My boyfriend surprised me with a gift of hypnosis to help me lose weight. At first I thought that it was a ridiculous idea, not the weight loss, but the hypnosis. But I was struggling so I thought why not give it a try.I found Dean @ Paradigm Hypnosis by searching the Chattanooga area for weight loss hypnosis. Right away I was impressed with his website. Not only did he explain his practices but he has links to in depth articles that help explain the concept of hypnosis and how it works.I set up my initial appointments by email. Dean responded very quickly to my inquiry and explained that he gave a substantial discount if I booked four sessions in advance. I’m not one to pass up a bargain so I booked four sessions right there and then. He was very nice and let me pay in installments.When I first met Dean, I was impressed with his ability to both calm my nerves and connect with me relatively quickly. We spent the first almost hour talking about what I wanted to get out of my sessions and he explained more about hypnosis. His knowledge and enthusiasm are contagious and he has a way of getting me to open up to him about things that I didn’t even realize were on my mind.After listening to Dean’s soothing voice, I not only felt totally relaxed but the problems that Dean and I had discussed were either no longer an issue for me or had become minimal at best. In the eight sessions that I have had, I have dealt with a lifetime of challenges. Had it not been for Dean and hypnosis, I would not have the strong relationship with my family that I do now. And I’ve gained control of my bad eating habits.He also taught me how to use relaxation techniques to use when I became anxious. And he even helped me with a technique to lessen the pain that I was having.In a nutshell… Paradigm Hypnosis, Dean, is the best method of dealing with my problems that I have ever experienced, ( and I have tried many different methods in my time!)Thank you Dean for all that you have done for me and have taught me to do for myself.

Dean is an excellent guide for us first-timers to hypnosis. He understood what I wanted to accomplish, tailor-made my sessions to fit my needs and introduced me to additional tools to accomplish my goal. I highly recommend him. Phillip

I am not sure of the outcome as this is fresh. However I did sign up for the 2 hour stop smoking. I paid $50 in advance for apt then $200.00 cash at time of the appointment ( of course up front before session started). Again 2 hour session. I even had a work conflict and asked prior could I move to one hour and he wasnt for it blah blah blah. So I moved things around and stayed with 2 hour $275.00 thing thinking Ill get the full effect. He did give me $25.00 off I he said he was his b day discount for himself. I think it was that I had cash. Nonetheless.... He was done after an hour. When I questioned the bill he said it was a process not the hours. Now it shows on the website $175.00 for an hour. This two hour ordeal $275.00. I was taken advantage of as far as the financial part. I really wanted this to work. Now Im so mad I wonder if it will.....

Before attending a session at paradigm hypnosis, I was slightly skeptical of whether or not my mind would be open to influence by another person, but within the first few minutes Dean had talked me into a very peaceful place. It was very clear and very real. I definitely recommend Paradigm hypnosis!
