in and out. The service advisor is really good about personalizing the experience. The early drop off service is awesome! Web-based scheduling for routine service would be nice, but overall, Im very happy with this service center!
If i could give no stars i would.I went there for srs light on a 2006 sonata. Turns out to be seat belt and its covered under extended warranty. Took them almost 3 days to find that out. Then they say part has to be ordered two weeks later part comes in. I drop the car off get called later that day the part they ordered is wrong one. The part i need will take a month to get there two and a half months later still no part. They call me the other day and say part has arrived im scheduled for 8:00am. I get there and now they tell me sorry we dont have the part yet well why did you call me and tell me you did. That was the part they originally ordered wrong . I dont care about the part not being here yet i understand but you wasted my time and my friends time who took me there i missed work to drop off the car twice for no reason. The service department is incompetent at best after this is over with i will never go back again.
Dwayne was meant to be the person that was supposed to sell my wife a car last year..... Oh but this year since SOUTHERN KIA and Jeff Owens refused service to my wife vehicle it prompted me to buy her something new and Im so glad we did because the experience purchasing a car here is memorable in a good way like ponies and rainbows.... Buying a car across the street at Southern is memorable like falling into a snake put full of poisonous snakes or into a pit of lava... Lesson: Always Buy from Priority and leave the snakes right there in the grass!
Faith was great. Very helpful and professional. Everything was completed faster than anticipated and she was great throughout the process.
This negative review is focused solely on their service department. Ive never worked with the sales team so I reserve judgement. My story was very similar to other reviews that Ive read. People schedule appointments a week ahead of time and their cars arent even touched by days end with no call or update. This happened twice in a row to me at Priority! Also, the first time they couldnt find my car or keys when I arrived to pick it up and tried to charge me a basic fee at check in even though my Tucson was under full factory warranty. There were many other unbelievable issues. Too many to list. Finally I went to Checkered flag Hyundai, 20 miles away and received world class service. No comparison! Checkered flag Hyundai service was better than the service I use to get when I had a Mercedes. Dont waste your time on Priority Hyundai service. Go straight to Checkered flag Hyundai service in Va. Beach. They are absolutely the most professional team Ive ever dealt with! Its worth the drive.
My gas gadge does not fill to full. In order for me to get the problem fixed, I will have to leave my car with them. I advised them that I do not have any other form of transportation. So I am unable to leave my car. They advised me, that is the only option if I want to get it looked at and repaired. WOW! Everybody do not have 2 vehicles to drive nor does everyone have people in their life to drive them around if needed. They could have done better than that now. Its always other options if someone only have 1 form of transportation. I am very disappointed. So, I have to continue to fill my gas tank up and the needle does not go to full abs when it completely breaks, I am in trouble because Priority Hyundai where I purchased my vehicle from cannot accommodate me. WOW!
Perfect in every way. I was met cordially by an service person. I was then directed to go inside. There I was attended quickly. Went to the waiting room until I was called. The service person ushered me to my car.
I would like to extend me deepest gratitude to the fine people at Priority! Out of my two years coming here for service and other necessities such as parts, each one of my visits has been more than memorable! I always feel welcomed and respected. I couldnt have asked for a better service center. Everyone there has risen up to accommodate every need Ive had and always made sure I was taken care of. I can honestly say that these people have never let me down...I would like to give a special thank you to my service representatives Cindy, Fred, and Mark, who ensured I was in good hands.. I know a review isnt worth much, but I want to give them all the praise they deserve the best way I can. Yall really rock and do a fantastic job! Keep doing what youre doing 👍-Jonathan Charlton
We drove to VA from PA to purchase a 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy and what a great decision to do so! We had the best experience in purchasing a vehicle we have ever had. Our salesman, Mr. Gene Birikorang, was superb. He patiently went over every aspect of our vehicle, answered our myriad of questions with complete knowledge of the vehicle, and never rushed us to make the sale. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and went above and beyond to make our purchase experience a great one. We highly recommend them.
I mean its fine. They fix the car. Provide the expected level of service for this day and age. The end.
