First wax ever and the woman that did it was super nice and walked me through everything. Will be going back again

I personally would NOT return to this place. The service I got is pretty poor for the price I paid. I had Marissa a few times- nice girl but she rushes through waxing and doesn’t do a thorough job. She doesn’t really care enough to do the best waxing. You know how some aestheticians are every attentive and love what they do ? Yeah she is not one of them. I’m totally unsatisfied, so this place is a NO for me.

Hailey is amazing ! She has the best techniques to make you comfy no matter what the service. So happy to find a specialist that I can trust.

Honestly, anybody you go to here is lit, the customer service is exceptional and they are very understanding! All the staff are very knowledgeable and have a lot to offer, Hailey and Debricha are my favorite workers i highly recommend them. They both are is very Thorough with their work they make sure s they get every little hair possible and make the experience better by having great conversation! It brings me comfort to knowing they take many Precautions to be clean during this time of Covid ... P.S @ Hailey, take that trip to florida girl you won’t regret it !

I’m so glad I came to this wax center. As soon as I enter the receptionist yessenia I believe her name is greets me and is very professional. I had my first underarms appointment with Helena and she explained everything she was doing. She was very gentle. She gave me so much information. I also did my Brazilian wax and obviously the first time doing it was a little nerve wrecking hehe but she did such an awesome job. I love her and will only trust her to do any of my waxes. I did my underarms with another staff there because I didn’t know they had assigned me to a different person and the wax she kept putting on me was way too hot and I felt like she was doing a rushed job. I personally from my experience trust Helena and will ONLY go to her. I highly recommend her. The more I’ve been coming here, the more I’m getting used to it. It’s worth the money for sure.

Clean, sanitary, fast, and was the first painless experience I’ve had. Seen Marissa and she was great. Definitely going back.

Always good. Decent value. Very friendly. I get the wax package. Im not crazy about the post wax product pushing but the wax jobs tend to be good.

I’ve been to plenty of EWC locations and always had a great experience but this location wasn’t same! I asked for a basic clean up and the stylist took most of my eyebrow off and then used tinted powder to cover up her mistake as she waxed WELL into my brow (which I didn’t realize until I got home). When I told her I was upset by how thin my eyebrows had become she began talking about giving me “shape” and that I could always just fill them in. I didn’t ask for shape I asked for a basic cleanup! Not once did anyone (front desk or stylist) apologize for the misunderstanding even as I became visibly upset. It was a bad situation turned worse by bad customer service.UPDATE: a manager called back and was very kind and reimbursed the cost of my brow wax. However when I explained that I was most upset by the stylist making a mistake and creating a patch in my eyebrow and then using tinted eyebrow powder to cover it up, she glossed over it. So I’ll give 2 stars because of the call back and the compensation but I can’t in good faith give more than that because I was given no explanation as to whether or not the manager even spoke with the stylist or if the stylist’s mistake and blatant cover up was actually ever addressed. Because of this I won’t be returning - I’m afraid that the employee will continue hiding her mistakes and it will be condoned by management.

I’ve been a client of European wax center in Chelmsford for over 2 years now, I’ve only had positive experiences and only have great things to say! Marissa has been my specialist for also over 2 years and I highly highly HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who’s looking to feel comfortable and receive an incredible wax. I’m not sure what Marissa does but she somehow makes every wax seem smooth and painless! She’s answered hundreds of my questions through the years and has always given me the best wax’s. I’m also always super happy to see Rj at the front desk, he’s great at making me feel welcome and special every single time. Huge thank you to Marissa, Rj the rest of the team and EWC for all that they do. Highly recommend this location!

The staff were nice enough but didnt do the full work I paid for. The cost and area descriptions havent matched the services listed online for this chain online. Ive received services upon a good faith assumption twice now and had the same issue in this location multiple times. I might try another European wax center again but certainly not this location.
