Heard about this business from a friend. Called to get an appointment to get my windows tinted. I was surprised how fast I got an appointment. It was great service from beginning to end. They took their time and explained everything from the different tints, etc even though I live in different state they knew what the laws were there. Fast friendly service, great prices... what more could you ask for?

They did a fantastic job on my car. It looks like a whole new car! They offer a lifetime warranty on their tints as well, which certainly gives me peace of mind. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything to me very well. Would certainly recommend, and will be back should I get any more tint jobs done on any other vehicles!

Ultimate Sounds is legit the best place in the Chattanooga area. Oksana in the office was great at getting me checked in and setting a fair price. Will did my install and everything was perfect. He even took the time to fix an issue I hadnt even noticed myself. If you need work done trust in the fact these guys will get it right the first time.

I got my radio hooked up here and they did an awesome job!!!! When they put in my amp and speakers in I couldnt even find the wires!!! The sound system preformed unbelievablely and the prices were on point!! And the window tint is awesome and you cant beat a lifetime warranty The entire experience just showed me what great customer service actually looks and sounds like!! No thanks to Electronics express messing my vehicle and putting me off for months but thanks to them I found this gem Ill be bringing my family and friends to here from now on Outstanding job guys

Glad that I found this place! Everyone was booked up and I had so many unprofessional encounters. I decided to go here. They were friendly and explained each level of tint. They were able to tell me the tint of my back windows on 1 of my cars and made it match the front windows! I am glad that I was able to get not 1 car but 2 cars done! It was not that expensive especially with how quick and easy they were. Place gives a good vibe as well.

💯 recommend this place. I was planning a surprise gift for my husband on his truck and they made it so special. My husband has always wanted a system in his vechile and in 30 years he never has had one.They took the time on the phone with me explaining all their products and prices. They even got me in super fast. We got tint, backup camera, new display screen, and some subs/amp. His truck now looks like a whole different truck now and sounds amazing. Great customer service. Quick fast service, got my windows tinted and it looks great!

Where do I start... Let me say first of all its rare to fine honesty, knowledge, and passion for quality and experience. Well this place has all that and more. My vehicle had been totally messed up by another shop that was supposed to only do a mechanical repair. By the time it was over, my entire electrical system was screwed, the vehicle wouldnt start, and my alarm system had bee fried. Plus paying for a new battery on top of all of the misdiagnosis, lack of know how, and just adequate ability . I had reached my maximum level of frustration. I went to Ulitamate Sounds, explained my situation, and recieved open and honest feedback from them. My vehicle has been sitting for over 4 months inoperable, but after 2 days my of having it, the problem was fixed, a new alarm system installed, and they have gained a new customer that will be bringing all of my vehicles to them moving forward.. Thank you for your understanding, care, and abilities to get the job done effectively, efficiently,, and with a reasonable financial output considering the situation. Great Job

About this radio and they said it would work on my phone GPS and I come to find out it will not to me thats the same as lying to me I will go back to see if theyll correct it and set it I dont know where they were you had to set it to do it or whatever but it says its supposed to they told me its supposed to talk to me and directions and when I mash the voice thing it says there are no option to it they should have told me I feel like all these details but they didnt they took my money and they told me a bunch of stuff that is not so I would not recommend these people

I never write reviews, but this place was definitely worth one. While they were friendly to me and appeared to care about the job they do, their knowledge of prices didn’t seem ‘all there.’ The reviews kind of worried me, and the price was OUTRAGEOUS. Went to Best Buy, and they quoted me $1,200 less for a new sound system, nearly the same as what I would have got here. And to most people, that’s a whole lotta money. I would of course talk to them about it, but definitely explore your options. I’ve talked to several people around the area that explained their competition next door is significantly cheaper. However, I did get my windows tinted and as it cost me $450, I believe they done a great job with them. No complaints yet. If you’ve got the money to go, and prefer them over others, then you’ll be satisfied.

I dont normally leave reviews but this place right is deserves more than 5 stars... they absolutely guarantee all their work, stand by their work and products, we have used them more than once and have never been disappointed, they make u feel like family ...super nice very helpful and extremely great work.... i will never use anyone else for any if my tint or audio stuff! My fiancé and I had our systems installed and front windshields tinted about 3 years ago and everything was great! Today, we played “musical radios” and switched our radios around and again everything was top notch! 100% recommended for anything audio or tint related!