I had the best experience coming to Priority Hyundai. I spent the day going to multiple dealerships to find a good vehicle since it was my first big purchase and my first time buying a car. I was greeted by Don at the door and immediately he came and helped me. He asked exactly what I was looking for price wise, make and model, and what I wanted my payments to be. He was straight to the point and did not steer me in any other direction other than to give me exactly what I was looking for. This place did not disappoint but exceeded all of my expectations. The whole staff was so kind and friendly and made me feel so comfortable and not pushed to make a decision at all. We agreed that unless they could meet my needs, I wouldnt purchase a vehicle. They took such great care of me and made me feel right at ease the whole experience. I will most definitely refer friends that are looking to this place. My car is in great shape for a used vehicle and I couldnt have gotten a better deal/offer anywhere else. Couldnt be more blessed to have found this place!
The purchase went smoothly. JC was very helpful otherwise it would be one star. Today was my first experience dealing with Priority Hyundai Service and it was terrible! I made an appointment for my first oil change at 11:20. They don’t offer a shuttle (due to COVID) and I told them I would wait when I made the appointment. I drove 40 minutes from home to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told they have to tell me I could be waiting until 5pm because they have to tell me that but they put 12:30 in the system. At 1:00 we go to check on it and it’s not even in the shop yet! When I asked what was the point of having an appointment time, I was told that time just allows you to be able to bring it in for the day and 5:00 is your real appointment time. That is unacceptable. If I had known this was how they conduct business, I never would have purchased my vehicle from here.
Great service, detailed estimate. Excellent job by Service manger Fred. Thank you, and your Team
For the Service Dept - family member made an appointment for first thing Tuesday to drop her car off for a recall item and to have her air conditioning looked at, and here it is Friday afternoon, and the car hasn’t even been touched yet. The car was even dropped off that Monday night prior to. Then when followed up on Wednesday, we’re told it’s in the stall being looked at by a mechanic. Follow up the following day on Thursday reveals it wasn’t even touched; so we were outright lied to. A few things for you Priority. If you know it’ll be at least a week before you can even look at a customer’s vehicle, then don’t make appointment dates you can’t honor to begin with. If your next available date is a week out from now, then just say so. People need their transportation, and all you are doing is compounding their situation by keeping vehicles unnecessarily longer. Last, as a customer oriented business, you never lie to customers. Ever. Otherwise, you lose credibility as a business and lose future business with people. We will ensure we stay clear of yours in the future.
In the past my father would always warn me about how dealerships will try to swindle women out of their money. I thought Id take that theory for a test run.My father was wrong.I got some body work done for my 2019 Hyundai Veloster and had a claim from my insurance company. My father advised me not to show them the claim until AFTER the job was finished because dealerships will try to run up expenses for the job to milk the invoice of the claim. Again, I didnt listen; had to see for myself. Hyundai did a superior job in bringing my car back to life! They didnt break my pockets, were honest, and now I feel confident on the road again. Many thanks to the nice, young women at the front desks. Thanks for not trying to sell me things and taking my PRIORITIES seriously (BAZINGA)!
Worse service experience ever! I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment for a diagnose. I waited longer than 4 hours to find out that they were not able to complete the diagnosis the same day and I had to leave my car for 3 days! Just to get a diagnose!!!!!! how long should I expect to get my car repaired, a year? Its ridiculous.
I love my 2020 Santa Fe!! A huge upgrade from the Civic! Thank you Brandan for all of your help and not being pushy for the sale!
My situation was not ideal. Very much an inconvenience but I felt like the service staff Nicole, Jimmy and Fred genuinely wanted to help get my vehicle fixed so the five stars is for them. Now I was very disappointed in my experience with the sales staff, they have a way of making you feel like once a sale is made the customer is no longer a concern. I bought a brand new 2021 Santa Fe that had to be towed two days after purchase and has been in and out of a dealership for 17 days out of the little over 30 days I’ve had it. I wanted to discuss options for getting out of the vehicle because of the constant problems and not feeling safe with the manager James just to be told I would have negative equity and may have to go into something cheaper or pay more money if I wanted to stay in the same model I have. How disappointing that this would be an option for a customer who hasn’t enjoyed a moment in their brand new car at no fault of they own. I’m sure this would not have been an acceptable solution if this was himself or his loved one. Not a courtesy call, advice or a care from the sales team about what I was dealing with. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them and needless to say I will not be returning. I could have gotten a faulty car from any dealership but it’s how you handle the customer that makes a world of difference.
