I am super glad that they remain professional and courteous. Yvonne the scheduler was always nice and informative about each step. Christopher the sales representative was super fun to work with and knowledgeable about the product. The installation crew was early and polite. They worked quickly and cleaned everything well once the installation was complete. All around top notch customer service.

We were very comfortable committing to the new roof with Nu Look, so comfortable, in fact, that my husband asked about new gutters. Well, new gutters were added to the job. My husband and I were impressed from the very beginning of the process to replace our roof. From the young man who took his time to knock on our door on a very cold, blustery late afternoon to invite us for a free roof inspection; Dillyn who carefully explained the process and worked with us on reporting the roof damage to our insurance agency; to the office team who kept us informed, on down to the installers who were efficient and careful about cleaning up after the completed installation. They did a fantastic job and we are very well pleased with our beautiful new roof.After the roof replacement, we experienced heavy winds and rain for 3 days and did not see any leakage . We had the Owens Corning Duration shingles and are happy with this choice.

We used Nu-Look to install new vinyl siding and new gutters on our 50-year old home and are extremely happy with the results! The house looks brand-new and feels nice and secure. The crew was professional and did a great job. The project manager Joe was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall a great experience with Nu-Look and will happily recommend them to friends and family.

From day one I was impressed with how Nu Look Home Design handeled my new roof install. When they came out to give me a quote they took the time to read over my home inspection report I had done (years ago). They took the time to read over my gutter guards warrant to make sure I took all the necessary steps to ensure I maintain my warranty with them and with DishTV. I was very impressed with Matthew Clevengers attention to detail and the presentation they made. Nu Look Home Design has a nice selection of choices to choose from. They even helped me with getting it financed. My favorite part that Nu Look Home Design had to offer that I didnt see any other company have, was a Ridge Vent with a Hip and Ridge Shingle, that made me pay attention. It was neat looking and because of that, I truly feel like I have the best looking roof on the street maybe neighborhood. Nu Look Home Design has made this huge decision very, stress-free and easy to choose them. Not only do they have great products, they gave me an overall good feeling about them. From beginning to end a first class operation. From the initial inspection to followup throughout the entire process, very professional. The installers were respectful of my belongings, property and me. From start to finish the roofers started at 0730 and were finished by 1600, packed up and ready to go and that included cleaning upthe work site. I had 3 different crews here on 3 different days taking care of my roof, my fascia and my gutters. Each team leader introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and told me if I had any concerns to let them know or contact the project manager.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to any prospective customer

From the start so far the process of getting a new roof has been a good experience. If you have an insurance claim - they will deal with the adjusters so you dont have to. Our sales person Todd George is great and very knowledgeable about the products that are sold by the company. They have a lot of colors to chose from. The price for the new roof on our home is very reasonable for the quality of the materials. Todd was fast to respond and on time. I am looking forward to getting my new roof from Nu Look Home Design.

Nu Look was very professional and kept me up to date through the whole process of having my roof replaced. They were quick and efficient. The only problem that arose was one I did not even know about until afterwards - there was apparently a delay getting the shingles we ordered, so instead of delaying the project, Nu Look upgraded our shingles (at no extra cost to me).

The start to finish of my project was followed at every step and procedure.. what was coming when including a step of the 3 step project mine was..All as stated went perfectly this a very well staffed company with working class people and not just a company..highly recommended so much that my mouth is the best that I can thank them for a job well done .

The craftsmanship was absolutely perfect. The contractors conducted themselves professionally and worked quickly. The end result was my home looking like a brand new house. I have gotten several compliments on our new siding, windows, and doors. Big projects require a lot of coordination and communication and predictably things can get confusing. Its easy to say a company is great when everything goes right, but a company’s true character is put to the test based on what they do when everything doesn’t go according to plan. Top marks.

