I would rate this a zero if I could. Twice now we have had our delivery returned to sender as the do not make any attempt to find our new home on the map or to even let us know where to pickup if they cant be bothered to look.This company is also listed on my tracking info Sprintstar Canada 23590289 which I can only assume is local company delivering. No matter the case make an effort to find people.
Three times in a row items arrived so damaged and bashed I returned them. I collect mini arcade machines and when Landmark delivers them the box is dented, torn, and looks like the item was kicked around

They never deliver my package and never contact me back. And there is no number to call to ywith a person to try to resolve the issue. If I find out the package I order is being sent with them I know immediately I will never see the package
I bought a product on Amazon and they had the great idea to send the package with this company. I have been waiting for my package for 22 days and l dont receive it yet. They are too slowly, and lm complete sure lm not going to receive the package. Then l will take a refund for my money back. Please Amazon if you read it not use this company to send packages anymore.
They changed my delivery option to “pick up”Now i have to pick up over 10 boxes on my own instead of having them at my door??? And i cannot do anything about it??? I spent over $500 to received this type of service???????

Company with no customer service channel so they dont have to take responsibility for lost or erroneously delivered packages.Somehow the shipping address was altered from 1-68 to 168. According to their subsidiary Sprintstar it was their fault. Considering how shady the package delivery industry seems to be, who knows whos telling the truth. Its obvious though that landmark actively avoids dealing with their mistakes and hopes that people will just give up trying.[EDIT] In order to get a response from Landmark I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was then able to resolve the matter
This company refuses to answer any of the messages sent via their website. There is no contact phone number to actually speak to anyone, their customer service is just totally non existent. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs! They have incorrectly charged me and i have no way to address the problem without communication with the company!

ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!! They charge for things you do not need to be charged for!!! They add their own brokerage fees etc etc and no matter how small the price u paid for the package u still have to pay sometimes over what u paid for the item!! I would highly suggest that if the company you are shopping with ship with Landmark Global do NOT buy from them! Its all fraud!!!

A lot of negative reviews here. I ordered an item on Amazon.ca on Jan. 16. 2020 and received it on Jan. 21st. as standard shipping. The package was trackable on Landmarks tracking sight. So my experience was a good one. Since I order from Amazon quite regularly I hope any future packages arrive just as well.

Worse Service Ever I would give it zero stars but that is not an option., my package seems to be lost. I ordered beach body over 10 days ago and the tracking still hasnt updated. they do not respond to any of the emails after many attempts. My package is still lost and the replacement package still isnt shipped out and unfortunately this company uses them still not sure why. Completely horrible service I do not know why companies associate with this shipping company their are many others out there that are great.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Where to start.. This companys customer service is non-existent. They dont pick up their phone and they dont read or respond to messages/emails sent to them through their website contact form. Furthermore the tracking number I got from Amazon didnt work on their sites tracking page.I ordered a BBQ from Amazon that shipped through them and found the product at a cheaper price elsewhere. Even though the package hadnt shipped yet and I had the option to cancel it on Amazon, the option wasnt available because the product was too far along in the process, so I was told by an Amazon rep to call Landmark once they had possession of the package and ask to get it rerouted to Amazon. I made multiple calls, left voicemails, and messaged them before they even received the package, explaining everything and asking for the reroute while leaving behind my contact. NOTHING, no call back, no email, and not fulfilling the request whatsoever. I ended up reaching out to Amazon a couple days later to see if they could get a hold of them to get them to reroute it and apparently they picked up but the product was to close to delivery to reroute it at this point.From this point Amazon basically told me if I wasnt home to sign or if I was and I told the courier that I was denying receipt of the package, they would take it back to a package center and I would be able to call Amazon to get it picked up from there for return.Long story short, the item is now in front of my house because they dropped it off without knocking, or getting a sign off and I have a huge package outside my house that I cant carry up a few steps to put inside alone. Very dismayed with every element of this courier. Horrible job at every step of the process and very amazed that a company like Amazon, that is so customer-service oriented, is using a courier that has zero customer service. 0 stars.
Had an Amazon.ca order shipped by them. Item was out for delivery then I got a text saying my package was ready for pick-up in a different city than where I reside. Reason was no safe drop and weather. Someone was home all day, we have many safe places to drop a package, and the weather was pleasant. My point is, they didnt even attempt to deliver. Not sure whats going to happen with my stuff as, at 36 weeks pregnant, Im not packing up my three young children to drive into Brantford to get some underwear. I shopped online to avoid having to drive anywhere. Will edit this review if things change.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER - Our experience with Landmark Global was bad. They gave our package to a company called Skypostal that, in turn, gave it to Auropaq SAS that kept our package with them on hold for close to 10 days, and then claimed to deliver it to us, but we received nothing. The proof of delivery they provided show they delivered it to someone else at a different location.

THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. My supplier recently switched form Canada Post to Landmark and its be a complete disaster. First off the delivery driver was incredibly unprofessional calling me back to back to back during workday hours, when Im able to answer he gives an attitude about the fact that Im not home (theres no where safe to leave the package outside) tries to convince me to leave it at my neighbours whom I dont even know at all. He then drops the package at a random convenience store 6 kms away, I go to pick it up and its been sent back to the supplier?! I attempted to contact Landmark but there is literally no number to reach them! I used their e-mail contact form and obviously received NO REPLY. I called my supplier and they said yes its be received back to them, I inquire about the refund, they state that they processed a refund LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING (I never received a refund on my CC) I go through the motions explaining the part that Landmark played in this whole fiasco and that I shouldnt be charged for them sending the package back and havent even received the initial refund less shipping and handling any way! I eventually gave up, cancelled my subscription to my supplier, put a stop payment on CC and am now here warning others. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT USES LANDMARK FOR DELIVERIES.

Horrible customer service. When I called them to ask about my shipment their rep Julia asked me to contact the mail community because I live in Canada. When I got upset that how come I pay for shipping for the item to be delivered at my house and now I have to contact my local mail community to track my item myself so she hung up on me!!!

The worst delivery service EVER!!! I had a package from the USA and tracking showed that it had just cleared customs when it actually was delivered to the wrong address, refused and then sent back to the sender. Why cant we give a zero star?