Mike Habib did an outstanding job. We had a car that died and after visiting a few other dealerships, we completed our transaction with Priority Hyundai for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited. And we love it. Everyone at Priority Hyundai was terrific to work with. They were very professional and personable.
It was a wonderful experience working JC Felton on our recent purchase. He was kind, resoectful and he listened. There was no pushy sales behavior, just a wonderful experience.
Everything went smoothly. I dropped my car off early and was able to get it back the next day in perfect condition. I would’ve given 5 stars but the staff is not welcoming and very unfriendly. Borderline rude. Didn’t smile at all and it made me not want to return.
Excellent customer service! Got my car that I wanted really quick even though it was still in order. Shout out to Chuck who helped me to get the car Im looking for.
Very friendly and help my wife get exactly what she was looking for. Tristin was great, everyone that we worked with was very helpful. Plus we were in and out, I believe in a little under 2 hours, which was great. If your looking for a Hyundai Priority Hyundai is the place to go!!!
Purchased a 2016 pre-owned vehicle with 68k miles from this dealership a year ago. Clean title, no accidents, etc.. I got my inspection done a year later (with 80k miles.. all 12k from highway miles in the last year) and another priority dealership rejected my state inspection due to suspension issues (lower control arms). Seemed a bit fishy to me so I took my service/repair business elsewhere.Look into having your vehicles inspected before leaving this lot. Save yourself the $900 headache I received from Priority Hyundai.
Very easy to work with. My only complaint (and this is true of all dealerships) is how long the wait/process is to buy a car. Make sure you have at least 2 hours, and sometimes up to 3 hours.
The customer service needs to be better. I called almost a week ago about a problem with my car and I received no response back. Everytime I go in for a service it takes hours. I won’t be buying a car from them ever again. I feel like because I have had my car awhile I do not get the same treatment as a newer car. I honestly don’t believe my car gets worked on properly. I’m not going back to them again.
Service staff were very courteousService Representative very receptiveService completed on timeSales personnel were professional and receptive to what customers were looking for
Went in looking for a new used truck Bruce and Rob was able to get me a good deal and nice truck thanks alot i will be back again was able to walk around and look without being bothered by pushy sales people . The folks that work there are friendly and kind
My first interaction with this company was very questionable but I decided not to leave a review until now because this new incident is absolutely unacceptable! Back in late April early May of 2020 I had my vehicle serviced here. I was informed after running a multi point inspection that I only needed to have my recalls taken care of. I agreed to have all recalls corrected and of course this service was free of charge. After picking up my vehicle and driving home my car remained parked overnight. I noticed the following morning my vehicle was unable to start. I called Hyundai and they asked me to have the car towed in. After sometime they informed me I needed a new battery. This seemed very odd or a questionable coincidence that nothing was wrong with my car but now all of a sudden I needed a new battery. I decided to just pay the $147 for the new battery. Fast forward to Sunday, September 27, 2020 I run into the same issue of my car not starting. I decided to call Hyundai and once again I was informed to have my vehicle towed in & that someone be able to look at it the next day. The next day rolls around & no one reaches out to me so I contact them the following day to find out they are backed up and no one is able to look at my vehicle just yet. Once my vehicle is finally checked out I am informed that I need a new starter. I agreed to pay the $648 for the new starter after being informed they did another multi point inspection and it seems to only be my starter that is causing the problem. Once my car is ready for pick up I arrive on the property and it seems they have some issues locating the keys to my vehicle. Once that is taken care of I head to my vehicle to leave. Not even five minutes down the road the engine overheating light comes on and my vehicle begins to shake. I immediately pull over and call priority Hyundai and they informed me to bring the car back. I spoke with a gentleman and explain the issue. I informed him that I have never had any warning lights come on on the dashboard nor did I drop my vehicle off with any lights on on the dashboard so I don’t understand why the engine overheating light is on now. He went on to tell me that the starter and anything dealing with my engine overheating are in two separate areas and there’s no way they could’ve done anything to cause this problem. I reiterated my concerns to him. He asked me to leave my car once again and that someone would look at it the following day