My GF and I filled out a job applications in person at the office in Chattanooga TN maybe 2 months ago now. Mind you I never worked for the company before neither did I know it existed until I saw it here on google. A person came in with a fragrance that had me choked up so I decided to go out in my car & finish my application on my phone.. the lady working there allowed me to do so and said it was totally fine. I haven’t heard anything back so I decided to call in my self and see what was going on just for them to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to be placed. I asked why, when there was nothing wrong that happened. The lady just made up a total bogus claim saying something about an altercation happening when there wasn’t no one in there but my GF, me and another gentleman with the over bearing cologne. I told the second lady just that when I was transferred to the over to her, just for her not to put in any effort and still deny me the opportunity to work. So once I was off the phone with them I told my girl to do the same... now this time the lady that answered (Alicia) I guess she’s the receptionist, was so unprofessional when speaking over the phone. She had a nasty tone even when your asking clarifying questions to better understand the topic at hand. I’ve been to a couple of staffing agencies here in Chattanooga but this is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with such bogus claim from any agency ever! Even the staffing places here with “lower ratings” gave us better customer service than Onin staffing... you guys really let us down and lost out on 2 GREAT WORKERS..

When it is the Staffing Companys JOB to try help people find a JOB. But Refuse to do so!!

Very good place with great benefits and the women are helpful and knowledgable and will get you the best job in chattanooga. I now work at volkswagon making 17 an hour thanks to onin. I would reccomend this place to anybody. They treat you with respect and like an assest rather than a liability. Thanks onin!!
