I have never been MORE disappointed in my LIFE!My daughter got MARRIED in Clinton ma, we live in saugus.I rented two tuxedos, one was missing a bow tie. I didnt notice until we tried them on.I called and spoke to a man who insisted that I had lost it myself and that he was not responsible and that he had packed it himself. Basically calling me a liar!!My advice would be to shop anywhere else. Avoid this tux shop like the plague.I will never go back and badmouth them to anyone who will listenSincerely,P Ferrante

He has provided rentals for my fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the look and fit was always just right. I’ve been coming to Russo’s for years to rent tuxedos starting with my wedding 18 years ago, and back then they were just as great as today. Came in to see about getting a different type of tuxedo for one of my twin sons and John listened to what he wanted and hooked us up with exactly what he wanted. My Jacob is an athlete with huge legs and they fit his tux perfectly. Russo’s had my twins looking amazing at Prom they were definitely the best dressed. I brought my nephew who is a senior in high school for his tux. John helped us and he was unbelievable. He is really friendly and made my nephew feel at ease. He helped him pick out the perfect colors for his tux that he wanted. He was very fair and reasonable when it came to pricing. I will definitely go back for any future events.

I went to Russos Tux in Chelsea to get a few suits. Walked in the store and the manager John Saunders jumped right up to help me, he spent the time to show me everything I wanted to see and try on. His knowledge and experience was very helpful it was clear he knows the ins and out of his business. I used Russo Limousine service over the weekend to take my basketball team out for a great year and had an amazing experience. The driver showed up 15 minutes early to get me and then picked up every kid at their houses, even gave them a red carpet experience. The kids were excited and enjoyed their time in the limo. The driver was named John, he was very professional and nice, greeted every kid as they walked in. I recommend Russo Limousine service to everyone. They made my kids day and I plan on using them again.

Old guys tried to overcharge me on a $100 tux, The tux pants fit were extremely big on me after they did the fitting for me. The pants did not even have a belt loops for my belt, I had to wear suspenders to hold up the big pants, I do not recommend going to them to spend your hard earned money, go to another Russo’s, worst experience ever with them.
I went into Russo Tux back in January for an event and was able to get a suit the same day. There whole team was very helpful and I did not have to spend a lot of time to get everything done. Im on my way back today to get another suit and I would recommend anyone in need of quick friendly service to do the same

We booked the 1966 Rolls Royce Princess Sedan to surprise my Dad for his 75th b-day and couldnt have been happier with our experience! We made the arrangements through Maria and found her to be very accommodating and friendly. The Rolls was STUNNING and our chauffeur, Edgar was EXCELLENT! He was punctual, the Rolls was spotless (and truly breathtaking) and Edgar went out of his way to make my parents feel extra special. I called every single company in MA and Russos had the best prices BY FAR and went above and beyond to make sure everything went flawlessly. John and his staff were absolutely incredible! I needed alterations done on a blazer. I brought it in yesterday and he had it done today. The jacket fit like a glove! I had a last minute interview. My old suit didnt fit anymore. I needed a suit for the next day. I am 6 3 and a bigger build, so I was concerned . John made the alterations and in a little over a half hour I walked out with a really nice suit! I couldnt believe how friendly and efficient the employees were there! They handled my and my groomsmens suits very well for my wedding three years ago. Because of that, I came back a couple months ago when looking for a specific type of suit on a budget. I was very dissatistied with my experience with Russo. They nearly ruined my whole event with their unprofessionalism. Princess refered me to the manager which i didnt reach so I called back the first number and reached John who at that time told me their cars dont go to Providence as I requested. Then the manager text me back with a quote and said to tell them she okd Providence. I already didnt want to go with it because my event was the next day and the whole thing sounded sketchy. But I called back to reserve it and Princess took all my info including credit card info and assured me my limo. When I called back 2 minutes later to give them an address John said he spoke to the manager and they refused the job. They wasnt even going to call me back even knowing my event was the next day. Thats very horrible service. They deserve a negative 5 stars for that. But Princess was very nice and accommodating so its a shame she has to go down with that type of serviceI wouldnt reccomend Russo to anyone. I would say stay away or they might ruin your event as well.

Because I feel that the reviews on here are deceiving, I want those who are looking for high quality formal wear not to be confused. It depends what youre looking for. We were deceived by the ratings on here that wed find something really nice but when we arrived we found only cheap suits and dresses (quality and price). So like I said, if you need to have something cheaper, its ok, but not if you want something nicer.
My sons prom tuxedo order went smoothy, with no problems. We needed to ask for special consideration with scheduling our fitting, and Mike generously helped us with courtesy and attention.