and reach out to me. Needless to say the communication the following days was lack there of. I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back with a answer & they didn’t. Finally on October 3, 2020 I get a call from an employee telling me that my car is ready to be picked up. I told him I would like to be informed on what went wrong. Why did my vehicle start overheating? He went on to tell me that when my starter was replaced a part that transports the coolant to my engine had drained and they failed to replace the coolant in my vehicle. I informed the young man that I would like that to be noted in the system and I would also like a copy of the paperwork for future references. It absolutely saddens me that I can spend $648 with a company and they turn around and allow their careless actions to put me in a dangerous situation. If I wasn’t paying attention to my vehicle it could have absolutely overheated and caused the engine to lock up, other components in my vehicle to malfunction or even could have caused me to get into an accident putting my life and others at risk. My original reason for going to a Priority Hyundai was because I felt this would be a safe place and I could trust their work & judgment. I’m currently left feeling fearful that my car can malfunction at any minute.** Update 10/8/20I appreciate priority Hyundai reaching out to me to provide some complementary services to help ease my mind of future problems due to the original mishap. Customer service was at a all time high the 2nd time around & they made me feel much better about trusting my car with them.
They were very friendly. They gave me a great deal on 2022 Hyundai Tucson I very satisfied with the the Tucson and Priority
Picked up a new Elantra thanks to JC! I went to 2 other hyundai dealers before this location, and let me say these guys knocked it out of the water. A great crew that equally care about the client dont try to up sale what you want. Couldnt recommend this place to my fellow military enough! This was by far my best car buying experience thanks to JC, Belinda and the rest of folks over at Priority Hyundai.
The whole team was amazing. Have some bruises in my credit and the entire dealership treated us with respect and put us in an amazing Santa Fe! Thanks Brandon and Phil, amazing folks!
We had a great experience buying our Tuscan at Greenbrier Priority Hyundai. Our sales representative, Brandan, listened to what we wanted and helped us find the vehicle that was best for us and within our budget and was very personable throughout the entire process.
Nicole was great and everything looks as it did when we dropped it off. I dont know the techs name but they did a wonderful job. We had a lot of work done because of some rodents. There was severe damage and they put it back just like new. The service department kept me informed on every step.
Donald Lounsbury was our salesperson. Donald went above, and beyond, helping us find the right car for the right price. The whole team at Priority Hyundai was great throughout the car buying process. We highly recommend Priority Hyundai in Chesapeake to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Be sure to ask for Don, he is experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. And above all... he did not hound us just to make a sale. He helped us find the best fit, and let us decide what worked best for us.
I have leased 2 cars from Priority Hyundai. The sales and service staff are very customer friendly (not like most car dealers). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the purchase paperwork was completed. I take my car there for service since all regular service is free. I had a problem with my car that needed fixing right away, and even without an appointment, the service department fit me in and even did an oil change! When this lease is up I plan to lease another car from Priority Hyundai. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai.
Be extremely careful about going to this business to purchase a vehicle. They are well known to practice what is called spot delivery or yo-yo sales, asking you to come back with more money or return the vehicle. I recommend getting a lawyer experienced with consumer protection if they ever contact you after the purchase of a vehicle and papers are signed. You have been warned, and Hyundai Corporate has been notified.
I thought Don the sales man was great until I realized a week after my purchase that they changed the bank I financed the car I traded in. I called to get clarification as to who financed the new car and was talked to as though I had no right to know. I realized that the car payment and interest rate was crazy so I went to Don to see how best he could help me to lower the monthly payment. I was talked to like a criminal. It’s the biggest regret I’ve had since buying vehicles. It’s a shame the way he treated a service member. I was turned away without any proper options although I poured out my heart to him about how difficult it would be to make my payment. He told me that if I don’t make my payments my car would be repossessed by the bank, as if I didn’t already knew that. I hope the way he treats me helps him to sleep better at nights.
