Alpine was able to schedule my work quickly and complete it in a timely manner. I would recommend Alpine Environmental to anyone and will use them again.

I would definitely recommend Alpine for anyone looking for good customer service and reliability in their deleading project!My husband and I hired Alpine to help with deleading work, including new windows throughout our entire home - which was a pretty large job. We were under time pressure to move back into the house, and Alpine managed everything expertly. They gave us a conservative estimate to help us plan our move, gave regular updates along the way and even finished the interior work with time to spare, easing our stress significantly. Our sales rep also went above and beyond, even bringing window samples to our home so that we could see them in person before making such an important purchase. When we had minor feedback on the project, the team quickly acted to address it -- and even helped us with completely unrelated work that they noticed along the way (such as removing a door stopper that was splintering our woodwork, and helping to patch it up).

Ive used Alpine several times (old house) and they have always been timely, super professional, and go above and beyond the call of duty, once fixing an unrelated leak in the upstairs apartment they discovered while doing some work in my basement. Highly recommend them.

We hired this company to remove paint from our clapboard siding and trim before having a painting company repaint our house. Hiring this company was a terrible decision. I got bids from other companies for A LOT less, but I was assured the work would be done in compliance with the Massachusetts lead law. Their word couldn’t have been farther from the truth. They did not follow the procedures outlined in the Lead Safe Renovation Law (e.g tarp placement, tarp containment, etc) and as a result they contaminated my yard AND inside my house. Weirdly, considering they are an abatement company, after the work started and I asked why sanders werent attached to HEPA vacuums, I was told they don’t own any sanders that hook up to HEPA vacuums. They hand-sanded the trim, and used a power sander without hookup to a HEPA vacuum to finish-sand the clapboard siding (neither measure contained the dust). The worst part, one of the employees actually said to me “we both know Massachusetts doesn’t enforce the law.” This company knows that the law isn’t enforced, so they will cut every corner possible. Despite being assured the crew wouldnt enter our house, we found out they were entering to use the bathroom (and who knows what else). They broke several outdoor outlet covers. They flipped a circuit without telling me for days. The circuit was also used for a fridge/freezer, and all the food inside spoiled and needed to be thrown away. They stripped the inside of a door that wasnt supposed to be stripped, which cost me more to have my painter repaint. They lost hardware to the door, and we needed to replace our lock set. They didnt meet the guaranteed completion date. Our project was supposed to take two weeks, and it ended up taking over 12 weeks. We were strung along and given 8 different completion dates throughout the project. We were staying in a hotel while the work was being done, so this was a major inconvenience. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the work completed as agreed to in the contract (hence the project being dragged out for more than 2 months longer than it was supposed to take). The workmanship is terrible. They gouged my window casings, left areas un-sanded, and they ruined my clapboard siding, leaving sanding swirl marks and gouges all over the siding, which was supposed to be sanded smooth. I could go on and on with all the issues we experienced with this company. Please, take my advice, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
