Couldnt have asked for a better experience. We had our house soft washed, windows washed, and driveway pressure washed. The pricing was extremely reasonable and their service was impeccable. The booking team + the performance team were both highly professional. If you need a cleaning service, I highly recommend this company!

Superior Shine performs a Soft Wash on the exterior of the house, instead of a high pressure wash that can damage. My house now looks like it was repainted, in other words, LIKE NEW. The employees started by walking around the house and asked me if there was anything or any area that needed specific attention. They covered all my security cameras with plastic, discussed my wishes about the birds nests that were in exposed areas, washed the windows, hardy board siding, brick, etc., etc. It might be a little more expensive than pressure washing your house will be finished faster, not be damaged, and the time between washes will be much longer. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Superior Shine came early in the morning and stayed until they completed the job, past dinnertime. I have a big house with over 60 windows. They cleaned the windows and tracks inside and out and cleaned the whole house by soft washing. I recommend this procedure and company wholeheartedly.

Their team did an excellent job and their people were very courteous and polite. They cleaned inside and out on all of our 30 windows, 30 screens, 3 doors and a large glass half-moon above the entry door, including cleaning all the sills and they look amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough! Hire them, you will be so happy you did!I just purchased a newly built home, and the windows were completely covered in construction dust and grime. When I called Superior Shine, they sent out their manager the next day to look at the job in person, then sent a written quote the day after that, and got me on their schedule as soon as I accepted the quote.The day prior to the appointment, they sent me an email reminding me of the upcoming service and telling me that they would call when they were on their way to our home. Sure enough, first thing the next morning I got a call from Spencer, one of the four young men who came to work on the house, and he accurately predicted they would be to my house within 45 minutes.The four young men who worked on my windows today were all incredibly polite, professional, well-groomed, well-spoken, and very good at their job. They explained any potential problems they saw with the windows themselves, and they cleaned them to a sparkling shine. I will be having them do my windows three times a year, have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.

My window panes are 110 years old. They had extreme oxidation and needed professional help. A lot of professional help. I used their glass recovery services and my panes are 99% cleared up! Something I did not even think was possible. Way way cheaper than replacing! And I am so glad I still have the original glass. The team was very professional and kept me in the loop while they were working, since I was not home. I highly recommend and will use them again.

I love the way my house looks after Superior Shine softwashed the roof, house and drive. Their softwashing technique is quiet and very efficient. What a difference they made. My white trim is white again, my roof is brown, instead of covered in black from the tree I had cut, and my siding, drive and walks are beautifully clean. Superior Shine was recommended to us by another contractor. We are THRILLED!! The whole experience was smooth and easy. I requested a quote. They came out within a day or 2 and had the quote to me very quickly. The house had been vacant for some time before we bought it, so we chose to do the roof wash, gutters inside & out and the exterior - stone & stucco. It looks new!!!! Having the white stucco trim washed kept us from needing to have it painted. Washing is much less expensive! Highly recommend

Our roof looks new after the Superior Shine soft wash. Everyone at the company is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I just had a touchup done on a portion of my roof. This was done under the five year warranty. It was done quickly and efficiently. After dealing with various contractors to repair minor tornado damage to my house, this company is a breath of fresh air.

Called for a quote and the lady was very nice and professional. She booked the appointment for the quote and someone came out when I was not there as planned and left a folder of materials of how they do there work but have not received the quote? Update: I did get a quote it just took longer than I thought it should. The price was to high because they have a minimum amount they need to get so they did offer to do more work to make up for it. I decided to put service off for now.

After several months of looking for a business willing to wash the exterior of our steep, two-story home with lots of windows, siding, and filthy gutters, Superior Shine responded. Believe it or not, they actually answered the phone, called back, gave us a quote, and arrived on the date scheduled. Very professional service! Amber came out and I told her exactly what I wanted done to the house. My roof had horrible stains on it from surrounding trees etc. She explained how their service did the soft wash on the roof which wouldn’t hurt the shingles. She also explained other services Superior offered. I told her the services I would be interested in and she emailed me a quote for each service that I had mentioned. I ended up getting my roof washed, gutters cleaned out and washed and entire house washed. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My roof looks brand new! The house wash included all of the trim around my windows which made such a difference in the appearance. The crew that came out were very professional . I am so pleased with the job they did. Superior Shine recently serviced our home by washing the exterior of our whole house as well as cleaning the windows inside and out . Being our third time for this service, it came as no surprise to once again experience absolutely sparking windows, exterior doors, storm doors as well as the siding, garage door and porch ceilings. Even our exterior lighting fixtures were gleaming. Once again, we were very pleased with the friendly and thorough staff, starting with the office manager, Amber to completion by David in a remarkably short amount of time at a very reasonable cost. We had ugly black streaks down the entire front of the house - a fairly new (8 years or so) roof, and a large algae patch that settled above our fireplace in the back. Our major concern, aside from removing that “ugliness,” was the extensive amount of flowers, plantings, bushes, etc., with which we’d painstakingly decorated both the front and the back of the house. A clean roof with dead plants would not be a good trade-off. Superior Shine assured us all would be done safely, securely, with no damage to the flowers. And when we got home - voila - a beautifully clean, algae-free roof with NO damage whatsoever to even one flower petal. Amazing. Easy to work with, responsive, and extended the life - and beauty - of our roof for years to come. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service! Superior Shine provided outstanding service with a humble, pleasant attitude. We had them come to our house and clean all of our windows (inside and out), clean our our gutters, and clean all the sofit on the trim of our house. The house looks great and we cant be VERY reasonable price. My wife was home the entire time and felt completely at happier. David and his team showed up on time, finished on time and charged a ease with everyone from Superior Shine.
