They towed my truck a couple of miles to their impound lot. We picked it up within 24 hours and was charged $2,200. I had the same truck towed by a reputable towing company to my location 50 miles away, for a fair charge of $375. Christophers Towing price gouges like Ive never experienced before - stay away!

The rudest company I have ever spoken to. I had called just to get the basic info on how to get a car they had towed out and they were intentionally vague and angered at being asked basic questions everybody needs to know to get their car back.

Christophers towing of chelmsford seems to tow cars that live in the complex that DO have parking stickers. But NEVER tow the cars that DO NOT live here without parking stickers. BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED TOWING COMPANY!!!

Utterly pure scam! I just had saved a little enough money to make sure bills were paid off when my wife went for maternity leave since we both have to cheap in to meet our monthly bills. And Chris needed our savings most than we did. Cant comprehend how one charges $2680.50 for a simple box truck. Also i have been away from the road since covid hit.I went out of business, thats a year plus a few months now.

Scam towing, will sock every known fee available, find somewhere else, try ubid for cheaper towing services if you can wait an extra day .

Great service fast response and the driver was great. He was very knowledgeable and know exactly what he was doing and what to do. Just to let you know my situation and what they did. I got a boom lift stuck in wet lands about a foot or two deep about 40 feet away from hard ground. They brought the big wrecker and had it out in 15 mins. Highly recommended

Called a few times and the man who picked up the calls was rude, aggressive, and not informative. I had no choice but to get my car towed by them since I got into a random accident which caused my car to become a total loss. So glad it is going to be removed from this place. If you want someone who verbally resembles raisin grandma from spongebob, here you go.

Literally the rudest, most disrespectful humans alive! They know they have you in a corner when they are holding your car hostage and they behave accordingly. They treated us like criminals and actually screamed at us when we called to get our car back! Completely unacceptable. Stay away!

This company are pure scam artist professional fraudsters and grinches. Illegally entered my sisters vehicle and removed her parking sticker then towed her vehicle illegally. On camera we can see the fraudsters ! They tried to clean up where the sticker was but my sister who studies painting and decorating knew once u apply heat to the area u are able to still see the adhesive on the vehicle. A week before Xmas in a city where Covid19 is running rampant these unprofessional super spreaders messed with the wrong family. You are being exposed for the crooks that you are Christopher is the boss who has no type of professionalism and speaks or should i say yells at consumers to claim innocence! Bad service do not do business with these crooks

The good reviews here are obviously people who work for or know the business owners. I have dealt with these people about 3 times. They are rude, do not give you full details of what they expect and then yell at you and hang up on you. I do not know if it is all of them but I can tell you that if I could give these guys zero stars I would. When you look up information on them it is very negative and true.

Wow, how can someone hate this company. When I crashed my car Christopher’s towing instantly came and towed my car. They gave me reasonable prices. They have the best workers I’ve ever seen. They also have a great location on Riverneck road. Hands down the best towing company I’ve ever been to. Since I’m a celebrity I get on many advertisements I am hoping in the future I can produce a commercial with Christopher’s towing.

Overcharges me for 30 minutes when I came to get the car the guy was rude telling me if I keep calling they’ll keep MY CAR he was unprofessional. one told me 161$ the rude one told me 165$ they took my car at 10:45 I called at 10:50 telling them I’m coming to get the car I got there at 11:15. 11:30 I called telling them I was outside no one showed up so I called by telling them it’s cold out and I’m 9 months pregnant I can’t stand in the cold he was like I don’t care u shouldn’t come here then so I told fine I’ll call the cop he hangs up saying I was harassing him so he hangs up so I called again he said if I called one more time hell bloke me knowing he had my car they didnt come until 12:50 to give me the car. I heard they overcharged me because the alarm went off they reason the alarm went off is because they broke into my car

I would recommend that if you use this company, you make sure you have everything of value out of your car. My son hit a pole in the last ice storm. Brand new radio in his old car that was a Christmas present. To remove it from our vehicle we were told we could pay $100 for someone to remove it. It is a 2/3 minute job. My son was very upset about his gift and I am not sure that this is a legit cost. This was after paying $300 for the tow and storage whilst we sorted out what to do with the car. Perhaps other companies are the same, I dont know. But I do know that I will try other companies if there is a need again for a tow. Doesnt matter how nice drivers are etc if you feel like you are being ripped off

Christopher’s! What more can I say about a. great business, and great service. They’re the best towing company in the country, and I just can’t really imagine getting towed by any other truck than one with that Christopher’s logo on the side. Keep working boys, keep it up!

I had an excellent experience with this company, possibly the greatest customer service I’ve ever had in a towing company. By far the best in town, If you need to get towed these are the guys you need giving you a helping hard. I strongly suggest using Christopher’s Towing next time your in need.

I will stick by this company until I die. These people were the sweetest workers and they certainly blow the customer service over at Ferreiras that’s for sure. Highly recommend getting towed by these guys.

Very rude, hung up the phone on me multiple times so I couldnt get my car that day, and then attempted to charge me for the extra storage.

Horrible service. Whoever answered the phone screamed and yelled. Straight up bully. You would think they would want your service. I will never call them for service ever again. Worst possible service.

The tow truck driver went out of his way to help me when my insurance company forgot to tell him that I need a flatbed and he showed up with a regular tow truck. Very satisfied with their service.

Had another tow company remove my car from their lot they were rude to the girl who call them from the other tow company when the driver arrived the keys were missing and told the driver he didnt know what he was doing as the driver moved the car he found the keys under the carat that point the guy from Christophers towing took 2 pictures still stating the driver didnt know what he was doing this driver has 7 years of experience I think it was rude of this desk hugger to do this and shows total unprofessional they are at Christophers towing

This outfit is a complete racket. After making a verbal agreement to offset costs of towing and storage fees with taking possession of the vehicle for salvage, the manager went back on his word. Stay clear away.Update: upon review it seems these guys also post fake reviews on here and their local competitors.
