I was supposed to get internet the 29th of September. I couldnt use my old router and had to order a new one, fine whatever. Router never shows up and I spend the next two day fighting with ups to get it fixed. Finally got my router for it to not work when I plugged it in customer service says theres nothing they can do and Id have to wait till Monday to call again. I do they say theres nothing they can do and someone will have to come out to fix it, again, fine whatever. Then after an hour I finally get connected with someone and she tells me I have to wait until October 14th to get someone out here and it will be an extra 85 dollars. On top of my current bill. For a service I am not getting. The only reason its not a 1 star is because they waved the fee for the people to come and fix it and the bill that I wont even have wifi for. I work night shift and doing online school very inconvenient and Im very frustrated.

If you can get a different provider, do so. Our service is constantly getting dropped, and when you try to call customer service you get a robot or a different number that hangs up on you. I finally got a person today, and they said that because their system says Im connected theres nothing they can do.

Internet has been out for 4 days, and after 40 minutes of trying to find anything helpful and a 30 minute phone call, I found out theres been a network outage for several people. You would think that an internet outage for several customers would at least warrant a heads up, but Centurylink doesnt care. If you are looking for internet, you should pick literally any provider.

You cant believe how consistently horrible it is to deal with this company. I was a customer for 20 years and have canceled my phone just to get away from them. If you complain to an employee, they generally say you dont have to tell me how bad this company is, I know.

My landline has been out of service for 10days.Repair Technician never showed up - we waited for him from 8 am till 5 pm.per appointment.We tried to call and was on hold for 30 minutes and I finally gave up. Wasted the whole day.Terrible, terrible service!!!

Suddenly my internet went out at 10:30 pm on a Thursday. They told me they could come out to fix it until the next Thursday and scheduled an appointment from 8 to noon. Its 2pm now and no technician has arrived yet. Called multiple times and was told they dont even have contact with the technicians and they could be here by 5 if not they have to schedule another appointment. Huge wasnt of my day because if I leave and they show up it will automatically be cancelled.

No one will/can help you, if you call customer service. They just give you another phone number, or hang up on you.

Rough company, wont service my location even after an hr on phone of them saying they can. Ports are exhausted just outside of Cheney and they wont upgrade.
