The hotel was right across the road from the Airport. I didnt use the free shuttle from airport to hotel as I had rented a car for my transport. My flight came in very early and it was not even 2pm but came in directly to the hotel, requested for an early check-in to the room as I had 2 small kids and I was provided one without any questions by the lady at the reception (sad that I didnt ask her name), am very happy about the process and I couldnt believe there was no paperwork or any signatures required like I did in other hotels, all I had to show is my identification. The room was spacious, clean and of course silent although you can see the airport from the hotel. I had to checkout early at 5am to catch my 6am flight and even checkout was hassle free meaning all I had to do is handover the keys back at the reception, so cool. No doubt why this hotel got a Superb rating in various booking sites and I wanted to join the club too as a Happy customer. I would definitely stay here if I come back or recommend to my friends.

Night Customer service could be improved. When we arrived at 10p, no one was at the front desk to greet us. Eventually he did come out. 😐 He was pleasant and courteous. 3 stars 🤦🏻‍♀️Room was excellent! We stayed two nights. A new, well maintained hotel, very easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Sheets, pillows and towels and bathroom were very clean. However, our rooms floor had not been vacuumed prior to our stay (a lot of food crumbs and what looked to be donut sprinkles). We requested a cleanup while we were out for the day. Unfortunately, it was never done. Prices at the breakfast bistro were also extremely high. We went to the McDonalds (about 300 feet away) instead.A good hotel, and likely a place well consider again, but they missed the mark a bit on our visit.

Our room was clean. No complaints. Service was good but you can tell they are low on staff since the front desk person was also the cafe/breakfast person too.

Our flight departing Buffalo got cancelled and we were left trying to find a place to stay near the airport, at 7:00 am. I had tried several and out of the three i contacted no one had availability until after 9:30 am. I tried to book a room with Courtyard online while at the Starbucks around the corner. I was having issues, so walked over and spoke with Kenneth at the front desk. He was so friendly and understanding of our dilemma. Within minutes we had a room. Thank you Kenneth, I was really crying happy tears.

Had to make a last minute reservation here, because our flight out of Buffalo was canceled die to weather. The hotel was nice enough, but for two problems. First, when we checked in, we asked about the airport shuttle and were told to give our names and the time we wanted to leave in the morning--the choices being every 20 minutes. We left our names for the 6 AM shuttle. We were down by 5:55 AM, and when no shuttle appeared by 6:10, I asked at the desk. Clerk looked and said Oh. No one put your names down. She placed a call, and the shuttle came within minutes, but what was the point of telling them the night before.Second problem: Used the room phone to set up a 5 AM wake up call. Good thing that was my backup for my phone alarm. The wakeup call never came.Despite both hiccups, luckily made our flight.

The bistro staff, Jess and Najee, were absolutely amazing! They worked very hard and made my night! Courtyard Marriott should be very proud of these 2 employees and be proud that they are upholding the amazing customer service!

Extremely good hotel. Customer service was above and beyond just good. They helped me out in a jam when my other hotel was overbooked. Not in my single guy travel budget, but for 2 to 4 people it would be affordable.

I have traveled for many years and stayed at many hotels but Jess was absolutely one of the best bartender server and the many other things she was in charge of doing is the reason I would return .I work and food and beverage and would love to have her don’t lose those gem it will be your fault

Very good place if you are in Buffalo for business. literally two minutes from the Airport, you can move very fast everywhere in Buffalo and surrounding. Staff very professional and friendly.

We drive to and from Boston from the Midwest a couple times a year and usually stay at a hotel in the pleasant suburban of Williamsville but that hotel closed during the pandemic. I was disappointed to find my next best option was an airport hotel, but I ended up so impressed with this Courtyard that it has become my go-to Buffalo hotel. Its just very clean and comfortable and I have had multiple good experiences with the helpful and friendly staff. The airport area is not as bad as I thought it would be. Its certainly not as nice as Williamsville but not terrible either like other airports Ive been to. The Courtyard is located among three other Marriott hotels - Fairfield Inn, TownPlace Suites and Aloft. There is a Starbucks just steps away and a couple nearby restaurants. The traffic around the airport, in my experience, is pretty tame and it is an easy on/off from the big highways. Its also just a few minutes away from a big mall that has about every chain store and restaurant you could ever need. If you are a traveler like me who is just passing through, staying here makes your trip about as easy as you could want.

Positive: Good location, nice size pool and hot tub, very clean and updated, great room with a nice view. Negative: The cafe was only open Monday through Friday. That seemed weird to me but there was a great restaurant down the street for breakfast

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, Id stay there again just to sleep on that bed. Our room had a cool couch seating section so my husband and I enjoyed sitting on it snuggled up watching movies on TNT. When I booked the hotel, i asked for extra towels as we were staying 2 nights, but they did not have any extra towels when we showed up! my husband called down on our second day to request them, within 5 minutes they had brought us up more. most areas followed the social distancing rule and mask rule except for the pool. on the website it says they do reservation booking, but when we tried they said everyone was allowed to go to the pool and a reservation wasnt needed, there were at least 45 people in the pool area no social distancing. We decided to not stay and went back to the room.

