Been running around in circles trying to get my phone interview done. My first interview date was forgotten about. My second was forgotten about. My third ( today @12) was also forgotten about. Each time resulted in me having to reach out to them to remind them and then reschedule for the next day. Never received email with forklift safety and onboarding paperwork despite being told it would be sent out three times. Not really sure what is going on with this place and the recruiters but they are definitely not in any rush to get motivated workers in the door. Cant believe they are the choice staffing agency for a company like Duracell.

My own experience was very unprofessional from the first day. Melody was the recruiter that I was supposed to reach out to and she would go through my job which was November 9. All she told me was that they had incentives and bonuses and to email my time because they didnt have a time clock for Adecco yet and presented me with two paper cards, and stated she didnt see my pay card but she was get one sent over.I worked my first week went in on Saturday when I wasnt schedule, and round about Tuesday my second week I wanted to know what the incentives and bonuses was so I emailed Shelia whom had hired me for Adecco. She replied in a timely manner and had copy Melody in the email also. Melody replied and stated that she had my pay card in office, and that she would be in for a little while longer today. In my initial email to Shelia she was told that I never really see Melody at the job to ask her the questions.When going into work I stop my Melody office which she was not there. I requested that her neighbor see if she can get the card for me and let her know. He goes into the office and looks at the card but feels wrong about taking it without her being there. I agreed and said okay Ill try again later.I I repeated the same and still no Melody. I requested that Wednesday if her neighbor could ask Melody for the card so I could retrieve from him because I see him periodically throughout my shift. He suggested to come in a while before my shift.Thursday I came in and the security guard stated that Shelia had just left for the day. All in this time Im emailing Melody every night I come looking for my card and with my time I had submitted for the first week. Every morning I would wake up with a email stating my pay card is still here.Friday I come early morning and was able to catch Shelia and she gave the card to me. I then activated the card and there was not pending deposits and my balance was 0.00. I reached out to Shelia whom first answer the phone and hung. When she called back she stated she didnt hang up but she never should had answered because the was driving. I said okay cool my money not on there. She replies with it will be on there tomorrow which is Saturday.I woke up this Saturday morning knowing I was gonna be able to pay my car note, get my baby Christmas started, or pay a light bill something for when I checked my it repeated no pending deposits and 0.00 dollars. Guess what??? Melody and Shelia are off today with they paychecks. So I can even contact them to let them know, which makes me feel like Shelia told me tomorrow knowing she was going to deal with it until Monday.A very bad company to work for. They dont really care about there employees. The job itself was great and great people work for Sanofi. I would suggest go through manpower.Thanks for listening!

I applied for a job through this temp agency and a week later Joy Montgomery contacts me through email on a Saturday morning offering me a 2nd or 3rd shift position. I reply that I’m only interested in 1st shift. She responds saying that there’s a few positions left.So I fill out the paper work online. I get sent for a drug test that following Monday. I wait a week and ask through email if she has a start date for me. She responds asking if I went for my drug test. I tell her the date I went and how long it’s been and that I have heard nothing back.She then responds saying that I can start that following Tuesday morning and that she’d meet me at the job location and to wear safety shoes.I email her the day before I’m supposed to show up to verify that I’m still meeting her at the job location, she responds saying no she can’t start me because my background check is still pending. I responds telling her that one of the places that I’ve worked shut down during COVID and never reopened. I never got a response.This company lacks communication, lacks motivation, and apparently doesn’t care about helping people find jobs and actually get them started working. I will not be referring anyone to try this temp agency, it’s the worst.

Wont get payed.i think this company should be held accountable for not paying people on time in this day and time people live check to check and when people dont get payed on time then they loose there cars and home and cant put food on there table. And its not right these temp company .are getting away with. Not paying people .

Went in to fill out an application. Only 1 person was working there she told me to go home and fill out my application on my phone. Needless to say I wont be back. She acted like I was a bother.

This place used to be called Olsten Staffing and they are very unprofessional so dont waste your time here .

Lady named Teresa who works there as a recruiter or whatever she is was so messed up was passing out while talking to me and then calls to tell me my drug test had been lost and was asking me to meet her at McDonalds to retake another drug test and told me I would be charged a 75 dollar fee for wanting my results in time to start the job I had already been placed on at my normal schedule or risk losing the position if I chose to wait for my results to come back from the lab instead of paying a 75 dollar fee that I already couldnt afford to pay but I borrowed the 75 and did so anyways so I could start the job that I was desperately needing at the time then come to find out nobody else was even able to start their jobs anyway bcuz this lady was on so many drugs she didnt turn anything in to the employers and we were ALL made to leave and told to return to the agency to find out what we were supposed to do NOW I Will NEVER GO BACK AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THESE PATHETIC PEOPLE IF UR NEEDING WORK GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS FOR UR OWN GOOD

Had a phone interview with them scheduled but they never called. Tried calling them over & over to no avail. Not responsive or professional.

They do get you an $8 an hour job. The people at the staffing place are rude. Not a good way to run this place