I am very happy that the salesman from Nu Look came knocking at my door! He was courteous and professional compared to some of the other characters who had come by.Within days we had a sales professional walking us through the various roofing options, financing and warranties. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I was particularly impressed that Nu Look was prepared to take responsibility for removing and reinstalling the solar panels on our roof - something that other companies had shied away from.The project manager, customer service people and installation crew leader were all very easy and pleasant to deal with. They prepared us well for the process, showed up when they said they would, and did the work quickly and efficiently.They also did a pretty good job of clearing up afterwards. That part wasn’t perfect - there were some nails, bits of debris, trampled plants, misaligned sprinkler heads and wonky lights that I had to deal with afterwards. But, given the extensive landscaping around our house, it could have been so much worse!The price? Nu Look wasn’t cheap. I know that we paid more than our neighbors did for their new roofs. But given the complications of solar panels, attic fan replacement and woodwork cladding - that Nu Look took in stride - it was well worth the extra cost.We can also rest easy that the warranty is backed by a solid company that is likely to be around for decades.Good job Nu Look and more strength to you!!

We enjoyed our experience with your salesman. He knew his subject inside and out, and patiently answered all our many questions. He managed to make the experience interesting, which was helped by his suitcase full of demonstration models showing the actual materials which could be chosen.

At first I was impressed with how quick they sent a sales rep to my home. Guy showed up on time and was very friendly and thorough explaining everything. After almost 2 hours we finally get down to business and I almost had to laugh. I was quoted over $16k for a 931sq.ft roof! Then with discounts it was brought down to just under $12k! They offered 2 quotes; one which included all products required to receive the 50 year warranty and one which offered a lower cost but with all cheap garbage material that other companies didnt even mention! This is about 3x what it should cost. Being as this was our first quote, I wasnt signing anything at the moment. This is when I truly made my decision because the sales rep clearly was not happy to hear we werent signing right then and there. He began telling me that if I dont sign now I wont get that price. I strongly dislike high pressure salesmen. I told him I have other estimates set up within the next 3 days and I could have an answer by then and was told the price wouldnt be guaranteed although they say they honor their quotes for 1 year. He then pulled out a scribbled quote from a competitor and began talking negatively about them; another turn off. If you truly stand by your company, you would not pressure potential clients. None of the other estimates I have received were under ANY pressure. Also, one thing that turned us off was they claim they do thousands of roofs yet the rep could not tell me one address anywhere near my home of their work for us to see. Other companies offered to give us addresses of any homes with roofs with the colors we liked without us even asking for them. They swear up and down about their 50 year warranty but upon reading other reviews it seems the warranty work is seldomly honored and if it is, it requires more warranty work. Buyers beware. Shop first.

Follow up service by Nu Look was excellent. The techs performing the diagnosis and the repair were professional, polite and informative. The project manager was equally professional. He stuck with the situation, did not let it fall through the crack and kept us updated throughout. I recommend Nu Look without hesitation.

Nu Look makes you jump through hoop to have repairs completed that they created. Had to replace plywood within 9 months of having the roof put on. Did not install flashing properly, and never replaced the siding correctly. Had to pay someone else 2 times to install the siding correctly because nu look cannot handle it. I would never recommend them to anyone. Had nothing but problems since they started installing the roof. Any more problems I will find another contractor to do the repairs. They cannot be trusted to do any job correctly.

Once Nu Look finally came, they were efficient about the install. Things were not left clean and we still continue to find nails and other left over materials in our yard. Poor communication all around. Ive sent several emails and even texts and would not get a response in a timely fashion. I asked for our light, flag, and house numbers to not be put back on, and they were. Installed our camera again in the wrong spot. Caulking looks very messy. One contractor also asked us to buy supplies! It was a very frustrating experience!

