Quite a few years ago I did a glowing review for Continental Transmission about a repair they did for me. Well here I go again. My wife was at the end of our driveway...in a different car...and the transmission went. It was so bad the differential locked everything up. We called Scott and he said to just have towed in. It was so bad the tow truck had to offload it in the repair bay. Two business days later I got a call that the repair was done and to come pick the car. They were true to the quote, finished ahead of time and even repaired a couple of rotting transmission lines that would have caused problems in the future. Fair prices along with great and dependable service make Continental the only place my family goes for Transmission Work! These folks are really the best around!!! Thanks again!

Scott gave me an awesome quote and towed my car for free to his shop and replaced the transmission with a new one in only 2 DAYS! I brought an old Ford here about 10 years ago to have the transmission checked & tuned up for a move to FL and was very happy with the work.Recently I bought a used car here in NY and after a month or two it felt like it was shifting oddly so I gave them a call...after describing the problem,make/year/model the gentleman on the phone took the time to explain to me that there was a recall on my transmission and from there I contacted the company and my car was fixed FREE..Im sure if I had to pay it would it wouldve cost me thousands..Nothing but good things to say about this shop.

I brought in aging Jeep for a flush and a dash light that indicated transmission was in 4 wheel drive when it should have been in 2 wheel drive. They said flush was done a couple years ago (I bought Jeep about a year and a half ago....didnt know that) and that the 4 wheel being engaged was just an adjustment. NO CHARGE!!! They couldve charged for flush and made up story and charged whatever for the dash light but didnt. I will go here and recommend to everyone I can. Very honest!!!

The most excellent overall experience you will ever encounter. I had taken my truck to the dealership once with my transmission problem. They told me everything was fine, just throw your car in 3rd sometimes when it gets like that. Clearly it wasnt fine. Brought it to Scott and he had it fixed within a matter of a couple hours. I would highly recommend Continental Transmission. My car broke down unexpectedly and as it turned out...the transmission went. There could not have been worse timing! Continental Transmission was very accommodating. They offered 0 interest financing and allowed me to leave the vehicle there at no additional charge until I was able to pick it up. They also include a warranty with service to ensure that the parts are covered!

After arriving at the airport I noticed transmission fluid leaking from my transmission. After returning home I headed straight for Continental Transmission. Scott took in my car and looked things over the next day. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I had a CVT transmission so it was something more suited for the dealer, but I couldnt recommend Continental enough. Scott was fast and friendly and the evaluation didnt cost me a thing.

Continental was $900 cheaper than their competition AND they are a local business! One year warranty on my re-build, and they were good for it when I recently had some trouble. Fixed it right away for nothing. Couldnt begin to thank Scott and his crew enough for their hard work to keep this broke college kids car on the road!
