He provides great customer services accommodating the special needs of customers during this pandemic. He is very friendly and explains clearly to the customers what need to be repaired and provides reasonable prices. We used to go to our dealership for our car repairs and maintenace but now we like to use this Mr. Tire for all kinds of car repairs and services because Kenneth has served us well especially accommodating our special needs during this dangerous pandemic. I’m a travel nurse in need of my tire plugged and the man at the counter said I needed an appointment. He didn’t even ask how he could help me. It’s obvious that no one wants to work. No one wants to help. It was a Sunday-but even so…he could have at least asked me how he could help. Obviously there are some very uncaring individuals that only care about getting done work on time. Never will I ever go back to a Mr. Tire. I did not feel welcome.

Ken was extremely nice. Great service!!! Definitely a 10/10. Best place around to take your car. Prices are reasonable as well. I definitely will me coming back!

I showed up for my appointment to be greeted by a closed store. Initially I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they could be on break as I was 20 minutes early to my appointment. I waited in my car and tried again after 10 minutes. Someone opened the door and asked what I needed. When I told him about my appointment he informed me that there were no technicians in today and that I would need to reschedule. I declined and asked for the tires that I had delivered there instead. I had arranged with my job to leave early for this appointment, if I am going to have to go back to my work and ask to leave early again I am not taking any chances that my appointment wont be guaranteed. There was no phone call or email about this prior to me showing up.

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me. This is not my first time dealing with him and everytime I call or come in he is a pleasure and always reminds me why I keep coming back to him with any tire or brake needs.

Last week I had a very long and frustrating day when one of my tired blew out on the highway. I left my car in front of the shop cause the incident was at night. Went there in the morning and the crew was super helpful. They were experiencing a power outage but still got to work on my car right away with manual tools. They kept serving their customers as much as they were capable of. I got a set of good tires at a great price and they got a new long term customer that day.

What other tire shop do you know of that you can go to to get not only a new tire but emotional support lol. I came in bawling my eyes out because it was 5:30PM on a Tuesday and I had a flat tire 45 min away from my home in an area I don’t know very well. Kenny was really helpful and kind, offering reassurance in what was a really stressful situation for me. I will definitely be back for any other tire needs and for an oil change 😆. Thank you Kenny for working with me and making the process seamless. 😊

Scheduled a brake change about 4 days ahead of time. Arrived at my appointee time and was told that they were booked up and needed to reschedule me. Understand these things happens but would have been nice if they could have called me or let me know before driving out to them ahead of time.

Made an appointment to drop my car off to get 1 tire changed at 11 am yesterday. Went there and waited 15 mins just for someone to even notice I was there. 6 pm rolls by and I still havent gotten a call and I drive by and see my car is in the exact same spot. I call and am told that they never took my info down and they werent sure if they even had my tire in stock. Then I was told that they did and they would have my tire done by 9 am the next morning no issue. I come at 9:30 and again, car isnt touched. The mechanic told me were working on it and gave me an excuse that they are low on staff. Im sorry but 24 hours to change a tire is ridiculous and there is no excuse. I feel bad they dont have many employees but this experience was ridiculous and a major waste of time and a very poor image for this place.

Sometimes an experience is just so unbelievably asinine that you cant bring yourself to even return to address the matter. Took my car in for an oil/filter change and rotation -- left with (as confirmed and addressed later by a longtime and incredible mechanic who went above and beyond in fixing the matter mind you) A Drained Transmission and Waaaaaaaay Overfilled Oil.Lucky to still be on the road and with no damage as I caught it and had it towed the next morning after noticing the trans slipping and a thick smoke coming out of the exhaust the next morning.Thanks for nothing yall. Was gonna bring it back for a fix and a refund but I dont know that I trust ya to not accidentally unscrew my lugs while refilling the trans -- or considering how blatant a foul-up it was, even admit fault.

Kenny could not have been more helpful. He fully explained the work that needed to be done on my car. I was not pressured to buy anything and felt like the price for the service was fair. Oil change scheduling is super easy online. They took my car in on time and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

My boyfriend currently works for this store and he has been mistreated for awhile now. He is always missing hours and his paychecks are never what there suppose to be. I highly encourage anyone to not work here. They cannot stay true to there word. How can you mess with a mans money when he has family and 6 month old daughter to support. We have contacted corporate and payroll several times about this issue and it has still yet to be resolved.

