I could not have been happier with their service. Our tech was polite, friendly and on time. My furniture looks like its brand new after having TONS of stains from pets and toddlers. Very affordable. Would def recommend.

Jim came to my house to give me an estimate on duct cleaning. After a thorough inspection, he advised against the work due to an asbestos issue. I appreciated his honest appraisal. I then asked for an estimate on carpet and tile cleaning, which Jim calculated in the spot and scheduled to have a crew out the next day. Desmond and Nick arrived on time and got right to work cleaning my kitchen floor tiles, living room, staircase, and upstairs hallway carpeting. They were polite, thorough, and very respectful of me and my home. I was also very impressed with the results. Everything looks fresh and clean! I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer for any cleaning job you may need to have done.

I scheduled a mattress to be cleaned, my sons twin bed. They only did one pass on the mattress, he originally said the stains may not come out. When they began to come out on the first pass.The pattern sewn into the mattress was creating a challenge, but the stains were coming out.I thought that the tech would attempt to follow the pattern for a pass to be more effective, but no. The box spring was NOT included in the price.I feel a better job couldve been done so I was glad they came, but my results couldve been better. I gave 3 stars for showing up. After reading other comments its clear to me that my techs were exhausted and didnt have the energy to give.I could tell they were both sweaty and winded. Thanks for what tou could do guys. I know the stuff will come up if I get the right cleaner.

The two young men cleaned my sectional and carpet on the stairs and hallway. They did an amazing job and were very polite. Never stopped working and were in and out in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend them.

The 2 gentleman that came were extremely professional & truly cared about the outcome & my satisfaction. They worked continuously on stains until they were gone!! I would call them back in an instant!!

They cleaned the water proof laminate floors and they look pretty good. The carpeting looks ok better than it was but still some stains and dark spots but I figured thats all they could do. One of the stains was cat throw up. I thought it might come out. Why it did not do not know

Rugs look great. We have 2 cats and a dog. Saves us from replacing the rugs.

Appointment was scheduled for 8 to noon, they arrived at 12:45pm. Both workers smelled from Marijuana. I was not happy. Still have a brown spots on carpet but otherwise seems clean and smells nice. They missed some stuff maybe cuz they were high? Personally I dont care what someone does but when its on a job I dont like that. They charged me full price to clean 3 bedrooms upstairs a total of about 40 square feet at most each. They cleaned around furniture because dont move nothing. Thats not right.

It was a small job, so they were in and out very quickly and efficiently. 1 area rug and a set of stairs and a hallway were cleaned. Their work on the stairs was thorough and they look fabulous. The 30 year old area rug they cleaned looks new!

Had a great experience using Stanley Steemer to clean our carpets. Our elderly dog had several accidents on our new carpet thanks to a nasty UTI she had - Im happy to report that after cleaning by SS theres no more nasty odors from that. Plus the carpet looks great! It could not have been easier to schedule, and they guys were right on time. A special shout-out to Rueben and Marcus -- I honestly cannot say enough great things about them. They were so very courteous and extremely professional, explaining patiently everything that they were doing and answering all of our questions thoroughly. Id recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets, they look amazing. Only downfall of the service, they were messy and left puddles of water in my garage and almost ruined my brand new cabinets that were in there.

Workers were honest about stains that would be completely removed. But, the stains did lighten up.

I was pleased with SS services. They came to clean my master bathroom tile and grout. Scott was attentive and informative and didnt try to sell up additional services. He walked through everything he was doing.Its only been a few hours since they cleaned, so I guess the real review will be in a few weeks depending on whether I see mildew build-up or dirty grout (on the floor) since I also got the sealant.

The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was very nice and professional. When he left he even said goodbye to my kids and their pretend snake. I would definitely use this company (and specifically this employee) again.

Guys were quick this time I didnt have to supply gas. They got some stains out, but I worked on them and they came up, I guess you have to stay on top of them.

WOW. I would give six stars out of 5 if i could !! We had a spill ( DARK mocha coffee) on a carpet at 830 AM. At 9 AM, I made an appt for crew to arrive between 8AM and noon, thinking, short notice, itll be noon . Well 40 minutes later, Desmond and Ruben showed up, ready to go !! That is INCREDIBLE !! But the SERVICE and RESULTS made it even better - the guys were friendly, obviously GREAT at what they do - the spill/stain is gone. Simply amazing work. Hats off to Desmond and Ruben - A ++++ crew !!! Highly recommend this service and crew .

