Workers were courteous and professional.However, there were two (2) issues regarding workmanship.1. Water leaking from the furnace. I immediately notified company and issue was resolved.2. There was also an issue regarding the use of ion thermostat on my phone. I had to contact ion for assistance.Hopefully, there will not be any further issues. Time will be the judge I have only had installation of furnace and air conditioning unit for less than a month.On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 = best). I would give Central Heating and Cooling a 9.

Central Heating and cooling did a great job on the recent installation of our high velocity air conditioner. The team ensured everything was done right and was meticulous on the location of ducts, condensers and system. Our house is much more comfortable and worth the investment!

Shawnn D. was the technician at my home. He was outstanding in all respects. He was professional, knowledge, polite and most importantly to me, patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. I just bought a new house and the central AC had to be replaced. He took me around the entire house and explained exactly how it worked, what the current problems were and his honest recommendation as to a solution. I specifically told him to skip the soft sales talk and get to the bottom line. He did and then continued to answer questions. Because of Shawnns professionalism, I went from a maintenance check of the current system to the installation of a new system. I was so impressed with him that I called the office and asked that he be the technician on any future calls to my home, if possible.

Spent $390 to install a $20 part (capacitor) which took the technician all but 15 min to finish. This also included the $90 diagnostic fee. I was satisfied with the service, but very disappointed with the pricing. Felt it was a bit excessive.

I had a service / maintenance call for my Central Air system scheduled for today with Central Heating and Cooling. Just to note I received a text msg the evening before and again the morning of the appointment. I also received a call from the technician Shane that he was in my driveway 15 mins before my scheduled appointment. In addition to being on time, he was very courteous and polite. He took care of business, answered my questions. Did not try to upsell and hit me with endless sales pitches. And he also smiled! What is up with that. On time, professional, and personable! I have been using Central Heating and Cooling for about (7) years now and they have always been prompt and fair in servicing my furnace and A/C units. That is why they get my business and referral’s. DONT USE THESE GUYS. Came out to my home for a service call and did nothing but pitch us a new $6000 system. Now, they are trying to collect $100 for their SERVICE call because we didnt buy it.Didnt even discuss possibilities of repair. Found an honest repair guy elsewhere who fixed our furnace for $300. Steer clear of these guys. They are in it for the sales! I doubt they guy they sent out even know how to diagnose a problem.

This company installed my furnace, two hot water tanks & air conditioning for upstairs & downstairs. The company was excellent to deal with, the guys Shane, Shawn & Michael did a great job installing everything, they were courteous & professional, good workers. Central Heating and Cooling continues to do excellent HVAC work. I use them for several rental properties. I recently used their zero percent offer through GreenSky. I did not read the fine print assuming it was a standard zero percent offer. After paying the first month where I paid $400.0 on 3766.00 I looked at my online portal and found I still owed 3566.00. at a 24% interest rate which must be compounded daily. I called GreenSky and was told I would maintain the zero percent deal so long as I paid the total by June 1 2021. However if the balance was not paid in full, I would owe interest from the original balance. Please beware of this debt trap. It’s unfortunate that Central Heating and Cooling has decided to partner with GreenSky, a clearly disreputable company.

Every team member was professional and prompt when assisting me. I saw they were highly rated which ultimately led me to them, but they still proved to me that they are great. After all, each experience is unique to an individual. The president himself responded to my texts and emails within hours or minutes in some cases. The two technicians who replaced my furnace and installed the A/C unit did an amazing job. They were both respectful and professional. Furthermore, the equipment looked extremely neat and clean when installed. My furnace isnt an eye sore anymore and Im actually cool on a 90 degree day. My full endorsement to the men and women at Central Heating and Cooling.

Response from them was very quickly, I met with the owner and we talked about different options. Maurice exceeded my expectations, he always try to find a way to help us even going out his way to make sure we were satisfied and even after service completed he still tries to help. I am very pleased with the service provided from Central Cooling and his workers I recommend this company with my eyes closed to anyone. I do not regret doing business with them.

We “interviewed” three of the top local HVAC companies before we contracted with Central Heating and Cooling the install a ductless A/C system. I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY IS!!! We met with Maurice several times so he could explain how a ductless system basically needed to be custom-made for the shape of your house. He was extremely patient with our questions, and most of his answers were “my guys will find a way to do that for you”....AND THEY DID. The installers, Dan and Brandon were polite, knowledgeable working machines. They arrived in the morning on time, and sometimes took only 20 minute lunches. I never heard them talk about anything but the job (which is rare with any type of construction workers). Maurice stopped in several times during the 5 days of work to make sure we were happy with the work and to check on the guys’ progress. I’m now sitting in my cool, air-filtered, dry-air home, able to control everything from my phone! Seriously, these guys are professional, courteous, VERY knowledgable, and most important, genuinely care that their customers are happy with the job. Don’t bother calling anyone else for A/C install....We’ve already found the best in the area!!! 😊

In 2008 and 2009, Central Heating and Cooling installed 2 furnaces in my home, which is a double. Since then, I have had the most wonderful service, and I am grateful.Today, I noticed that my furnace was making a noise, and I called right away. We have Maurice yearly maintenance for the past 25 years. He has also installed an air conditioner and most recently a Generator. It doesnt matter if Maurice comes or one of his technitions. The job is always done perfectly.They are very professional and clean. I’ve recommended them several times. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Can we have six stars just for Central Heating and Cooling? (in particular, Patrick). Not only is he polite, professional and expert at his craft, he took the time to address a completely different (plumbing) issue I was having. My landlord was not able to attend to it until the following day so Patricks outstanding over-the-top customer service cannot be covered by the highest five-star rating.

Needed them in a pinch for a no heat situation and called them after another provider bailed on me. These guys were there in 45 minutes and fixed issue in 10 minutes. Their weekend fee was very reasonable compared to Jameson($199) and Zenner and Ritter ($269). Nice to see a place out there not gouging people and providing timely service - A++

Cost of part: $38, Total time spent at house: 75-90 minutes, Total price: $361. Technician was friendly and professional, however the total price seems overly excessive. Perhaps Im out of touch. Sent an email to customer service asking to break down the bill and will update review when I receive a response.

After having a very bad experience with another company, I was introduced to Maurice about 1 month ago. I had serious problems with a furnace that was improperly installed by the other company only 10 years ago. Thats right... I got taken to the cleaners back then. Maurice stopped by just about every day over the past 10 days to keep my current system operating until we could install a new system with Central Heating and Cooling. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Very professional and the installers Matt and Patrick were very pleasant and were extremely well trained. With so many choices in the market place and really having to be careful who to choose, Central and Maurice really impressed me and my wife regarding their OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND RESPONSE.