Absolutely outstanding great customer service. Brandon and Hunter was attending to our every need. Low to no pressure to purchase help at every turn outstanding work.
Ive had better experiences at this dealerships service department. The service advisors seemed stressed behind the counter, unfriendly, and going through the motions with assisting customers. It would be nice if one of the service advisors could give people waiting in the hang out room at least one status update on their vehicle, especially if customers have been waiting over two hours. *update to my original post: Increased to 4 stars from 3 stars...Sarah, customer service liaison, contacted me and listened to my experience. In addition, she explained how Priority Hyundai plans to improve services in the future. I appreciated the follow up contact.
From Sales to Service and every department in between, Priority Hyundai does an excellent job.Previously I owned a new Lincoln, a new Cadillac, and a new Mercedes Benz and the service I get from Priority Hyundai is better than I received from those brands.
Great service from nicole and fred kearns in trying to figure out what was wrong with car then getting it fixed. thanks to all.
First impression was not the type of customer service l expected. It was a little cold at first; with the person l was initially meeting with. Once my service was completed, she returned with a much better attitude. I was hoping that l did not make a mistake in purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership. Hopefully my next visit will be much better.
One day my car was fine...the next, falling apart due to a major engine recall. Fred was the manager who helped with my case tremendously. He constantly updated me about the steps they were taking, any repairs they came across and finally calling with the good news to say I can pick up my vehicle with a brand new engine! Thanks for making this as breezy as possible! Highly recommend!
I went looking for a used vehicle and I found one. I was treated well and fairly, they were easy to work with and would definitely come back to Priority for future purchases. DeWayne my salesman was low pressure and fun to talk to, so look up DeWayne Beale when you need a new or used car.
The process was so smooth and easy once I was approved. Melissa had everything all planned out and ready for me once I arrived. I had Don as an excellent Sales Rep. He was such an amazing person through the whole process. Answered all my questions and concerns...
I had a great experience with the folks I worked with. They could not have been more friendly or more helpful. They answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I will recommend them to everyone.
Service advisors amazing. Everything taken care of with total professionalism. No other place I would rather have my car serviced at.
Tristin was my salesman and he was very helpful throughout the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, even though the vehicle was not a Hyundai. I would recommend my peers to ask for him if they ever go to Priority Hyundai. Also the Phil in finance department, was also very nice and knowledgeable. Very good experience!
Great visit and our Salesman Tristin was terrific. Thanks Tom Ivey!
With the exception of the time it takes to complete service Priority Hyundai is incredible. They do amazing work and will always stand behind their work. I have in the past had issues and they always resolved them without question. Sometimes they take a little longer than one would like to finish work, but otherwise are perfect.
You just BUY the car.All of it is great.Hyundai, agents dedicated to oblige you .Very sincere. They are not eager to push you to buy, but eager to respect your decision .I wondered why they were all relaxed to serve, they know the car Hyundai and Priority Hyundai have the best deal.So they enjoy the experience and let Hyundai sell it self. Our second 🚗.Nazneen Irani.
I was well pleased with the service given by Priority Hyundai. I waited for my car instead of leaving it and I was told that it would be a two hour wait. My car was completed and returned to me in just one hour, a very pleasant surprise.
Top notch customer service from all levels of the business and very timely. Highly recommended!
I went to look at a car I found online, when i showed up Allen Small greeted me and showed me around. He didnt try to sell me anything i didnt want and kept me within my price range. He was also very knowledgeable on the features of the cars he was selling and what trim levels came with what features.Allen was very proactive and had me in and out as smooth as possible (he had the license plate of my trade in swapped to the new car, and the new car cleaned off etc). When I had a question, concern, or request he met/answered them all without any excuses, and made me feel comfortable with every answer. There are no indirect answers from Allen Small like you would receive with many other car salesman he is very straightforward.Request Allen Small he will get you in the car you want and the price you want.
I worked with Charles and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Despite being a busy day Charles was attentive and took the time to explore options and explain everything. Top of the line dealership
Working with Fred Kearns, Service Director, gives me the confidence I need to have repairs and maintenance done to my vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable. He truly cares and understands, and I trust him. I recommend Priority Hyundai Service Dept.
