Dr. Liening genuinely cared about my well being. Kelsey was very informative about my options for hearing aids and what would work best for me. Receptionist is always very friendly.

Avoid this practice whenever possible - I will....Came 1st (10 min before my appointment) (pratictice was empty) - 90 min later I am still sitting here, 5 people, who came after me, are already done & gone...Doctor was good - prescription should be send to pharmacy...Waiting again for 2 hours for prescription being sent to pharmacy - called already 3 times the practice - got now following info: all prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy at the end of the day (at 6pm). So if they do not send or if there will be any issue with prescription - I will not get any antibiotic and will enjoy my ear pain whole weekend (today is Friday) - the nurse & office do not care.Terrible experience so far...Couple of hours later... So now is clear, why this practice send prescriptions out at the end of the working day. Its Friday night and the 7.5 milliliter ear drops cost me $246 and this with (BCBS) insurance... But what can I do - go to emergency? Would cost more... Avoid this practice whenever possible - I know, I will.
