Awesome visit. Fixed my Onan QD10k generator in an hour flat.

They got me right in! That is great in it’s self because NASHVILLE told me like two weeks to just look at it. I had major problems and needed a new generator and they got it in quick and it works great!

Impeccable customer service, thorough and quick! Hospitable too! Made sure we had coffee and showed us to the Customer Lounge. Our generator quit working on our coach while we were traveling from Tampa, FL to Chattanooga, TN. We have a Onan 10,000 watt generator and knew Cummins built it so we knew they were the best place to go to and we were right!!! Thankful we made this connection. We also joined the Cummins Club for $20/yr for 10% off on parts and labor for todays repair and future ones in all 50 states.

Mark helped us on short notice with an error code on our motorhome and was fantastic! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgable and understanding, making a very stressful situation much easier on us. We will definitely be back anytime we need our coach serviced!

We were on our way to family reunion in KS when our stop engine light lit in our diesel pusher. It was an extremely important wknd for us & they took us right in & DID ALL they could do to try to get us back up & running. Unfortunately our coach is in their service bay & we are in a hotel. Parts ordered & will be hopefully back on road Tues afternoon. They located a turbo leak that fried our actuator. I believe it was why fried the actuator 2 months ago too but was MISSED previously. We are grateful their mechanic took his time & found cause of our problem NOT just fix it to happen 12 hours down the road again. Hubby, mother in law & our 3 dogs hung out on the drivers lounge all day. Thank you for all yall did. You ROCK😊😊

These people are Awesome!!! We broke down in our 41 foot Monaco in Georgia on our way to Gatlinburg so many places weren’t qualified to work on a Cummings and the one that was had a week waiting The tow was further to get to Cummings but we’ll worth it I had piece of mind knowing that I had professional expertise that specializes in my Diesel Engine.Special thanks to Daniel he put us in front of the list found the problem recommended a motel ordered the part overnighted it and we were on the road the next day!! I can’t thank you guys enough!!

On our way through from Florida to Minnesota they did everything possible to get us back on the road as fast as possible and very helpful and friendly atmosphere.