I think the service department is lacking. I have gotten better service at Hall Hyundai when I bought my car there. From my experiences with the service department, I really wish I did not have to deal with them
I didnt really understand why I got one car diagnosis from priority Acura and it was a total different diagnosis from priority Hyandai but Faith Lyte at the Customer Service at Hyandai she was truly awesome and very helpful.
Great service, easy appointment setup and courteous staff. Thank you
I started out trying to be understanding about things. As time has gone on, Im not as understanding as I was. Gene B. was great! He bent over backwards to try to make sure we were happy. He was able to get us $8,000 for our trade in and we had agreed to purchase for the most part, but he was going to try to get us $9,000 which was an absolute agreement. When he came back to us he had to tell us that the trades department made a mistake and were only able to offer us $1,000. We loved the car (2021 Pallisade Calligraphy) so we bought it anyway. We had been excited to only have to put $12k down, but instead put down $20k.After we purchased the car we got a survey. I filled out the survey honestly. The dealerships interior is a bit dated and not very comfortable (yes, it was a question), Gene was great, the negative experience with the trade-in, the positive experience with the speediness of the paperwork. I rated them 4 stars.Gene texted me later and asked if I could rate them 5 stars or he wouldnt get his full income potential.James Young then called and talked to my husband concerned only with the rating and not so much with our experience. He said that if we didnt give them a 5 star rating that Gene wouldnt get his full bonus, and asked if we would be willing to rescore them. NOT COOL, but sure.I rescored them with 5 stars for Gene, but made sure that the text read exactly how I felt about it.This stuff added to the trade in value error is just unreal. This to me is completely unethical and unprofessional. I gave an honest rating and was asked to change it or Gene wouldnt receive the full amount for his sale. THAT is ridiculous! For the Sales Manager to call and ask us to do so is some underhanded stuff. I purchased from this dealer to get the benefits; lifetime warranty, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.Youd think in this day and age of technology that things would be more transparent, but I guess car dealerships will never change.
Used Car Sales manager Rob Seaford was deceptive in regards to fixing a crack on the windshield, which I made very evident that was important before considering a purchase. His idea is fixing the crack was a patch, which looks exactly how it did before, and now he will not do anything further to rectify the situation. Also, prior to purchase, presentation was bad and they had to thoroughly detail the car due to dog smells and lots of hair/chewed up parts because of the previous owner’s dog, which after purchasing and then looking in cracks and crevices still remains piled up dog hair which I will have to find a detailing company that can actually due a actual thorough detailing. I now have a car payment to look at a cracked windshield and come out of pocket to clean dogs hair that doesn’t belong to me. I would not have purchased if I knew what his efforts were to “fix” the windshield and I feel they knew that and chose their words very carefully/weren’t informative to let me here what I wanted to make that sale . Our salesman Allen was helpful/friendly enough but again I felt he could have informed us on the methods of “fixing” the windshield too. I have no faith in car sales at this point and will consider hiring a lawyer.Update as of 7/21/21: I did as stated below by emailing for a resolution. Still no response, I’m convinced that was a response just to shut me up.
The service department is absolutely horrible and I would give a zero star if I was able to. All the hard work the front office does goes away when the service department takes over. I hate even walking into the building.
A bit let down. Was waiting for them to clean a truck they had for sale. The used car manager called me and said it was all clean, come look at it. Went up there and guess what, hadnt been touched. Asked the salesman to call me when it was done. Never got a call....
Great dealership. From sales to service. Tom Elmer has built a reputable business. Unusual in the car sales business. Thanks Tom ps he sells most brands.
Fantastic customer service, with a big smile!
Tim was awesome- great communicating the process from start to finish!
Sales people couldnt have been more helpful. Got the price I wanted. In and out in under 3 hours. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend. Ask for JC.
