Man, I couldnt tell if this place was Jersey shores...or tile supplier and material business ! Because everybody was just far too cool to be dealing with potential customers ! and the majority of possibly staff... Or MTV spring breakers seemed not quite up to par on the level of knowledge and information of the occupation theyre in ! So if youre looking for the cool kids then this is potentially right where you want to be !

I highly recommend Louisville Tile. We met with Jaime who was not only extremely knowledgable but also very courteous and helpful. She spent the time needed to ensure we had the perfect selections for our new home, while ensuring we stayed in budget.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.We are building a custom home. Our builder sent us to this location. We walked into the entrance and found the area to be roped off just inside the door. There was a table with a sign saying appointments only, hand sanitizer, and masks required. We were wearing our masks. Some lady came to the front and let the customer in front of us in and then replaced the rope, then she asked if we had an appointment. We didnt know we needed one. We had driven 30 minutes to get here. When we asked if we could just look in there showroom the lady told us that they were under strict guidelines and then in a belittling statement asked if we knew about the covid? We felt that were looked down upon, like we were not good enough to even see their showroom. They would not allow us in the door to even view their showroom. I have not ever seen covid paranoia on this level. We went somewhere else and got all of our house done.

We have purchased tile twice from this store. Its disappointing when you stop in the showroom no one will even acknowledge you. Once you get someone to order what you need they told us it would be a few weeks thats fine special ordered tile does take time. After 4 or 5 weeks pass. We call. Lucky if you can get them to answer the phone. We drive down on a chance to see if it arrived. The employee at the desk had a hard time finding our order and was rude. Next time we need tile we will more than likely purchase at a different place.

Nice place, lots of choices. They like to have an appointment to help you, but you can look around anyway. Nothing really popped for me.

New build and met with Jamie, she was excellent in listening to what we wanted in budget, style, and low maintenance. She even suggested paint cabinet colors and granite. Our projects came out beautiful in Master bath, guest bath and laundry room and kitchen backsplash.

We ordered tile for our kitchen from them a few years ago and they never called us to tell us the tile was in so I repeatedly called them, they said it wasnt in. Finally when I went to get it the sticker said it had been recieved 2 weeks before that. I just ordered more and when we walked in 2 of the 3 ladies totally ignored us. Aline however was very friendly and helpful. She ordered us our tile and we went on our way. Three weeks later and no call again we went to see if our tile was in. It was. I asked the guy why they never call us and he said it had just been recieved 45 min ago. He told us they would bring it to us and that was it. My husband just stood there for like 10 min waiting so he asked the guy where they were bring it and the guy got snotty with him. We wont be buying more tile from them anymore.

I really hate to write a bad review about a business because my family owns a business but I just have to. Maybe some one that runs this place will read this. My husband is a general contractor and I am in real estate. When my husband called me last week he asked if I could meet him there to pick out some stone for a custom home he is building I literally said please dont make me go there. This stems from all the bad experiences in the past. I went because he said they have the best showroom. It was the absolute worst customer service experience ever!!! There is a girl there who was so rude to my husband when he asked if they could look up a purchase he had made in the past to see what flooring we used on it that I could not take it. I asked her if she had a problem. She would not even look at either one of us. Not sure why a tile salesperson has a attitude but this one did. I just wanted to walk out. Customer service is the foundation to any and all business when you deal with the public. This girl should not make contact with the public. So if anyone out there is looking to open a tile store in the Chattanooga area put in a great showroom and I will tell all the builders and all our clients to go there because this place treats us terrible every time we go! I will go to Atlanta to buy our products before I will go back here.

Helpful staff here with a great selection. They have a beautiful showroom. No tile is in stock and most takes a week to arrive after you order. It is definitely a great place to go as you start planning your project!

Ive bought some role at this place about 3 months ago. They picked out the perfect tile for my bathroom. I remember how helpful and friendly their warehouse crew were. They have a great warehouse team!

Everybody in this store is very helpful. They have a humongous display with lots of different options to look at. Make sure you set up an appointment if you stop in, because they are usually busy with another customer

They want you to have a Appointment, right off the bat I knew this place wasnt for me. Went in they ask us if we had a Appointment, we said no, no one every spoke to us again, wont be back.