I LOVE it here but we unfortunately seen approx. 5 people, 2 adults were there, using the community hot tub as their own personal bath...staff did nothing to assist..This was 1 encounter of many, that were actually all very positive stays.

Its right by the airport. You can sometimes hear planes taking off and landing but its such a small airport there isnt to much air traffic. You can hear a lot of cars and semis throughout the night though.

Clean and very accommodating place to stay. I just went there to dropped off my son and I noticed in their lobby they had a number of automatic sanitizer installed.

Staying here now in room 414 and the air conditioner blows warm air. They set it for 60° with the fan on high and the temp in the room went up a degree. They are bringing a fan, that should help lol

This is a nice hotel. Im sure theyre feeling the pain of understaffing post Covid lockdown, but they did their best. Really, isnt that all you could ask for?

Comfortable bed. Questionable staff at best. Housekeeping lacks attention to detail. Upon check-in I discovered a strangers hair in the shower drain and a previous guests dirty socks on the floor of the closet. When I brought attention of it to the front desk, housekeeping subsequently gave me a middle finger by pairing them together and leaving them in the room on the floor. I will never stay there again.

Stayed here for work, for 2 nights. The hotel is scrupulously clean and tidy. The rooms were pristine. The hallways were quiet. They were quick to remind me that if any service is needed, they would need to be requested. Upon request, the room was serviced and when I needed towels and conditioner, it was delivered promptly. The check in and out process was completely smooth. It was exactly what was needed for a quick work stay.

I stayed at this hotel last night. Although Marriott has splashed all over its website how safe it is that is not true. When I went into the hotel lobby there were signs everywhere to wear masks there was a group of men sitting in the main area of the lobby with no masks drinking. When I asked about it this morning I was told the manager of the hotel had given permission for this. I thought Marriott and it’s employeesUnderstood Covid but clearly here’s a prime example of a manager of that corporation that does not.

Marriott has officially redeemed my loyalty!! This stay was amazing!! From check-in to check out everything was superb!! The hotel was newly renovated, clean, spacious, and welcoming! All staff members were professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My room was superior! Everything was sanitized, clean, and prepared with care! Anything I needed the staff provided. It was soo refreshing to experience that high level of service Im used to experiencing from the Marriott brand. After a few bad experiences over the last few months, this stay made up for those instances! Any time I am in Buffalo, without a doubt Ill stay here!

I had the worse customer service. The employee was rude and really didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in. I waited in line for over 25 min. while this customer wanted to upgrade his room. The customer knew it was taking a long time and offered that she would take care of me and come back to his issue. She refused and I decided to find another hotel. Bad customer service at its finest! I do t think I ever had this type of customer service in my life.

We stayed at the Courtyard Buffalo Airport for Black Friday weekend. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the 11 years I’ve been doing this trip. It’s a clean hotel and the rooms weren’t crowded. The staff were amazing and made the stay even better. We were able to check in early and the lady at the front desk was so personable and friendly. I felt they bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect.

Positive: The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Negative: Missed breakfast as signs had incorrect times. But the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up for breakfast, because I didn’t want to get out of bed!

Courtyards are a great business hotel but I rarely have any particular expectations of them. This courtyard was friendly, the bistro food was amazing, the bistro was actually appropriately staffed so you didn’t wait long which can prevent me from breakfast during other stays at other courtyards. I genuinely enjoyed my time.

Its really nice and good service but it works me that you cant get a complimentary cup of coffee in the morning.

Clean and well appointed

The room was clean and spacious with a sitting area that had a love seat, ottoman, and a chair. In addition to an armoire, there was a full 8 ft closet with sliding doors. The room included a coffee niche with a fridge - a good place to stash your snacks. The roomy bathroom had a tub/shower combo with a great shower head and good, consistant water pressure/temp. I wish there had been a bath mat as the tub was a bit slick and the drop between the tub and the floor was about 3 which made getting out of the tub a bit scary. The bathroom had fluffy towels, good lighting, shampoo/conditioner/body dispenser in the tub and a large counter top. Well insulated - we never heard another guest or a plane despite being right next to the airport. The had an onsite Bistro with pre-made food. The breakfast sandwiches were microwave heated. Too costly for not being freshly prepared.

One of the cleanest hotels that Ive stayed at in the past 5 years. Bed was extremely comfortable (I really need to get a King size bed!) The bathroom/shower was very clean. The soap and shampoo provided had nice scents and good quality. We arrived a little after 9 to find out the Bistro/bar closes at 9pm. It was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel location. Was really looking forward to a drink at the hotel, sad that we missed it. Once the Bistro opened in the morning, we got some good coffee tho. The Bistro is a little overpriced for me but I understand that falls within the word Bistro and Starbucks.