Everything beyond the initial sales visit was smooth and painless working with Nu Look! Fantastic communication via phone/text/email with multiple reps. Great roofing products by Owens Corning with a good selection of styles and colors. Extremely competitive rate for replacing the entire roof decking and shingles. Amazing crew got the entire job done within 8 hours - setup to cleanup. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat. And as I have future home projects to be completed I will be calling Nu Look.The lack of a 5 star rating was entirely due to the sales rep. He was unable to answer my questions regarding warranty ( I looked that up myself on the company’s great website ), was improperly dressed to tromp through my muddy yard to properly view my roof ( possibly the reason I paid $700+ more at job completion for additional sheets of roof decking ), and was not very knowledgeable about payment ( he believed he had to drive 2 hours back to my home for a check for my initial payment ). He was an extremely attractive young guy and I wish him well with a modeling career.

I am changing my review after a phone call from this company almost 6 months after they declined doing work for me because my credit was damaged however I did not want to finance the whole project. Though they do give a very professional presentation, and Im sure based on that their workmanship is good, however not everybody falls into the category of the way they do business which is expensive. their commercials on the radio are very misleading, be prepared to pay big money for their work. Another thing this is a large company not a family owned business as they make it sound. Also the reason I rewrote this review is because the follow-up phone calls 6 months later was too offer me a replacement of my roof for next to nothing, and yet they said they were going to involve my insurance company which this was from hurricane Sandy. Once I told him I had already replaced the roof and told him I needed some other work they really didnt want anything to do with me and just dismissed me off the phone. That is poor customer service.

Refuses to give an appointment for estimate unless both my wife and I are here TOGETHER. Im sorry but we BOTH HAVE JOBS. Do you understand what it takes for an average family to dedicate a couple of hours together just to sit and get an estimate. We have many, many other things to take care of everyday... But theres also many other roofing companies out there who UNDERSTAND an average working family. Your business loss.

WARNING: HORRIBLE, AWUFL COMPANY!Our new roof was leaking. It was impossible to get the company to send someone out to our home. It took months, which led to more ceiling damage. Once the rep did come, he found misplaced nails that had caused the leak. Their solution was to send a painter to touch up the ceiling stains. When the painter came, he called his boss to say that touching up the ceilings wouldnt look right due to mismatched paint. He was sent away. When we tried to find out what was going on, they just ignored our calls. On top of that, when they first came and removed our old roof, they started applying shingles we hadnt ordered. In order to get the shingles we had ordered, we had to pay a lot more money and we had no choice because we had no roof. Once they were done putting on the new roof, they left our property a mess. We had to pick up rusted nails and shards of metal and wood so that our small children and dogs wouldnt be injured. They clearly do not value their customers or reputation. Again, DO NOT USE THEM

Crew showed up on time and got right to work. Everyone onsite had a job to do and kept at it. As areas were done, cleanup was done.Crew worked hard and kept busy right up to dark.Crew was back the next day to finish. All work was completed and yard was just like it was when the job was started.

Spring 2019 -Dont use this company if you have anything other than hanging gutters !!! They dont know how to deal with historic houses that have built-in, box or pole gutters !!! Continuous failure from shingles that were laid edge to edge & caulked instead of using a continuous box gutter liner material. After several return trips just to use more caulk & weve had interior rain damage because of the failure, now they wont even respond & return calls !!!!! Weve now contracted with a roofer who will correct the poor quality workmanship.Now months later July 2019 -weve had issues with rain leakage from the built in box gutters on our circa 1900 house several times since the work was done - when you came back it was to only caulk - the project should have had a solid product to line the gutters but you put in layers of shingles calked. This time its been a month since we made the most recent request to customer service, promises, promises and someone was supposed to come today to look at the issue - no one ever showed up & not even a courtesy call. VERY UNHAPPY with this company !!!

Nu look was great! We used them to replace all of our windows and our sliding glass door! The install team was fast, efincient, and they look great! The only reason I am not giving 5- stars is because there was a slight hiccup when they first came out. Our initial estimate was provided and we did not get a follow up. We found out later she was let go due to her lack of follow up. From that point on everything was very smoothe and they offered the best price of 3 companies we received estimates from. We are using there 1year no interest financing.