I had the windows on my 19 Odyssey and 18 F150 tinted and the result was absolutely amazing. I dont have any experience using anyone else in the area but for the price and the quality of the work I have no reason to look elsewhere. Im a customer for life and recommend them without reservation.

They did an excellent tint job on my wifes 2020 Blazer AWD. Everything went well, and they even squeezed me in, with a very busy schedule. They were a little higher than a few other places I priced, but the work was worth it. With window tinting, you get what you pay for.

I rented a u-haul from this location. And was charged for 32 miles of use. I only drove 10 miles. I called and was advised to text because they were busy. No reply or return call. I will never be doing business with this company again.

I brought my 2006 impala in to have the tint redone. 8 years ago this same company did the tint and I liked it so I went back. Bad mistake. I have a subwoofer in the trunk, when i picked my car up the dials had been changed and it looked as if the amp was removed and put back. I have a dog hair under the tint on my windshield, the passenger window has a big bubble and deep scratches in the tint from where they tried to get the bubble out. When I confronted the OWNER about my amp being messed with I was told, your tripping no body touched your amp. No explanation about how it mysteriously retuned itself. I installed my own radio and subs. I know what my settings are on my amp and what they were set to when I picked it up was not what I had it set to. Instead of the owner fixing the problem he blamed me and my punk friends. No one rides with me nor do I let anyone touch my amp. Be careful, I am also missing a screw driver that I had in my door panel.

I came for advice and help with a problem I had with my sound system and the guy there gave me genuine, honest, and helpful advice, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. By far the best car audio shop Ive been to in Chattanooga.

We have used Ultimate Sounds for 15 years or more. Houston is the BEST! Wonderful service and great attention to detail in all their work.Very caring and VERY customer oriented. I like giving our business to a LOCAL- business which is individually owned and the Owner is ON SITE! Supervising that all goes well! . Quality is always excellent. Highly RECOMMEND!

They never answered the phone

I was over charged for sub par work. I had them replace my amplifiers for a bigger amp and they installed it crooked and rewired them incorrectly. Also my seat was damaged in the process. Ultimately i couldnt play my system louder than it was before i got there even tho i doubled my output and added more power wires. I left there happy that the was finally done but i was immediately disappointed in the performance of my upgrades. I went back there the fillowing business day to address the issues and they only offer bandaids went all i wanted was my job done correct. I paid a very large bill and now im having to pay another shop to fix the things they messed up. Two thumbs down, i will never go back there again. I thought i was paying a premium price for professionalism but i was so wrong! Dont waste your money.

Had a appointment at 10 today, got there at 9:45 for them to tell me that the person who does the tinting wasn’t coming in today. They could of easily called me and told me but instead they let me drive 45 minutes there to tell me. I’ve always done business with them but guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Horrible. So disappointed. I wanted to surprise my husband before he came home from a long journey north and was told I could bring my trans am in. I was given a quote over the phone, set up a cab to bring me back to work and when I pulled up and they saw my car, they thought they could jack up the price 30 percent. The girl met me at my car and gave me theIve got bad news crap.because they got greedy after seeing my car, the lost not only 150$ for the back window tint but a customer for life. This is typical for the north but come on. .we are in the south. southern hospitality people. Keep it real here in the south at least!!!

I have used Ultimate Sounds for two installations in the past and each time they have been so knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere! Everyone I have spoken to there seems genuinely invested in the customer. My latest purchase was a remote start system. I had a VERY upsetting experience with a different remote-start installer downtown, but Ultimate Sounds was able to do some serious damage control and get everything installed perfectly! Also, from my research, I have found that Ultimate Sounds provides the best pricing for their services. I will not make the mistake of going elsewhere again.

Sead they could do the the remote start took it there few hours later they called and sead they couldnt no problem I went to get my car when I got home my negative battery terminal was almost off and my interested panels where pulled off and Interior lights started flashing so glad they dident put it in how nows what would b tor up

Took my 2019 Elantra to get a amp kit installed. i had all the wires just need them installed, in the process they broke 2 panels and wont fix them i gave them plenty of time to fix the issue and now im left to leave a bad review. its a shame i cant leave no stars bc they messed up a brand new car with less than 4000 miles on it. after many times asking if they could install with no issues. should of went some where else. if anyone reading this review, if u value your car please use a reputable company and not these jokers.

