It is a good store. The prices are valid with sales being fair as well. I know the employees are good when it comes to helping to the customers, I appreciated that experience I had. Amazing customer service offered here.

They dont take balloon orders over the phone (typical of other locations) however, when you go to the store, its a four hour wait from order to balloons being ready (atypical). This is the same for weekday or weekend. Not sure why but just be warned.

Balloons arrived on time as ordered. Then the balloons got loose in a gust of wind. No worries, called store and Michelle took care of getting another bunch together same as first. Picked it up, but one large balloon managed to escape. Michelle got another one. Such great customer service! Awesome and thanks Michelle.

Theres a lot to look at and you can probably find everything you need for your party (including baking tools) whether its themed or not. Check the website or app to browse before going so you know what you want and to make sure the item is in stock at your preferred store - otherwise youll end up getting overwhelmed. You can also order online and pickup in store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was very helpful. I need blue and silver balloons. I never knew there was so many different shades of color. They took time with me. They even have delivery witch is great when your having a party and the balloons come to you, rather then trying to shove them all in your car. And the balloons last.

Ordered balloons that came in a kit only to find out the day of my sons party the only balloon we wanted out of this 20 dollar kit had a hole in it...or was overinflated.. One or the other. Offered a refund despite the significant inconvenience and dissapointment which accompanied considering my girlfriends phone number was on the order receipt and we could have easily been contacted and notified prior to our arrival to pick them up. Offered money back and wished the best of luck. Party supply selection is good and unique to a degree but the service and caliber employee is a little sub par.

I do not recommend you visit this place at all. On my first visit the manager yelled at my children and family and made a inappropriate comment. My children were extremely sad and said they said mommy I dont want to shop for Halloween or birthdays here. He than grabbed my purse which was in my shopping cart while I turned my back I ran around looking my cart and purse was gone. I panicked and ran for help but nobody helped us the staff were intimated by this manager an older man in his late 60s of age possibly older. He ran behind me startling me and yelled in a rude unfriendly manner we do not look after anyones belongings I took your purse it is here and he handed it more like threw it at me. My husband put everything back we bought nothing. We are heading to another place I heard is great for Halloween. He was very scary my kids are still very sad. I wouldnt give him a star at all but in order to write this review I assumed I had to rate it. I give it a 0 rating. Do not bring your children there or go at all he is very disrespectful, unprofessional and creepy.

I just wanted to say that I decided to ask for prayers for the Manager of this place. I went to buy stuff for my child’s birthday party and the manager was there. I saw his attitude and I asked one of the cashiers if he was the manager, she said yes. I said to her I cant believe a person like him is working in a place that it supposed to reflect happiness.We all can have bad times, moments, days. Instead of continuing complaining about the manager of this store I want to ask everyone to Pray for HIM so he can be in better mood at least when he is working.Not the greatest experience but everyone need help and prayers. 🙏🏻🤗

Very bad customer service when I called I asked about a certain costume and the woman told me to go online. If I could focus enough to do that I would of now In so stressed I have to look through the website and not be sure if they have the item or not. Online websites arent always accurate with what is in the store.

Well, I have been working here at Party City about 8-9 months now, it is my first job out of high school and I quite like it here. I like to think we are all rather laid back, while knowing when to be serious and enforcing and I believe we do our best to be understanding (or at least try to be) of our customers and I feel I, as an employee have been treated well in my time here. I just want to clear Some things, if I may? There is some fuss over balloons in my experience and there are in some of these reviews. Some people get rather upset over having to grab their own (currently 12 for $13) latex balloons. We as cashiers like myself can not be running away from our registers or lines every time someone needs latex that they are fully able to hand pick themselves. That is why the latex are on the floor in their respective little pick buckets (in front of register 5) and aisles and not behind the reigisters, in numbered boxes like the mylar/foil balloons are. It is also your event, if you are shopping for you event, please do not get upset with us when we ask you to please grab your latex, for your event. I myself have rang customers and they will then run off when I kindly ask they get their latex and because it is your event, you may be thinking what colors work best, should I do dots or stars? Etc and that takes a few minutes to decide, just like it would for us to grab your latex and we as cashiers can always call for back up if their is a line, or another customer with a lot of items or even just one. However if we are not at our registers and have our backs to them grabbing latex, that is more time for that customer to wait in line while we do not see them waiting for a cashier, and that is not fair to that customer. Also please do not get angry with us when we have not scanned any of your product in yet, and a customer comes to us while you are getting your latex. We can not ignore another customer over one who is not present at check out or in line. You need to wait your turn like everyone else, as that is fair. Fair treatment is how one should treat their customers, no one should be treated special or any differently from the next. Please respect we are trying to do our jobs as we try to treat you as fairly as we can. When you or any new comers come back to our store please enjoy your visit and maybe check with your cashier on setting up your email so you can get coupons from us and have a great day! :)

Im a professional balloon decorator, childrens entertainer and DJ and use this Party City when I get last minute customers. I normally purchase my supplies from a wholesaler but for last minute emergencies, this place cant be beat.The customer service is friendly and helpful.I gave them 4 stars because they dont sell Qualatex latex balloons to the public. I will give them 5 stars if they do include that brand of ballon in the future.This store is not bad like other reviewers have said.Truly,Emad The Twister

This store had the worst example of customer service i have seen at any store anywhere. Not only r the staff rude i, the topic of there conversation but they didnt even notice i was in line and when i went up the casheer didnt say anything to me at all because she was to busy talking to the other two workers there. I was blown away at how unhelpful thwy were i honestly would jave thought this was a setup. I can not believe how aweful thisbstore is and i steongly advise no one shop there.