I highly recommend Nu Look for any roofing job. Their pricing was very reasonable and they provide excellent service from beginning to end. We are very happy with our new roof!

It’s a shame I don’t have the option to post a photo. Not only did this company start our job nine months late, they put up the wrong size siding, put up old shutters that we did not want, gable vents that we didn’t want, constant incorrect contracts, and they are refusing to put up the correct siding and trying to force us to pay for the wrong siding by putting a mechanics lien on our house. Stay away from this company.

All work was completed in a timely manner as promised. The crew did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up and the new roof looks great.

Beware of Nulook home desig.and their promises. They advertised on radio station 101.5 that if you locked in an agreement to replace your roof before the end of February 2019 they would give you 0% financing for 60 months and 60% off the cost of materials because it is their slow season. I called them and someone came and gave me an estimate for the roof of my garage. The estimate they gave me fell into the range that I had calculated for full price of materials even though he said that was 60% off. If that is true than they are overpriced. But since it was in the range I had figured anyway I went ahead with it. He said someone would have to come out to verify measurements. To make a long story short, this salesman kept breaking appointments after this and kept me hanging until he finally called and said I was denied the credit but was approved for 13.99% for 84 months. I asked him why I was denied. He said my late payments and poor credit. This is absolutely the furthest from the truth. I have very good credit (above 700) and have not been late on any payment in over 3 years and have had no balances on my credit cards for the past 2 years until this past Christmas and now have a small balance. What they do is get you to lock in with these promises then lie and tell you you were denied credit and try to get you to pay these huge interest rate loans. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly suggest you beware of these people and this company. They are frauds and will take advantage of you if you let them

I selected NuLook based upon recommendations from two co-workers. The cost was comparable to other quotes that I received for a new roof but the quality of the materials and warranty attracted me to the company. The job however was problematic from the start. Upon delivering the materials the forklift used dug a deep trench into my lawn on one side of the driveway near a sprinkler head. When I arrived home the day of the job, I noticed that the attic fan had not been removed as agreed upon in the contract and covered with plywood and roofing material. The company rep told me that the fan was not needed due to the air vent across the top of the roof. The foreman admitted to me that he had not reviewed the work order which meant a return visit to correct this mistake. The crew was newly hired by the company and not supervised well. There was significant damage to the siding which had been installed less than 5 years ago at a cost of nearly $24K during the roof installation. In the end, NuLook did make good in fixing the damage. I would recommend the roofing, but would caution on using the company.

LIARS - Advertise 1/2 off but increase labor charges. Also state that they have done 30,000 roofs. Simple math over the 20 years they have been in business. 20yrs x 365 = 7300 then 7300 / 30,000 roofs thats 4.1 roofs a day 365 days a year. Guess they work in the dead of winter & Christmas as well. Owner should touch up on his math, I dont do business with untruthful companies !

NuLook took 5 months to do our job which we were told would take 6 weeks. The roof finally got done after we followed up with them twice but we then waited another month to get the windows, shutters, and doors which they continued to have excuses for not being able to do the job even though was scheduled to be done the day after the roof. Then, in less than 2 months, the shutters started falling off. Spoke with the service team and given a date to repair and to no surprise they didn’t show for the appointment and again no contact. At least this time they did come the following day saying got too late the previous day although told would be here in the late morning. Can’t trust anything they say and have more management than workers to get the job done. At least the installers were nice and seemed diligent and did a good job ... well except for the shutters which we told them wouldn’t stay with the plastic screws in brick ... been there done that - why they were being replaced!

More waves in roof than the ocean.looks like crap.hope it stays up there.had them out 2 times .all they say is theres boards under there.not plywood.house built in 1948.well why didnt they put plywood & charged extra.i think too many guys up there & boards cracked or something else.last guys that did roof didnt have waves.spent 12.000$.cause i trusted the add .wish i went somewhere else.