Ill admit I was a little worried when I first dropped my Mini Cooper off here. It may not look like a high end shop but they undertook the big task of putting in a new stereo in my Mini Cooper. For those that dont know, taking out the stereo alone in a Mini is a royal pain in the a** and mine has the upgraded factory speakers which means you have to rewire an amp in the rear corner of the car. Not only did they complete the task, they did a very nice job! Everything is clean and they put the microphone for the unit in a smart location along with good wiring so I could plug my phone in directly to USB.Overall Im quite impressed with the work they did and encourage you not to judge this book by the cover.

Ok, wow. I pulled up to the shop this morning to have a new radio installed along with my subwoofer. I will admit I was a little bit skeptical to come here, but everywhere else was booked until after Christmas, so I didnt have much of a choice. I did have to wait for my work to be done (not very long, I got a good nap out of it so no complaints there, theres a couch in the waiting area that is very welcoming for an afternoon nap). Right from the get go the staff was super helpful and very upfront with what it would cost and what issues we might run into, and just all around highly knowledgeable of their products and services. When the car was done, I was not disappointed at all, everything was cleanly installed exactly as it was planned. Id come back for more work in the future, but I dont think Ill need to. The quality of the work these folks do is such that it will last. All of this was done at a very VERY competitive price. I could not be more satisfied!

The MOST honest review youll ever get. One of the BEST places to get your windows tinted but thats about all. If you want any type of system put in or even a basic CD player DONT go here. Houston, has messed up more cars electrical systems then joints hes smoked. Prices are sky high, just go to Ultimate Sounds, get a price, and then go across the street to their competitors. Guaranteed much cheaper across the street. (What I did a few weeks ago and literally could have saved $165, didnt due to the fact that this place had the vibe it needed some type of infusion of business and Houston worked with me a little to make me feel better about the price difference) Also, this place has very very limited inventory so selection is not at all adequate for 2019. If you know anything about the Chattanooga car scene in the 90s early 00s then you know this place was once top notch with a store on Lee hwy that could stand to to toe with any car audio store in the country. Poor ownership and overall decline in the aftermarket car audio industry has made it where this place has to scrape by just to keep a roof over it, even if it is now just a shack. (To finish my story on my install of speakers, CD player, and 5 window tint. When I got my car back amd went to pay all the sudden the price had gone up and Houstons responded that he can take the unit back out. Well the CD player didnt even fit flush but it did work. Fast forward to a couple weeks after and my electrical system is screwed. Took my car to Infinity, due to the car not turning over right and overall not acting like it was getting the right amount of powerInfinity dealership showed me where Ultimate Sounds had spliced and rigged all this speaker wiring like a 15 year old boy would do with no experience. Not like a car audio business with 30 years of experience. Ended up taking my car to another audio place to only find out how shady this place is. What they installed was speakers from the 2016 model year when I was told and shown speakers that came out in late 2018. FRAUD, when I confronted Houston about this. He became a complete fool and showed exactly why he no longer has a viable business and obviously has no other options but to hold on to his hole in the wall audio store. But I DID LOVE my window tint. But we will see what quality the tint they used is but it does look great.Bottom Line: GREAT place to get your windows tinted. Houston is a great tint man. TERRIBLE place for ANY and ALL aftermarket car audio installation. No matter what you deceide. Please please dont let these people touch your electrical system if you care anything about your car. And CHECK and WATCH what they install to verify you are getting what thou paid them for.

These guys are crooks! Went into have a stereo put in and from the moment I showed them what I had they were this is garbage it will not last 6weeks. They installed the stereo and turned it on and finally finished with everything and it wouldnt turn back on. Dude was like this what happens when u have garbage units they work once and never again but I have oene just like it Ill sell u for $400. I left without buying one and one that didnt work found out later that night from a different place that they had intentionally disconnected the power supply to make it look like it didnt work. I now nothing about stereos or how to install thats why I paid someone to do and I paid twice. NEVR GO HERE THEY WILL RIP U OFF