5-star treatment is wat I received when I went! Theyre close to my residence & I went to get an evaluation & it was my rotors! Uh oh, pricey! Mr. Anthony, (his first name), worked with me on the expense of the work and went above beyond the call of duty to make my experience AWESOME! I truly appreciate the customer service etiquette of EVERYONE AT THIS MR.TIRE!

Kenny was amazing, gave me a detailed explanation, provided options and explained if something wasnt needed he would let me know, he also helped after the car was picked up reseting a code that was missed, would definately recomend.

I came here with a flat tire and they told me that the tire was flat from old age. I called my mechanic who I trust and he said that doesn’t happen. They told me I needed a brand new tire for $170 and a brand new unrelated tire that was recently purchased. My mechanic Immediately found a roofing nail in the tire and simply plugged in the hole for $40. It seems like they were trying to scare me because I am a 24-year-old woman who might not know anything about cars. Not appreciated.

I started coming to Mr. Tire about 4 years ago when then manager Mark saved me from a nightmare of tire problems from a neighboring shop. WELL... he has moved on and what a disappointment!! I showed up for an oil change appointment 3 days ago at 1 PM. The Assistant Mgr David then told me that there’d be a 30-45 minute wait because of call outs and other vehicle issues. I sat. For an hour. Then rescheduled for today. My first problem - half the day is over and I had an appointment - couldn’t I have gotten a call to advise that they were short handed? Whatever. Today I showed up 10 minutes early again for a 10 AM appointment. I was told - after asking - that one guy hadn’t decided to show up yet so hopefully not too long. The Assistant Mgr David continued, giving me excuses and complaining about the problems with technicians not showing up, technicians unhappy with corporate, etc. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. He went out into the shop - now I know why these places USUALLY have televisions on - was pretty mouthy with whoever was out there working (no wonder they don’t show up to work). On top of all of that, took a call from someone (higher up??) regarding a problem with who has to do paperwork, the technician or him. UNPROFESSIONAL!! Damn... does this assistant manager just think his job is to play receptionist?? I can do your job if you’re unhappy dude. Poor management, unhappy and unreliable employees makes it time for me to find a new place! I’m a little concerned that since I didn’t even get the little sticker to remind me when I’m due to come back - what else wasn’t done while A.M. was giving the tech a hard time?

If you’re not going to top off the deflated tire, simply say so. Don’t lie to your customers... “it’s been inflated, the alert will go away after you start driving.” BS. No amount of courtesy will build trust or restore it.

Horrible location made appointment for 430pm and I arrived and the person at the front desk stated they have no trchnicia to provide the sevice. They close at 630pm.

The manager, Ken, was pleasant, honest and professional. I had a great experience.

Never coming here again. After the pandemic this place just got unreliable, unprofessional, and just lazy.

Took my car here after going to several places to find out why my tire kept going flat. Over four other shops keep telling my nothing was wrong. Came here dropped off my car with in a hr they had found the nail in my tired repaired it and had it ready to go. Great customer service and nice staff. I will most diff return here.

Do not recommend this location since the former manager, Mike, left. I had a tire repair done over the summer and needed the same repair on a different tire recently. I was quoted $130 over the phone, which was also the cost of the same repair on the original tire, but the bill came to $175 when I went to pick my car up. I was told I needed to speak to the manager, Brian. After chasing him down for weeks (he was on vacation and hadnt returned my husbands calls), I finally got a hold of him. He was very defensive, said the price difference was because of a warranty that he went over with me (not the case), and my only option was to wait a month to a month and a half for a company check. Very shady business practices, no sense of customer service, will not be returning to Mr. Tire.

I left my vehicle at 1PM at 530 PM, I called no answer, went to shop they never started on the vehicle. Only one person working on servicing vehicle. I took vehicle and went to Pepboys. Services completed in 1 hour.

Was very happy with the service they did AFTER the previous service they did caused massive damage to my car. would be happier if the people working behind the counter and engaging with customers were wearing masks. i understand not wearing masks while working on cars in the garbage, i am specifically talking about the two older white men who interacted with customers (including me) not behind plexiglass while not wearing a mask or face covering of any kind.

The service is awsome at Mr. Tire haddonfield rd.; cherry hill. Mark the other auto mechanic technicians treat their customers with respect and dignity. They always give you an honest inspection and estimate on your vehicle and if possible a way to save you money on vehicle repairs. Love these guys.