These two gentlemen went above and beyond with cleaning. They were fast, thorough, and had me triple check everything. Super speedy service and my mattress smells WONDERFUL. Gave great advice for future care and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Great manners and patient as I had to manage my dogs and children during these extra social distancing measures while they were in my home. I even added on a last minute job of cleaning my mini futon that was stored for a bit. Excellent, Excellent work! I would definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

After taking in a new kitten, I thought my beautiful recliner and couch were DONE FOR after he had 3 accidents on both pieces! Two experienced professionals came in and steam cleaned, and deodorized both pieces of furniture and the smell is GONE! Everyone knows that the smell of cat urine is nearly impossible to get rid of. We moved into our house a year and a half ago and never got around the deep cleaning the carpets. Well, we now have a baby who is about to start crawling, so that kicked us into hyper-speed to get it done. I scheduled the cleaning online with absolutely no hassle or questions, and received reminders the week before the cleaning to confirm the appointment. Our arrival window was 11am-3pm, so we prepared by setting the whole day aside not knowing when theyd be able to get to our house. I received a call at *10:20am* letting me know the cleaners would be there in about 15 minutes, and they came, cleaned, moved our furniture back, and were out by 11:30am! They did an incredible job and got out stains from who-knows-how long ago in a cream colored carpet. We have a large living room, a spacious foyer, and a large twisting staircase, and all three areas look like-new now. Ive already told friends and family members how impressed we were! I absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to refresh and clean their carpets!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly and the staff were timely and professional. Only disappointment was that I was told that the couch would be dry in 4-6 hours but it was not really usable until the next day. Would recommend company.

Scott and Mike came out the very next morning after I called and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had a friend watch our cats while we went camping, and came back to uncleaned litter boxes and cat sh!t CAKED into the carpet. I was worried we would have to dish out hundreds for new carpets, but Scott and Mike got them cleaned seemingly effortlessly. They were extremely professional and courteous, asking questions and keeping me involved in the process when I wanted to be and allowing me to work on other things when needed. They had my living room, dining room and a bedroom done in around an hour, something I thought would at least take half the day. Im praying Im never in a situation like this again but if the day comes, Im calling and asking for Scott and Mike. Great guys, exceptional work.

I am not happy with my service. I paid to have my rugs cleaned and they cleaned around my buffet and China cabinets. I removed all the dishes so it could be moved and they would not move them to clean the rug.l also moved all the drawers in the buffet. Will not use them again.

The two members of the professional team in Buffalo was fantastic! They were on time, communicated well and I learned a great deal from the team on keeping my carpet cleaner longer. I strongly recommend this company. This is the second time I’ve used them and I’ve not been disappointed.

I had my ducts cleaned. I think the ducts were cleaned well but the man that covered the vents so dust doesnt escape needs another class on that. I had to clean around a couple of vents and my whole bathroom. My sink, toilet, and tub had soot all over them. If they cant completely keep dust from escaping they should tell you that youll have some cleaning to do afterwards 😠

Derek was our associate who came to clean our carpets. The people who lived before us had 4 cats and it smelled so bad. Derek was super friendly and professional. Walked us through all the steps he did and had us come and check out the progress during the cleaning process. We are extremely happy with the results and will be using Stanley steamers in the future! (And will be asking for Derek)

We were told 10-12 hrs for the carpet to dry; it took over 24. When we wrote to inquire, they said they could have someone come out on Wednesday. (This was Sunday) so what good would THAT do? They didnt call to let us know they were coming (like they said they would). Not particularly impressed.

Had made an appointment for kitchen tile floor to be steam cleaned. The crew members explained that because of previous Use of cleaners containing wag,the cleaning prices would not be that thorough. They returned early the next day for a buffing cleaning with solvents. The finished cleaning made the tile look brand new. Very satisfied wth the advice and with the outcome.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! The carpet in my daughters room was terribly stained and they got everything out! They also did a fantastic job cleaning our kitchen chairs! I will use Stanley Steamer again!

Paid over 200 bucks for two rooms and it was less than perfect. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were great with updating me, but I felt like one of the two employees care and one didnt.

I got a water abstraction job done in my basement, so they had 2 rip up my floor I had in the basement the sink an toilet I had in my basement to get the water out afterwards I asked if they were going to put my toilet back in an they said they dont do repairs but they just tore my basement apart ro get the water out. So I called an spoke with someone an they said they are soppose to put my toilet back an its been over a week since they did the job an still havent put my toilet back in an they keep giving me the run around on why they havent put it back in.
