It was a Friday afternoon I wanted to get my eyebrows and pedicure entered and a lady told me what I wanted she didn’t tell me how many min or anything this is not professional I was so lost So I just sat down and couple more min I just left because I saw other people waiting and left also she didn’t even look at me or notice the other people left either this is not professional don’t recommend! Need to work more on customer services

Owner and employees are nice I got shellac on my nails. Got it Thursday it started coming off on Monday. Shellac was really bumpy and thick.

This hair salon is the best! Everyone there is super friendly and their main goal is to give you that desired hair style you want and exactly how you want it! They do a fantastic job at accomplishing that. If you want amazing hair, nails, waxing, or any piercings or even tattoos; this is the place to be! The place is very nice and professional. Kim did my hair and she was very nice and kept asking if it was to my liking. She puts a lot of effort into her clients hair. She is very good at her job. 10/10 recommend.

I love this place!! I’ve been going since I was 13 (I’m 23 now) So I sent a message to Kim two Sunday’s ago and she replied immediately. When I went in she was so nice and professional. She was able to fix my hair!! My hair was a horrible orange and she was able to fix it to a beautiful light brown color.

Love KIM!! She takes her time with you, perfects all styles and nothing is a challenge for her and her prices are beyond reasonable. She is fantastic at all she does....from make up tattoos to waxing, to nails, to hair for both men and woman!! You would regret not stopping in and giving her a try!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Love love love coming here! I recommend it to any lady that wants to get their hair/nails done. I honestly have 0 complaints or disappointments w/them. I’ve done my hair with Yida and Kimmy - Their the best! And nails always done by kimmy! If it wasn’t for kimmy I would not be doing my nails every 2 weeks or so 😉

Wonderful!!! I did my nails with Lee and she was exceptional. The owner stayed until we finished passed closing time and I never felt rushed.

BEWARE ☠️! The man did dip on my real nails, the all came out different sizes and lengths because he filed the **** out of them I kept telling him to stop it was too late the damage was irraversable. I rarely get upset or angry and I was in tears 😢..thats how bad it was. I also had the lady to two braids in my real hair..THEY CAME OUT LOPSIDED 😵. I WAS ABOUT TO LOOSE IT. Then on top of it all she charged me 25 instead of the 10 she charged me the first time.....the two braids came out okay so I figured ok Ill just get them for work so I wouldnt have to keep putting my hair up all week and it saves time, but as I just saidthey both are horrible. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy.

The experience I had was horrible I called and asked if there was someone there that can do two French braids with extensions and they said yes and gave me a price so I drove all the way to Chelsea to get this done. I get there the lady seemed nice and all but then as she starting my hair I realized that she messed up the whole beginning of the braid so I told her I didn’t like it and she was saying how adding gel will fix it but then the left over hair would be sticking out so she said ok she’ll take them out and re do them I said ok maybe she just messed up the first time then she’s starting to do the same braid again instead of adding lil bit of hair each time she put a whole bunch of hair in the beginning of the braid so I’m like uhhhh then when I look at the mirror I told her to stop cause I didn’t like how it was coming out it looked like my lil sister did my hair so she keeps trying while I’m telling her like if she can’t do it to just have someone else or stop doing it then after she noticed that I’m getting mad and aggravated, & said out loud if my braids don’t come out the way I want I’m not paying. she wants to say her finger hurts. So the whole time you was doing my hair you wasn’t worried about your finger and if you knew your finger was like that why you offered to do my hair ?! Then they want to tell me she knows how to do it but wouldn’t my hair be done ? And not look like a five year old did my hair? Then they wanna each talk in their language about me little did they know I don’t speak Spanish but I understand quiet a bit enough to know what they was saying! Don’t ever go there they are very unprofessional she was on the phone the whole time while I’m explaining how my hair texture is and what she needs to do to make it stay in the braid! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I would die before going there !

Pedi cure and mani cure was great....

So I usually go here for my eyebrows and I usually let the Spanish lady do it but this time she wasnt there so I let the younger as a in lady do it and she messed up on my eyebrows and she did them messy.Not happy at all! So for now Ill give it 3 stars.