Come here if you want to get robbed. Had an alignment “done” but after I left I immediately noticed my steering wheel was still crooked. Go elsewhere if you aren’t buying tires.

Had a loud whining noise, took to them.They diagnosed it as a bad wheelbearing hub,changed it, car sounds like new. Good job.

I had tires rotated and 3 weeks latter realized that 4 of 5 lug nut studs snapped off while driving down the highway and 1 on the opposite side fell off. I was 1 lug nut away from a major accident, possible serious or even fatal. Driving 65 MPH and having your tire come off your vehicle would catastrophic. After being towed to the Jeep dealer, I was told that the lug nuts were not properly tightened, causing the wheel to vibrate enough to break off the studs. Luckily I felt the shaking before the last one went. HORRIBLE QUALITYUPDATE: Customer service seemed concerned online here with the quick response... UNFORTUNATELY, the regional and district managers that this was referred to dont care. I have been waiting for over a week for a response.

It was easy and quick. The price options were good too. I called for an appointment Friday, dropped it off early Saturday morning and it was done the same day. Got 4 tires and alignment for $560.

One of their countermen, Mike diligently chased down a special set of tires from the Midwest on my behalf. He called regularly with meaningful updates. He serves as a model for outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Where to start! I couldn’t be more happy with the service Mark and Tyler at Cherry Hill Mr. Tire provided me. Not only were they extremely professional and friendly, but they took the time to educate me on the services my car needed and helped me understand the safety and importance of keeping my car in good shape! Amazing shop! Went in for a quick flat repair (should’ve called first for availability) I did have to wait a little bit as they were very busy. They were able to accommodate me and got me in and out as quick as they could ( I even saw the managers outside working on cars to get people out faster)! Great customer service! Had a slow leak in my rear tirebut needed to get to work. They put air in the tire so I could drive on it to work. Made an appointment for the next day and they fixed my tire. Mark gave me a great deal on hazard insurance! Everyone was very friendly. Service was quick. I have been going to this location for a number of years and am always highly satisfied! These folks are my go-to guys for auto maintenance. I have been going to the Cherry Hill location for at least 10 years now and recommended them to friends and neighbors. They are fair and honest and do everything in their power to do the job at a reasonable price. I just had major mechanical work done to another one of my cars and Tyler did an excellent job getting it done right the first time. 5 stars for tire repairs and more.. I stopped in without calling and they took me right away even though they looked busy.. parking lot was filled.. even on a weekdayNormally at other locations they ignore you for several minutes before acknowledging that youve even entered the building. But the manager stopped what he was in the middle of doing and greeted me with a smile and eye contact.Not only was the management team friendly but so were the mechanics inside the garage. The repair was made within a timely fashion and was a lot more reasonable then anyone else locally.. saving me a lot of money before the holidays. Cheaper then a new tire too.Overall great experience and will return for other services,brakes,front end repairs,oil changes,etc.. they do more then only tires.. found this out by talking to management team. Best Tire shop in the area! Pulled into Mr.Tire Cherry Hill with a Tire light issue. Tried adding air at Wawa but machine kept taking air out. Without hesitation the Managers pulled my car in to address the issue. Just a simple tire pressure adjustment,they treated me with respect and service with a smile. Typical January Monday morning...Tire light on...Wawa pump broken again?! I don’t think it’s ever worked. Stop in to all the garages leading up to Mr. Tire Cherry Hill. Being told a few hours to address my concern at all the garages leading up to these great guys (even though multiple garages) not being named were as empty as a grocery store shelves before a snowstorm. Mike & Tyler got me right in, addressed my tire light and found the culprit...a huge nail probably from the local renovations being done along Haddonfield road. Fixed it with a guaranteed vulcanized patch for the best price around! Thanks guys! Now I can bring all my future business here since they were way better then everyone else around them!!! Thanks!!!

Their service is great, the management is superb and very friendly. Appointments can be made on line which is very easy to do, although I do recommend you make an appointment as they are busy with walk-in traffic. Their pricing is average but well worth the cost as their tires and repairs will be done very professionally.

One of the best tire service center. Theyre very professional, quick and clean service. The price here is comparatively low and reasonable. You can negotiate the price if you have a better deal somewhere else for the same service. You need not always have to have an appointment and wait time for such instance is comparatively less when compared to other tire service centers. Happy doing services here. Never regret.