Solid stay with clean rooms.

My husband and I had a miserable redeye and arrived in buffalo at 9am. I called the front desk and Terrell answered the phone. I explained how we were coming in early and if we could check in at 10am. He was super courteous and made a note to have Housekeeping take care of a room for us. Sure enough we arrived around 930-945 and our room was ready. We appreciate that so much-and we also appreciate seeing such a friendly face behind the front counter. Terrell is a wonderful figurehead for the hotel. On top of that we had breakfast in the hotel and both the servers and chef were wonderful. Very polite and hospitable. Last but not least we want to say thank you to Housekeeping-our room was immaculate! No stray hairs or a fleck of dust to be seen. You are all so appreciated for your hard work and quality standards. They may seem like small things but I know me and my exhausted husband could not help but see 5 star service wherever we looked. We instantly knew we were staying at the right place as soon as we arrived and Terrell helped us check in. Everyone else from the manager to the rest of the staff was simply awesome. Thank you Courtyard!

I arrived late into Buffalo and instead of driving into Canada for my long weekend I elected to stay close to the hotel and then drive in the following morning. The Marriott Courtyard is perfect for these types of arrangements. Check in was fast and easy and I was quickly relaxing in my clean and quiet room. I even forgot a clothing item and the staff secured it for me and put it aside for my return trip back to the airport.

Excellent. We came in an emergency situation with little cash and the hope of a Marriott voucher. Staff let us stay the night for free and pay by voucher (once found) or $ the following morning. The voucher, which was shown electronically to staff, was only valid 30 days in advance. Staff, to accommodate, charged us the lowest possible rate for the night. Sleep was effortless

Prior to check ing in to this hotel, I thought that it would be an average airport hotel.I was surprised by the warm reception I received arriving at the front desk. The room was large & clean. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed a meal in the lobby. The food was very good & the service was excellent. I took the shuttle back to the airport & the driver couldnt have been nicer. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.

The location is perfect for a fan of airports. I could not hear any of the planes coming or going which was nice. The room was very clean and modern. Easy check in through the app and keyless entry with the app made it better when we got there late at night.

They were so accommodating and went out of thier way to get me whatever it was I needed. I highly recommend this hotel (and I travel alot). Although next to the airport, I didnt hear a single plane when in my room (stayed on 3rd floor).

Bistro server Jessica was so helpful and outgoing. Very knowledgeable of the area and she made great suggestions on the steak and the salmon. Ive been to quite a few Courtyard by Marriott bistros and she is the best.

My room was tastefully decorated, lighted with perfect, soft lighting. Shower was modern and comfortable. The Bistro restaurant had 4 star fresh prepared food, very enjoyable! The pool and spa was also very luxurious, ( aside from the hoards of screaming and jumping small children and teenagers!) There common areas and internet stations were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for personal and business purposes.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The facility is modern and clean. A pantry is available for last minute needs along with food and beverage service during limited hours. There is an outside patio with a fire circle to enjoy when the weather is nice. Most importantly, the location is great between the airport and some of the local offices for quick drive to and from destinations. The rooms are very quiet despite being right next to the airport. Starbucks also sits nearby in the same parking lot which I love in the morning! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice & modern. However, the room was an extreme disappointment. There was hair in shower; Bed poorly made (sheet was not completely on), Pillow & sheet looked as if it was slept on.Trash was not taken out.I honestly feel as though the housekeeper just threw the comforter on (it looked like my 6 year old made the bed) and put fresh towels in the room.

Very friendly staff, clean room, modern amenities such as lounge areas in the lobby and web TV. I logged into Netflix and was able to keep up on the latest show Im binge watching. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great stay! There is a Starbucks in the lobby and breakfast was delicious! Would recommend to anyone staying in the Buffalo Area!

Very clean hotel. Front desk staff was nice and professional. Alize at the front desk was helpful. Terrance the shuttle bus driver was very knowledgeable and had exceptional service. Overall great property. Could have been a few more restaurants in the area, but the hotel is very clean.

Very nice...clean, great staff. Two small mentionables......no tissues in the room and no free breakfast. They do have a restaurant and bar in the lobby, however. We were able to keep our car there for a week while we flew out of Buffalo airport, for a vacation, which is right across the street. They have a shuttle to and from the airport also. Very convenient!

The Marriott Courtyard has beautiful interior design. It feels fairly high end, especially as far as Buffalo goes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The bar and cafe area is comfortable with a fair selection and decent dining options. The hotel also features a pool (which my family never wishes to leave), a fair laundry room, and a weight room. The Marriott Courtyard is a particularly decent option, especially if the price is right.