Im extremely disappointed with Priority Hyundai. I had my break pads changed out in early fall, and not even a month later my car started making weird noises. I went to another dealership who informed me that Priority did not cut the brake pads properly or apply them properly, and that they would need to be replaced again! Prioritys service was also terrible. I spoke with a team member about doing a check up on my car, and asked them to check all of my fluids. They said everything was great. Turns out my transmission fluid was black as sludge, which I would not have known if I didnt take my vehicle to another dealership. On top of all of that, I attempted to get in touch with the manager of Priority a few times. I spoke with him over the phone. He told me he stood by his employees, but would get back in touch with me with a resolution but he never did (its been two months since he said he would call me back). This was an EXTREME waste of money. My advice, is to go to a different Hyundai dealership. Im out $600, and I am really really upset.
Priority Hyundai on Military Highway has never let me down in service, sales, and patience in answering all of my questions! The service personnel there are outstanding. The sales reps are knowledgeable and helpful. And finally I ALWAYS get through immediately to someone whenever I call the facility. I am an appreciative customer and will continue to have my Hyundai serviced there. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Wonderful service! Knowledgeable staff who are very friendly too.
Well if you like for your 60+ year old mother to get disrespected at the collision center manager named, Wess who likes to raise his voice and talk over you, this would be the place for you. Seems like they’re only nice too you until your warranty ends or shortly after you’ve bought a vehicle. “Priority for life” definitely ain’t it. Turn your car in, it’ll turn out worse than it did when you dropped it off. The owners and GM’s are one big family and clique so basically there’s nothing you can do. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their detailers also use rough brushes and it create swirls in your paint while washing the car, and also forget to put buffer wax on before waxing....Hyundai, please get your customer service and employees in check.
My experience was fantastic Tristin Seller really nailed everything I was looking for. He wasnt pushy to put the car just walked me through thee steps to getting into something I would enjoy and fit all my daily needs. Hyundai has come a long way in the function and stability in their vehicles. Priority also has so many great add-ons, Get in as fast as you can and lock in your new Car!!
Gene was great! Made the whole process smooth and hassle free! Just what we wanted to happen.
As my vehicle was bought at the dealership that also offered free car washes...which they no longer offer at this location, I do believe a quick wash and vacuum should be the standard when a car, from their dealership, goes in for scheduled maintenance visits.
Very informative sales man. Should us all the features that was new to us. Took a nice and long test drive that included the highway. Other than not being able to find the exact interior and exterior color we wanted then having to move up a trim level because we didnt want to wait two weeks for another shipment of palisades to come in. Everything was great.
This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Mike was amazing with assisting me with options and then once I made my choice he was there the entire way. He came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Everyone in the completion process was absolutely amazing to work with and now I am extremely happy with my new vehicle!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!! Thank you all soo much!!
The Service team was professional, prompt and very helpful.
First, all the purchasing of this Hyundai Tucson 2022, form Priority Hyundai was done by texting. phone calls, and faxing. Yet, this was truly the best and most wonderful purchase Ive even made. This staff {Belinda Clemons, James Young, Don Lounsbury, and Nik Kanewski) were truly outstanding in completing this purchase. Thanks to all of you! Job well done!Robert Weldon Sr., Proud Owner!
Great service, great experience, real people, nobody fake nice. Just honest, respectful and professional.
Buying my car was Great. Service done to my car is great. Just wish I could receive better customer service whenever I call the service department(been about three times) it’s always monotone and seem like it’s a problem with me calling.
I went in at 7:30 pm my salesperson Bruce helped me. He was great easy to work with made me feel so comfortable. Took some info from me. We went for a test drive. Came back we talked about 15 minutes. He went to finance office it seemed like minutes he came back with you are taking your new car home. It was the car I wanted a black and white Sonata 2021. With the long sun roof.. Bruce told me about every feature on the car which was a lot. That impressed me about Bruce. He did not take short cuts because I was a female.Everyone at priority Hyundai Greenbrier was so very nice. This is my 3rd Sonata my lasts one I had 13 years sold it and it ran another 7 years for a coworker. I then bought a New Altima had it for six years. Now am back to my 3rd sonata I also got good rebates, first responders rebate, and good trade for my car. Because they are connect with DMV I drove away with New tags not 30day tags. GREAT EXPERIENCE GOD IS GOOD 🙏🏿😃😃