The greatest Tire Repair shop in South Jersey (maybe even all of New Jersey) new to the State, stumbled upon this location thanks to a huge (unattended) pothole on Rt. 130. We needed to get the bulb on our right tail light replaced. After we called Mr. Tire in Cherry Hill, they told us to bring it in any time that day and we told them wed be there in 30 minutes. When we arrived, they were ready for us and they not only replaced it right away, they didnt charge us! Great place with great people and will be bringing our car in any time we need a fix moving forward.

The two gentlemen at the front desk were upbeat, attentive and genuinely good guys. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names. Not only did they provide me with excellent customer service, but also unknowingly turned my day around after having an extremely stressful morning. The guys at this location are great. I was in a bind with a flat tire on the way to a meeting. They took care of my tire immediately. They got me done in less than 30 mins. I will tell all my family and friends to use this location for their vehicle needs.

I came in to get my dads car an oil change . And I was instantly greeted by two gentlemen by the name of Mike and Will. There was another gentleman behind them that didn’t seem like he cared. He had a strong negative vibe from him. But the service was excellent. The technican Ross I believe was amazing. Keep up the good work.

My mother in law has been coming to this location long before it was a Mr.Tire location. She couldn’t be more pleased with her most recent visit! Clean establishment,even a clean bathroom,took care of her car like it was their own. Under New Management with Mark,Mike & William they did a great job! Communication through out the entire process. Then they even offered 6 months to pay back the purchase? Who does that? Hats off to entire Cherry Hill location.They even offered her a ride home instead of waiting there while New Tires & alignment was performed! Busy garage and we can see why! Thanks guys

I decided to visit this Mr. Tire location based on the reviews. I can now agree with most others. The men at the service counter were professional and respectful. I was there for a tire rotation and balance. The wait was as they had suggested - about an hour. The price was better than other businesses of this type. I will readily use the services here again.

I’ve been bringing my car to Mr Tire for a couple of years now and it’s always quick and easy. Mark and Mike definitely know what they’re doing.

Not being from the area located this store in Cherry Hill NJ based off their fantastic Google Reviews! They have the best rating along Haddonfield road which made my tire buying decision a lot easier! Numbers don’t lie. Great place and location!

I usually do not post reviews, but I had such a great experience today at Mr. Tire. I finally had time to get an oil change today so I called around the area, and Mark gave me the best price. I was so excited when they said I could come in today. After my oil change, they went over some concerns I had on my car.. Tyler really listened to my concerns and took a look at my whole car. After today I will definitely be returning to this location and I highly recommend bringing your car here. Best customer service I’ve experience in a long time. Thanks guys!

I came in today because one of my tires had a nail in it. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I’ve been a Mr. Tire customer since I had my tires replaced here a few years ago and will continue to come back! They have great customer service and it’s easy to make an appointment, even if it’s last minute. Thank you again!

I have been coming to this location for many years with multiple vehicles. My most recent visit was the best. Although I dont know much about cars the management team took plenty of time to explain to me what was required and suggested to make repairs to my vehicle. They treat you great and are very patient. Unlike other garages this place sets the bar of excellence very high. I will return again and again.R. Nguyen

Great place for all your service & Tire related issues. Friendly staff. Under “new” management. Mark,Michael & Jeff are great guys! Michael’s been there forever! Appointments are best but they take walk in’s too!Although the parking lot is swamped and all the bays were full, they still managed to do my flat repair outside to accommodate my time schedule! They are a 5 star establishment! Don’t believe anything but 5 stars!!!

Shout out to the only garage in the area that was willing to help me out in a jam on Christmas Eve. Car full of presents and screaming kids these guys made the afternoon much more enjoyable after they repaired my tire and get me back on the road. Thanks Jeff & Don!!!

I can only say great things about Mr. Tire. The staff was nice, knowledge, and don’t force you into anything you don’t need. I was referred by a good family friend. I was actually worried about a sound my car was making, Mike, the assistant manger looked everything over, did an oil change and everything was back to running like normal. I’ll be going back without a doubt.

Very quick service. Honest work, told me about a tire that needs to be replaced and an oil leak i have. Coming back to get those fixed! Highly recommended place! Mark the manager will make sure your taken care of!

The team is always so helpful and incredibly thorough. I never feel like they are pushing additional services on me just to make sales, but to ensure that the car is safe to drive. I will continue to come back for any services they are able to take care of!
